HACK ON HACK OFF

PUTIN, WIKILEAKS, THE NSA AND THE DNC EMAIL FIASCO THAT GAVE TRUMP AND CLINTON ANOTHER REASON TO BE AT ODDS. In politics the operative word for a loser is to shut up and listen carefully. Many also-rans have learned this lesson well. The pundit set and political wannabees, throughout the campaign, continued to lob Molotov cocktails at Trump; where are they now?  Crying like babies in their yellow pants, seeking psychiatric care or  booking flights out of the country. Good riddance to them.

Bill de Blasio, the Mayor of the Big Apple, had a word or two to say about “The Donald” during the run for the White House.capitolupsidedown For instance, he said Trump was “unfit” to be President, calling him a “racist“. But suddenly the tables are turned, de Blasio’s is now eating humble pie, Hillary is eating cake and Trump drinking champagne; actually Trump doesn’t drink or smoke. You get the picture.

And BTW we forgot to mention that New York is on the receiving end of about 8,000,000,000 (eight billion) in federal dollars. In the parlance of good statesmanship, a receiver of goodwill does not usually call the giver a derogatory name, nor spit in their face. However, de Blasio, a big shot loud mouth doesn’t really know the way of the street. He has had fights with Governor Cuomo too. Suddenly he has met his match; a no win situation for him. HoHoHo.

But listen to this, CBS is distorting the hack news once again. Putting words in Trump’s mouth. We guess they never learn.

RADICAL GOVERNOR OF NEW YORK RAISES STATE WORKER MINIMUM WAGE TO $15 PER HOUR

Every time you buy taxable good in New York City, you are contributing to the wages of New York State workers. Every person who pays income taxes in the State of New York is contributing to the pay of state workers. Recent evaluations of state worker compensation indicates that the average worker’s pay is approximately 40% higher than an equivalent job in the private sector. However, Governor Cuomo has given an executive order that the minimum hourly pay of state workers be raised to $15 per hour (read hear). This is on the back of the socialist Mayor of New York City, he has demanded McDonalds and friends to cough up $15 per hour for their burger flipping employees. When all is said and done, the total compensation per employee would approach $20 per hour. No experience necessary.

To counter the trend McDonalds is going with automation, others will soon follow. However, the public can do their part buy boycotting the burger joints; this will cause them financial hardship resulting in laying off their over paid $15 per hour employees. This will send the likes of Cuomo and DeBlasio a “fast food” message.

Listen to this cry baby: Flavia Cabral, 53, a grandmother from the Bronx who works part-time in a McDonald’s for $8.75 an hour, pointed out the scars where fry baskets had seared her forearms. “ We say, “stay out of the kitchen if it is too hot.

Of note is that it is the Service Employees International Union who have pushed for higher wages for their members who, in most cases, don’t have college degrees. If the raise the minimum wage to continues, workers in every sector will demand more because of the higher threshold. Inflation will sprout wings touching our pocket books.http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/wp-content/uploads/mcdonalds-minimum-wage.jpg

FORGOT ONE – NUMBER FOURTEEN: ELIMINATE HUD

We have talked about HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development) before, they can best be described as a socialist organization bent on destroying middle class neighborhoods. HUD’s objective is to build housing in middle class neighborhoods thus bring inner city families closer to the suburban environment. But studies have shown that successful Blacks who have moved out of the hood into these middle class bastions of safety are the most out spoken when in comes to relocating those eligible for Section 8 housing next door. And who can blame them; they left the hood, but the hood followed them.

A taste of HUD’s political agenda follows:

June is LGBT month according to HUD secretary Castro.

Celebrating LGBT Month and Breaking Barriers

Written by: Secretary Julian Castro

This week marks the beginning of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Month, 2015 — a time to recognize the lasting contributions that these Americans have made to our nation, and to honor the progress that’s been achieved in securing equal opportunity for all.

But let’s not get into specifics just yet. HUD has an agenda, one that does not sit well with most Americans. They have seen the destructive power of this agency. Keep in mind that HUD has capitalistic supporters whose lifeline is low income housing. These entities get tax credits, state and federal funds to build housing for the poor or better said, for those who meet HUD criteria on income. It is a money tree for them, shaking the government for funds to build housing that costs on average twice as much if it not for government bidding, building compleance and hiring procedures.

The present governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo who defeated Rob Astorino in the last election gave us a taste of his neighborhood breaking tactics. (click)Cuomo’s rant on Rob Astorino, the chief executive of Westchester County.  Andrew Cuomo on Wednesday criticized Westchester County’s refusal to comply with a federal housing settlement, knocking Rob Astorino, the county executive and GOP gubernatorial candidate, for disregarding the federal mandate. “I used to bring these cases as HUD secretary,”  said Cuomo. Yeah he sure did, suing everyone in his path.

