‘Silent majority’ of Disney workers are speaking up against company’s stance on Florida law, cast member says

Jose Castillo, a current Walt Disney Company employee who is running for Congress in Florida as a Republican, told Fox News Digital that a rising cohort of his fellow Disney “cast members” are speaking out against the company’s decision to vocally oppose the Florida parental rights law.
“There is certainly pressure mounting within Disney,” Castillo told Fox News Digital, adding that “at some point I believe Disney executives will have to respond.”
Castillo previously told Fox News Digital that a “silent majority” of Disney employees support the parental rights law H.B. 1557, even though the company has taken a public stance against it after LGBTQ employees protested. Despite critics branding it a “Don’t Say Gay” law, it does not ban the word “gay” in school settings. Rather, it prohibits classroom instruction – not casual discussion – on “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” with children in third grade or younger, “or in a manner that is not age-appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students in accordance with state standards.”
Castillo spoke with Fox News after another Disney “cast member” – the company’s preferred term for employees – leaked screenshots of internal message boards showing that many cast members actually support the Florida law, including some who identified themselves as gay.
“I’m gay and I think any form of sexual education shouldn’t be taught until you’re older and able to understand it,” one employee wrote, according to the screenshots, which Human Events’ Jack Posobiec shared on Twitter. The cast member added, “leave the bill alone because it isn’t infringing on ANY member of the LGBT community, nor is it to the heterosexual one.”
“Let children be children,” another cast member reportedly wrote.
I think that the leaked message boards and the shareholder statement not only confirm what I’ve been saying, but show that the silent majority is starting to make some noise,” the cast member added. “I would expect this to continue.”
Castillo insisted that it is not too late for Disney to undo the damage.
“I do believe there is time for them to walk this back,” he told Fox News Digital. “Disney once set out to be the world’s most admirable company. They can still do this, but it requires some humility, and an admission that they were wrong to push out divisive rhetoric and wrong to purport to speak for all of us.”

Michael A. Sussmann is a former federal prosecutor and a former partner at the law firm Perkins Coie, who focused on privacy and cybersecurity law. Sussmann represented the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and retained CrowdStrike to examine its servers after two Russian hacker groups penetrated DNC networks and stole information.
In September 2021, Sussmann was indicted by a grand jury empaneled by special counsel John Durham‘s investigation into the origins of the FBI Russia probe into possible links between Russian officials and associates of presidential candidate Donald Trump. Sussmann pleaded not guilty to the charge.

Clinton 2016 campaign, lawyer, tech exec in ‘joint venture’ to smear Trump, Durham alleges
Hillary Clinton’s campaign, its lawyer and a tech executive took part in a “joint venture” to gather and spread dirt about Donald Trump during the 2016 presidential campaign, Special Counsel John Durham charges in a new filing.
The bombshell claim was made in a 48-page motion filed late Monday arguing for the admission of additional evidence ahead of Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann’s pending trial for allegedly lying to the FBI.
At the heart of the case is a Sept. 18, 2016 text message Sussmann sent to then-FBI General Counsel James Baker, which was reproduced in Monday’s filing.
“Jim – it’s Michael Sussmann. I have something time-sensitive (and sensitive) I need to discuss,” the lawyer wrote. “Do you have availability for a short meeting tomorrow? I’m coming on my own – not on behalf of a client or company – want to help the Bureau. Thanks.”
In fact, prosecutors say, Sussmann — then a cybersecurity lawyer at powerhouse Democratic law firm Perkins Coie — had deceived Baker and was acting on behalf of the Clinton campaign when the two met the following day.
During that sitdown, Sussmann allegedly gave Baker information suggesting that servers at the Trump Organization were communicating with servers at Moscow-based Alfa-Bank. That claim was amplified by the Clinton campaign to suggest that Trump was colluding with the Kremlin.
According to Monday’s filing, preparation for Sussmann’s meeting with Baker began in “late July and early August,” when “Tech Executive-1,” who has since been identified as Rodney Joffe, began telling employees at Virginia-based Neustar — where he was a senior vice president — to “mine and assemble Internet data that would support an ‘inference’ or ‘narrative’ tying Trump to Russia.”
Joffe, who is not named in the filing, allegedly said the point of the effort “was to please these ‘VIPs,’” which Durham says refers to Sussmann, his Perkins Coie colleague Marc Elias — the Clinton campaign’s general counsel — and the campaign itself.
Prosecutors also allege that Joffe ordered an executive at two other companies he owned to do a data deep-dive into Trump, saying “he was working with a person at a firm in Washington, D.C. with close ties to Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic Party.”

