DEMOCRATS REACT TO CATASTROPHES – NEVER LETTING A CRISIS GO BY

Instead of being proactive the progressive anti liberty mindset seems to tout their solving (reactive) a problem after a tragedy. Simple fact, they are not forward thinkers, but stuck in the mindset of Freddie Flintstone et al. Quoting Rahm Emanuel, Obama’s previous chief of staff,  “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste.” This quote alone is telling, first it highlights the need to fix something that was broken which brings us to the point that the Democrats didn’t realize it was broken in the first place. Secondly, the crisis fix is in most cases the limiting of rights guaranteed by the Constitution or allowed by law or regulation; stomping on individual rights is always the progressive controlling agenda.

There they go again! The tragedy in Orlando brings out the worst of the pandering liars who now seek more gun control. The facts are straight as the barrel of an AK-47. The Jihad Muslim Terrorist was able to procure weapons legally because the Democrat politically correct institution known as the FBI or better yet the Failed Bureau of Investigation did not do the job they are charged with.

This Islamist was on the hit the Hit List (no fly list), but government employees who followed Obama’s philosophy of political correctness, approved his application allowing him to obtain a gun permit. Think of it this way, allowing an arsonist to buy a truck full of gasoline, well the FBI allowed the Jihadist to do likewise.

It is beyond the realm of reason and logic that one who travels to Saudi Arabia, a Islamist terrorist hell bent on destroying America with a record longer than a football field is able to buy weapons to kill. What should have happened did not. Known or potential terrorists should not have had the ability to purchase these weapons. A failure of the Obama regime is well known and he must accept responsibility for the murder of 49 individuals.

Take Chicago, the killing fields where cops no longer are able to do their job; political correctness has hampered their ability to execute when necessary. This was the same at Fort Hood, no officer wanted to be called a racist, so political correctness forced down the line by Obama, was responsible for 13 brave servicemen being slaughtered by a Muslim Jihadist. When will it stop, who will stop it, will the American people demand it be stopped?

The gunman who murdered at least 50 people in a Florida nightclub early Sunday morning was a follower of a controversial gang leader-turned-bank robber who was released from prison last year despite warnings from prosecutors that he would recruit people to carry out violent acts, sources told FoxNews.com.

The gunman, Omar Mir Seddique Mateen, was heard shouting “Allahu Akbar” while engaging officers, law enforcement sources told Fox News.

We live in a very dangerous time in America when our political leaders are afraid to speak out. They are just as dangerous and more so because it is them who we depend on to protect us.

Democrats Call for New Amnesty

Last Friday, Congressional Democrats sent out a petition calling on the president to grant mass amnesty to over a million illegal aliens from Central America, citing the region’s high crime rates and the dangers faced by potential deportees. Instead of asking the president to use his purported mass deferred action authority, Democrats are asking he grant the illegal aliens so-called Temporary Protected Status (TPS), a similar, albeit statute-based, program created by Congress in 1990. But similar to his previous blanket amnesties, using TPS in this situation would be unprecedented and legally questionable.

As its name implies, TPS was created to ‘temporarily’ stall the deportation of illegal aliens whose home country is ravaged by war or natural disaster. It initially only applied to then-war-torn El Salvador; however, the program’s since grown to include 11 other countries. And although the relief is supposed to be “temporary,” TPS-grants have been consistently renewed by DHS even when the problems back home have long since subsided.

{snip} Under section 244(b)(1) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the DHS Secretary can exercise grants of TPS on three grounds: situations of ongoing war that pose a serious threat to a potential deportee; situations of natural disaster so disruptive that the foreign state requests it; and under so-called “extraordinary and temporary conditions” with the added caveat that a temporary amnesty not be “contrary to the national interest of the United States.” For the first seven years of the program, all grants were made according to the first ground. Illegal aliens from Rwanda living in the US in 1995, for instance, were granted TPS following that country’s ethnic civil war which killed an estimated one million people. As for natural disaster grounds, Honduras and El Salvador themselves received TPS grants following severe flooding and earthquakes, respectively.

But in each of the dozen grants of TPS since 1990, never has an illegal alien received deportation relief because his or her home country had a high crime-rate. Congressman Luis Gutierrez seemed to recognize this fact when he told a rally outside the White House on Friday, “There is no difference between this and a hurricane–none.” In any case, it isn’t clear how much worse Central America has become in recent years, if at all. According to the Congressional Research Service, the latest crime figures actually show murder rates steady or declining in the region.

In their lobbying push, Democrats will no doubt stick to their “don’t punish the families” narrative–a highly cynical exploitation of the American public’s sentimental values. But this sort of emotional blackmail does have its limits, especially in election years. When President Carter extended his “open-arms and open-heart” policy to Cuban illegal aliens during the Mariel boatlift, over 100,000 hit Florida’s shores, causing a huge public backlash and partly costing him, in his own opinion, the 1980 election. Similarly, President Obama is losing control of our borders while lecturing Americans that “We are a better nation than one that deports innocent kids.” But voters might tell his party this election that we’re also a better nation than one that lures them here.