Astorino said Westchester has submitted eight studies to HUD that show “the only barrier to housing in many Westchester communities is income. Anyone can live anywhere they can afford in this county, just as in any other county.”

So again, Cuomo has the nerve to tell a county that its housing policies discriminate. Correct us if we are wrong here; Cuomo wants to build low income housing in the middle of neighborhoods where $2 million dollar houses are the norm. Cuomo wants to import drug dealers, MS-13 type gangs, murders, felons and muggers into stable neighborhoods. Taxes would be impacted, firefighters and police would need to be hired to fight the crime that results.

Before he became Governor he was the youngest Housing and Urban Development secretary in history, made a series of decisions between 1997 and 2001 that gave birth to the country’s current crisis. He took actions that—in combination with many other factors—helped plunge Fannie and Freddie into the subprime markets without putting in place the means to monitor their increasingly risky investments. He turned the Federal Housing Administration mortgage program into a sweetheart lender with sky-high loan ceilings and no money down, and he legalized what a federal judge has branded “kickbacks” to brokers that have fueled the sale of overpriced and unsupportable loans. Three to four million families are now facing foreclosure, and Cuomo is one of the reasons why.Cuomo has to accept responsibility for the debacle.

We are (click)moving forward now says President Obama faster than a bullet train. New executive orders will hasten the destruction of quiet suburban neighborhoods.  A report published this morning by The Hill says President Barack Obama is pressing forward with new Department of Housing and Urban Development regulations that will withhold block grants to communities if they don’t build enough “affordable housing in wealthy neighborhoods.” The executive order, known as the “Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Act,” was issued by the president last year and will be used to promote racial quotas in white suburban neighborhoods. It will also force thousands of communities to house the nation’s burgeoning population of new immigrants.

YOU AIN’T SEEN NOTHING YET FOLKS. Wait for the bodegas, massage parlors, vape lounges, after hours parties, drug dens, drive by shootings, gang recruitment comes to your neighborhood. Wow, we can’t wait! Bet none of these HUD projects are located next door to any Senators. Get those AK-47’s today, tomorrow may be too late.

MAY HE REST IN PEACE

We won’t hear much from ex Governor Mario Cuomo anytime soon as he passed into another world yesterday. But his son, the Governor of New York, a raging liberal with a mouth full of pittiful diatribe that casts conservatives as extremists continues with the invective. As they say, “like father like son” and so it is.

Back to 1984, Ronald Reagan was our President, during Mario Cuomo’s keynote speech at the 1984 Democratic National Convention eviscerated the Gipper like none before. As always, the the Democratic way to electrify the troops is to run rampant with a diseased mouth blaming the conservatives as bigots, racists, anti-women, anti Big Government, and anti EVERYBODY and EVERYTHING; 2014 proved Cuomo holding the short end of the stick. Secondly, the Keynesian agenda has failed miserably sliding the country down a trail that resembles Greece just a half dozen years ago. Some of Cuomo’s vitriol from that speech follows. You will recognize the words because Obama has preached to the same crowd over and over again.

Ten days ago, President Reagan admitted that although some people in this country seemed to be doing well nowadays, others were unhappy, even worried, about themselves, their families, and their futures. The President said that he didn’t understand that fear. He said, “Why, this country is a shining city on a hill.” And the President is right. In many ways we are a shining city on a hill.

But the hard truth is that not everyone is sharing in this city’s splendor and glory. A shining city is perhaps all the President sees from the portico of the White House and the veranda of his ranch, where everyone seems to be doing well. But there’s another city; there’s another part to the shining the city; the part where some people can’t pay their mortgages, and most young people can’t afford one; where students can’t afford the education they need, and middle-class parents watch the dreams they hold for their children evaporate.

In this part of the city there are more poor than ever, more families in trouble, more and more people who need help but can’t find it. Even worse: There are elderly people who tremble in the basements of the houses there. And there are people who sleep in the city streets, in the gutter, where the glitter doesn’t show. There are ghettos where thousands of young people, without a job or an education, give their lives away to drug dealers every day. There is despair, Mr. President, in the faces that you don’t see, in the places that you don’t visit in your shining city.

In fact, Mr. President, this is a nation — Mr. President you ought to know that this nation is more a “Tale of Two Cities” than it is just a “Shining City on a Hill.”

Maybe, maybe, Mr. President, if you visited some more places; maybe if you went to Appalachia where some people still live in sheds; maybe if you went to Lackawanna where thousands of unemployed steel workers wonder why we subsidized foreign steel. Maybe — Maybe, Mr. President, if you stopped in at a shelter in Chicago and spoke to the homeless there; maybe, Mr. President, if you asked a woman who had been denied the help she needed to feed her children because you said you needed the money for a tax break for a millionaire or for a missile we couldn’t afford to use.