The document adds that Joffe even emailed the executive the home addresses, email addresses, IP addresses and other personal information of “various Trump associates,” including spouses and other family members.
According to Durham, the CEO was “highly uncomfortable” with Joffe’s ask, but complied because he “was a powerful figure.”
The dive into Trump was given the code name “Crimson Rhino.”
Eventually, prosecutors say, Joffe and his associates “exploited” Internet traffic relating to a healthcare provider to assemble information from Trump Tower and Trump’s Central Park West apartment building. Among the allegations made by Sussmann were that Trump and his associates were using a type of Russian-made cell phone near the White House and other locations.
At the same time, Sussman and Perkins Coie allegedly connected Joffe to Fusion GPS, the opposition research firm that hired former MI-6 agent Christopher Steele to compile his now-infamous dossier of explosive, debunked allegations about Trump’s supposed links to Russia.
The most notorious of those claims was that Moscow security services possessed a tape of Trump in a Moscow hotel room with prostitutes who were supposedly urinating on a bed where the Obamas had previously stayed.

First on Fox: Lawyers for the Clinton campaign paid a technology company to “infiltrate” servers belonging to Trump Tower, and later the White House, in order to establish an “inference” and “narrative” to bring to government agencies linking Donald Trump to Russia, a filing from Special Counsel John Durham says.
Durham filed a motion on Feb. 11 focused on potential conflicts of interest related to the representation of former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussman, who has been charged with making a false statement to a federal agent. Sussman has pleaded not guilty.
The indictment against Sussman says he told then-FBI General Counsel James Baker in September 2016, less than two months before the 2016 presidential election, that he was not doing work “for any client” when he requested and held a meeting in which he presented “purported data and ‘white papers’ that allegedly demonstrated a covert communications channel” between the Trump Organization and Alfa Bank, which has ties to the Kremlin.
But Durham’s filing on Feb. 11, in a section titled “Factual Background,” reveals that Sussman “had assembled and conveyed the allegations to the FBI on behalf of at least two specific clients, including a technology executive (Tech Executive 1) at a U.S.-based internet company (Internet Company 1) and the Clinton campaign.”
Durham’s filing said Sussman’s “billing records reflect” that he “repeatedly billed the Clinton Campaign for his work on the Russian Bank-1 allegations.”
The filing revealed that Sussman and the Tech Executive had met and communicated with another law partner, who was serving as General Counsel to the Clinton campaign. Sources told Fox News that lawyer is Marc Elias, who worked at the law firm Perkins Coie.
Durham’s filing states that in July 2016, the tech executive worked with Sussman, a U.S. investigative firm retained by Law Firm 1 on behalf of the Clinton campaign, numerous cyber researchers and employees at multiple internet companies to “assemble the purported data and white papers.”
“In connection with these efforts, Tech Executive-1 exploited his access to non-public and/or proprietary Internet data,” the filing states. “Tech Executive-1 also enlisted the assistance of researchers at a U.S.-based university who were receiving and analyzing large amounts of Internet data in connection with a pending federal government cybersecurity research contract.”
“Tech Executive-1 tasked these researchers to mine Internet data to establish ‘an inference’ and ‘narrative’ tying then-candidate Trump to Russia,” Durham states. “In doing so, Tech Executive-1 indicated that he was seeking to please certain ‘VIPs,’ referring to individuals at Law Firm-1 and the Clinton campaign.”
Durham also writes that during Sussman’s trial, the government will establish that among the Internet data Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited was domain name system (DNS) internet traffic pertaining to “(i) a particular healthcare provider, (ii) Trump Tower, (iii) Donald Trump’s Central Park West apartment building, and (iv) the Executive Office of the President of the United States (EOP).”
Durham states that the internet company that Tech Executive-1 worked for “had come to access and maintain dedicated servers” for the Executive Office of the President as “part of a sensitive arrangement whereby it provided DNS resolution services to the EOP.”
“Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited this arrangement by mining the EOP’s DNS traffic and other data for the purpose of gathering derogatory information about Donald Trump,” Durham states.
The filing also reveals that Sussman provided “an updated set of allegations” including the Russian bank data, and additional allegations relating to Trump “to a second agency of the U.S. government” in 2017.
Durham says the allegations “relied, in part, on the purported DNS traffic” that Tech Executive-1 and others “had assembled pertaining to Trump Tower, Donald Trump’s New York City apartment building, the EOP, and the aforementioned healthcare provider.”
In Sussman’s meeting with the second U.S. government agency, Durham says he “provided data which he claimed reflected purportedly suspicious DNS lookups by these entities of internet protocol (IP) addresses affiliated with a Russian mobile phone provider,” and claimed that the lookups “demonstrated Trump and/or his associates were using supposedly rare, Russian-made wireless phones in the vicinity of the White House and other locations.”
The problem here is two-fold, number One being that if she won,this whole thing would have been swept under the rug by the DOJ. As we have see in the Mueller Investigation, a ruse of all times that led to the fake impeachment of Trump, nothing will stop the Deep State Operatives from protecting their own. Number Two, Trump was an Outsider that broke into the Club. Those Deep State Operatives were worried that they would be exposed. They did everything to hinder his administration, Take the head of the FBI, he failed to proceed on several fronts. Ask the question, WHY? And there is more Proof of those in power who tried in vain to sabotagouge the President Trump.
We have not heard much news of late concerning the John Durham investigation into the DNC, FBI, SOS, POTUS, VPOTUS and others whose objective was to paint Trump as a Russian Agent. Let us go backtrack for the truth.