All of these immigrants from Latin America are invited to move into the White House and all houses or apartments owned or rented by Libtards.

Heads – they win; tails – we lose

 

For over 20 years now, many conservatives have asserted that there is no difference between the two parties, that the Republicans and the Democrats are two sides of the same coin. Michael Reagan said one day on his radio show back in the mid-1990s that the difference between Republicans and Democrats is that it takes a Republican about three weeks longer to become a communist. The only thing that has changed since then is that they have added fascist and Islamic jihad apologist to the mix.

 

Those of us who have not suffered severe blows to the head recall that when Gore and Kerry ran for president, Democrats made a huge issue of the national debt. Obama stridently insisted that the debt under Bush was “unpatriotic”.  In 2001, the debt stood at a whopping $5,792,000,000(that’s five trillion, seven-hundred ninety-two billion) which amounted to 54.8% of our total gross domestic product (GDP) at the time. However, since then, the Democrats, with the willing help of the Republicans, have increased the debt to $18, 138,000,000 (that is eighteen-trillion, one-hundred thirty-eight billion), with an added ½-trillion just since the last Republican cave on the debt ceiling only a couple of months ago. This now is 101.7% of our total GDP. In other words, we now owe more than we produce. We seem to be competing with Greece and Spain. We are being driven toward economic collapse by the members of both parties in our own elected government.

 

Meanwhile, Obama and the congressional lackeys of the New World Order – this is the Big Money Donor class we hear about occasionally – have followed their instructions and cut spending for the military, forced homosexuals and “transgenders” on it, forced out hundreds of patriotic, non-leftist field-grade officers, and “laid off” tens of thousands of regular troops. What we are left with is a diminished defense capability that has many national security experts seriously concerned.

 

Now, on top of this, the above mentioned criminal cabal in Washington is in the process of finishing the forced inundation of America with criminal aliens, terrorists, and Muslims who will only obey Shariah law, not the Constitution. It will take very little to tip us into internal chaos, and thus, vulnerability to “intervention” from outside. Think it can’t happen? Think about this:

 

The chaos caused by communist rioters like Black Lives Matter and the “Occupy Movement”,      internal terrorist attacks, an out of control crime wave, and a skyrocketing murder rate becomes the rationale for Obama to declare martial law. The chaos and martial law cause the economy to collapse.      We default on our national debt payments. China, our largest real creditor decides in must “intervene” to protect its economic interests, i.e., its massive loans to us that the chaos keeps us from being able to repay, and invades us to “restore order”.

Who, pray tell, is going to stop them? Given what we’ve seen from the Washington Cabal, they will most likely order our military to aid and abet them in crushing us under the hob-nailed boot of totalitarian collectivism. And while many serving today would refuse, by then, it will be too little, too late. For you see, while Obama and his willing Democrat and Republican accomplices have been tearing down our military, China has been going full speed ahead at building up theirs (http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2015-11-26/china-announces-military-overhaul-to-make-army-more-combat-ready).

 

There was a time when the Republicans were real patriots, willing to stand up and speak out, to take action to stop those who would destroy America and our way of life, men like Ronald Reagan, Barry Goldwater, Dwight Eisenhower, Strom Thurmond, Jesse Helms, and Joseph McCarthy. There are a few in Congress today, but only a few. Money appears to have nearly totally corrupted the system, leaving almost no one willing to live up to their oath of office to protect, defend, and obey the Constitution, the Constitution which requires them to provide for the defense of our country and her citizens.

 

If the Age of Miracles is indeed not over, and a major miracle happens that allows us to make it to November, 2016, without a descent into chaos, and the Washington Cabal doesn’t commit massive election fraud, it is a virtual certainty that either Donald Trump or Ted Cruz will win the presidency in a landslide. If we can also give them a genuinely conservative House and Senate by electing a majority of representatives like Trey Gowdy and a majority of Senators like Mike Lee, we just might be able to avoid going over the edge, and return America to her former greatness. If not, I feel really, REALLY sorry for our children and grandchildren.

LOIS LERNER WALKS

The old boys network has given a pass to another lying government employee; this time it is the IRS stooge, Lois Lerner.  She took the 5th which by itself is a guilty plea. Our employee, your employee invoking the 5th Amendment, this is some one paid by our taxes who will not tell us what she did, what she knows and who told her to do it.

Our Justice Department has failed us once again.  One bet w9rth taking if Lerner was a Republican and she targeted Democrats the DOJ no doubt would have prosecuted her. You can put that in the bank.

Folks, we are on step closer to the 2nd American Revolution.  With criminals running our government, the honest paying, hard working taxpayer and honest citizen alike has no choice but to revolt. We cannot go on the way we are with Criminals in Washington D.C.