Maybe — Maybe, Mr. President. But I’m afraid not. Because the truth is ladies and gentlemen, that this is how we were warned it would be. President Reagan told us from the very beginning that he believed in a kind of social Darwinism. Survival of the fittest. “Government can’t do everything,” we were told, so it should settle for taking care of the strong and hope that economic ambition and charity will do the rest. Make the rich richer, and what falls from the table will be enough for the middle class and those who are trying desperately to work their way into the middle class.

You know, the Republicans called it “trickle-down” when Hoover tried it. Now they call it “supply side.” But it’s the same shining city for those relative few who are lucky enough to live in its good neighborhoods. But for the people who are excluded, for the people who are locked out, all they can do is stare from a distance at that city’s glimmering towers.

We speak for the minorities who have not yet entered the mainstream. We speak for ethnics who want to add their culture to the magnificent mosaic that is America. We speak — We speak for women who are indignant that this nation refuses to etch into its governmental commandments the simple rule “thou shalt not sin against equality,” a rule so simple —

So, as we enter the New Year with much promise, a new Congress down home conservative optimism, we still are aware of the flame throwing class dividing President, who will do everything in his power to double down on the Cuomo’s agenda. The 2014 election was a vote for America, most Americans are not New Yorkers, nor will they ever be.

Click here to listen to a hardened anti-Constitution prggressive  foaming at the mouth progressive Governor Andrew Cuomo as he proposes to the legislature a tough New York gun law.  Tune into the 2.30 mark when he calls us EXTREMISTS. A majority of Americans would agree that a speech like that would render the speaker a place in a mental institution.  America is sick of anti gun, anti Constitution, anti patriotic Americans such as Cuomo and his breed.

DO YOU FEEL COLD?

Recently so much hot stuff has come off the press that it is easy to forget the phenomenon of “global warming – climate change. The past week has see North America blanketed with the mother of  cold air masses. For some reason this has escaped the attention of the greens who most likely are relaxing on some beach in the Caribbean. We look forward to their distorted excuse for the reason of the current cold wave. On their way back from their vacay they can take the Polar Express.

Expect the usual obfuscation. Instead of landing a spacecraft on a comet, they might have been better off trying to influence the weather. In any event, the evidence against global warming becomes less and less convincing as the days and years go on. According to those who keep track of weather related things, this past week had the coldest average weather across the United States since temperatures were recorded.

And please, please go to Buffalo this weekend to see the Jets take on Buffalo in the Snow Bowl. And by the way they are paying $10 per hour for anyone interested in shoveling snow off the stadium seats. Cold cash!  Governor Cuomo called people who entered the closed New York Thruway between Albany and Buffalo stupid because the highway was closed; just because they didn’t close the entrances didn’t mean the thruway was  open he said.

The picture below is a Global Warmer who stuck his head in the sand only to find out that it was not a mirage, but really water. It was too late for him to extricate himself as a flash cold wave turned the water into ice. Enough said about the warmers.  A dead body is seen frozen in a block of ice in an elevator shaft in a former Detroit Public Schools warehouse on Jan. 28. A paper is alleging it took 3 calls to get authorities to investigate.

GOVERNOR CUOMO BELONGS IN THE BRONX ZOO – AN ANIMAL TO BE CAGED

If you have not seen Governor Cuomo in action you are (click)missing a real treat. The guy should be caged with the animals residing in the Bronx Zoo.  A vituperous snakeCoast Garter Snake.jpg is Cuomo, a one time head of Bill Clinton’s  HUD agency. During that time Cuomo’s agency was run into the ground; this is telling because he forced Fannie Mae (FNMA) and Freddie Mac (FHLMC) to buy mortgages from the banks with little or no money down. This led to the housing crisis in 2007. There is no getting away from it.

Andrew Cuomo, the youngest Housing and Urban Development secretary in history, made a series of decisions between 1997 and 2001 that gave birth to the country’s current crisis. He took actions that—in combination with many other factors—helped plunge Fannie and Freddie into the subprime markets without putting in place the means to monitor their increasingly risky investments. Three to four million families are now facing foreclosure, and Cuomo is one of the reasons why.Cuomo has to accept responsibility for the debacle.

But what leads us to the rant on Cuomo is (click)Cuomo’s rant on Rob Astorino, the chief executive of Westchester County. New Yorkers, please  “incarcerate Cuomo in the Bronx Zoo, the guy has more in common with animals than humans.

Vote Rob Astorino for Governor on November 4th.