This quote from Mueller is the Dagger that the Republicans were waiting for.
However, we emphasize that the Mueller investigation was thorough, spending $20 million plus large. Redactions littered the report. Let us now turn to the fraudulent memo provided to the Court. Andrew McCabe and his concubine Lisa Page needed an insurance policy to STOP TRUMP from winning the election.
April 2021 it was reported the Inspector General referred former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe to the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia due to McCabe’s lack of candor. As the OIG reported, McCabe disclosed confidential investigative details to a media outlet“to advance his personal interests at the expense of Department leadership.”McCabe subsequently lied under oath to the FBI’s Inspections Division and the DOJ OIG.
McCabe told the House intelligence committee that Steele was a pillar of information for a surveillance warrant application.
“The Majority purposefully mischaracterizes both what is actually contained in the FISA applications and the testimony of former FBI Deputy McCabe before our committee in December 2017—the Minority’s memo lays out the full facts,” the official said.

Former deputy FBI director Andrew McCabe was pressed Tuesday about the infamous “insurance policy” text that was made between former agent Peter Strzok and his lover, onetime bureau lawyer Lisa Page.
Numerous disclosures of the private text messages between Strzok and Page exposed what critics called an overt bias against then-candidate Donald Trump. A particular exchange from August 2016 fueled speculation that the Justice Department was trying to prevent the billionaire businessman from being elected when referring to an “insurance policy.”
FBI Attorney Admits Altering Email Used for FISA Application During “Crossfire Hurricane” Investigation
Former FBI attorney Kevin Clinesmith, 38, pleaded guilty today in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia to a false statement offense stemming from his altering of an email in connection with the submission of a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (“FISA”) application, announced John H. Durham, Special Attorney to the Attorney General.
Clinesmith was assigned to provide legal support to FBI personnel working on Crossfire Hurricane, and he assisted FBI personnel with applications prepared by the FBI and the Justice Department’s National Security Division to conduct surveillance under the FISA. During the investigation, there were a total of four court-approved FISA applications targeting Individual #1. Each of the FISA applications alleged there was probable cause that Individual #1 was a knowing agent of a foreign power, specifically Russia.
On June 19, 2017, Clinesmith altered the email he received from the OGA Liaison by adding the words “not a source,” and then forwarded the email to the FBI SSA. Relying on the altered email, on June 29, 2017, the SSA signed and submitted the fourth FISA application to the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. The application did not include Individual #1’s history or status with the OGA.

FBI lovebirds Lisa Page, Peter Strzok conspired in Michael Flynn case: docs
WASHINGTON — Disgraced anti-Trump FBI lovebirds Lisa Page and Peter Strzok conspired to keep the case against Trump’s former national security adviser Michael Flynn ongoing when they found out it hadn’t been formally closed, new documents show.
In a tranche of court documents released after the Justice Department dropped its case against Flynn on Thursday, emails between then-lovers Strzok and Page in 2017 revealed they contemplated charging Flynn using the Logan Act as the FBI was preparing to end the investigation.
Two weeks before Trump’s inauguration, Strzok — one of the lead agents on the FBI investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election — sent senior FBI lawyer Page a definition of the Logan Act, saying any existing rules on the act “does not involve incoming administrations.”
Page replied: “You are awesome. Thank you.”
And there are others guilty of crimes. Say Adam Schiff who continued the false diatribe that he had evidence. When asked to produce it, this Lying MF, went yellow pants.
Hillary Clinton is the one person that Durham is after, THE WHALE. Clinton ran the DNC treasury; monies were not spent sans her OK. She hired the law firm of Perkins-Coie They intern hired Perkins Coie. Lawyer Marc Elias hired the company that compiled a dossier with allegations about Donald Trump’s Russia connections, the law firm confirmed on Tuesday.
Elias hired the company, Fusion GPS, to assist in the law firm’s representation of the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee, report the New York Times and the Washington Post, which was first with the story. The Clinton campaign and the DNC helped pay for the opposition research, the stories report.
The law firm’s involvement became public in a letter filed in court that was written by Perkins Coie managing partner Matthew Gehringer. The letter said Perkins Coie hired Fusion GPS in April 2016. Before that, Fusion GPS had been conducting research for one or more clients during the Republican primary.
Fusion GPS reportedly hired former British spy Christopher Steele to conduct the research after it was hired by the law firm. The Times described his allegations this way: “Mr. Steele produced a series of memos that alleged a broad conspiracy between the Trump campaign and the Russian government to influence the 2016 election on behalf of Mr. Trump.
The memos also contained unsubstantiated accounts of encounters between Mr. Trump and Russian prostitutes, and real estate deals that were intended as bribes.” The biggest farce here is to think that thee Government investigators (deep State operatives) hopped on this like a cheap suit; swallowed the story like a hook, line and sinker. (of course they did, all were Democrats) Where are the warrants? When will the BITCH be incarceratedfor the funding the greatest crime perpetrated by an opposition candidate in U.S. history.
We patiently wait for Durham to wrap up his investigation. Turning over every rock takes time, but America waits for several Gran Jury investigations to conclude. Most likely eight to ten criminals will be indicted But remember, Obama, Biden and Clinton were in on this at the very beginning. They should be indicted too.
People fled through the streets after rapid gunfire rang out in an area packed with restaurants and bars in the early hours of Sunday.
Police nearby responded to the gunfire and came across a “very large crowd”, police chief Katherine Lester said.
No suspect is yet in custody in the wake of the shootings.
“This is a really tragic situation,” Chief Lester said.
The officer said investigators had arrived at the scene and urged the public to come forward with any information that might help identify those responsible.
The shooting took place at around 02:00 (09:00 GMT) in an area at 10th Street and K that leads to the Golden One Center, where the Sacramento Kings play basketball.
It is also only a few streets from the state Capitol building.
Community activist Barry Accius reached the scene at about 02:30 after a city council member called him about the shooting.
“The first thing I saw was like victims,” he was quoted as saying by CBS News.
“I saw a young girl with a whole bunch of blood in her body, a girl taking off glass from her, a young girl screaming saying, ‘They killed my sister.’ A mother running up, ‘Where’s my son, has my son been shot?'”