THE CHINA SYNDROME

The China Syndrome, the worry that an American nuclear plant meltdown could penetrate the earth’s crust finally ending up in China. A worry to this day. Economically we have seen the reverse, a China economic meltdown, now winding its way through oceans leaving economic woe and devastation in its path. The financial markets have confirmed the economic twister’s wake since China’s stock market swooned 30%. Now it is leaving a financial trail of devastation in our financial markets.China syndrome.jpg The bottom line here is simple. Over the past twenty years China has accumulated a couple of trillion dollars of our money; shipping slave produced goods to the United States in return they purchased foreign companies worldwide.

Their bounty was spent gobbling up companies across the global board. These included natural resources, manufacturing, biotech, electronic and software. They are today’s elephant in the economic room. China catches a cold, the world catches the flu.

While other countries economic woes are common place, the United States economy is humming along. This is an anomaly.  Questions arise on how our economy has shielded the blow of economic stagnation. It does not seem possible. True that interest rates are at all time lows, oil has imploded, but these circumstances exist in Europe too and their economy is in the tank. Something does not jive hear. Is our government covering something up? That is the question.

The Black Dilemma
 
“For almost 150 years the United States has been conducting an interesting experiment. The subjects of the experiment: black people and working-class whites.
 
The hypothesis to be tested: Can a people taken from the jungles of Africa and forced into slavery be fully integrated as citizens in a majority white population?
 
The whites were descendants of Europeans who had created a majestic civilization. The former slaves had been tribal peoples with no written language and virtually no intellectual achievements. Acting on a policy that was not fair to either group, the government released newly freed black people into a white society that saw them as inferiors. America has struggled with racial discord ever since.
Decade after decade the problems persisted but the experimenters never gave up. They insisted that if they could find the right formula the experiment would work, and concocted program after program to get the result they wanted. They created the Freedmans Bureau, passed civil rights laws, tried to build the Great Society, declared War on Poverty, ordered race preferences, built housing projects, and tried midnight basketball.
 
Their new laws intruded into peoples lives in ways that would have been otherwise unthinkable. They called in National Guard troops to enforce school integration. They outlawed freedom of association. Over the protests of parents, they put white children on buses and sent them to black schools and vice-versa. They tried with money, special programs, relaxed standards, and endless hand wringing to close the achievement gap. To keep white backlash in check they began punishing public and even private statements on race. They hung up Orwellian public banners that commanded whites to Celebrate Diversity! and Say No to Racism. Nothing was off limits if it might salvage the experiment.
 
Some thought that what W.E.B. DuBois called the Talented Tenth would lead the way for black people. A group of elite, educated blacks would knock down doors of opportunity and show the world what blacks were capable of.
There is a Talented Tenth. They are the black Americans who have become entrepreneurs, lawyers, doctors and scientists. But ten percent is not enough. For the experiment to work, the ten percent has to be followed by a critical mass of people who can hold middle-class jobs and promote social stability. That is what is missing.
 
Through the years, too many black people continue to show an inability to function and prosper in a culture unsuited to them. Detroit is bankrupt, the south side of Chicago is a war zone, and the vast majority of black cities all over America are beset by degeneracy and violence. And blacks never take responsibility for their failures. Instead, they lash out in anger and resentment.
 
Across the generations and across the country, as we have seen in Detroit, Watts, Newark, Los Angeles, Cincinnati, and now Ferguson, rioting and looting are just one racial incident away. The white elite would tell us that this doesn’t mean the experiment has failed. We just have to try harder. We need more money, more time, more understanding, more programs, and more opportunities.
 
But nothing changes no matter how much money is spent, no matter how many laws are passed, no matter how many black geniuses are portrayed on TV, and no matter who is president. Some argue its a problem of culture, as if culture creates peoples behavior instead of the other way around. Others blame white privilege.
 
But since 1965, when the elites opened Americas doors to the Third World, immigrants from Asia and India people who are not white, not rich, and not connected have quietly succeeded. While the children of these people are winning spelling bees and getting top scores on the SAT, black youths are committing half the country’s violent crime, which includes viciously punching random white people on the street for the thrill of it that has nothing to do with poverty.
 
The experiment has failed. Not because of white culture, or white privilege, or white racism. The fundamental problem is that American black culture has evolved into an un-fixable and crime ridden mess. *They do not want to change their culture or society, and expect others to tolerate their violence and amoral behavior. They have become socially incompatible with other races by their own design, not because of the racism of others – but by their own hatred of non-blacks.*
 
Our leaders don’t seem to understand just how tired their white subjects are with this experiment. *They don’t understand that white people aren’t out to get black people; they are just exhausted with them. They are exhausted by the social pathologies, the violence, the endless complaints, and the blind racial solidarity, the bottomless pit of grievances, the excuses, and the reflexive animosity.*

CHICAGO “TO DEBT DO US PART”

The Democratic Party Machine has held sway over the Windy City for the past 100 years, from Cermak to Daly to Emanuel, parsing favors to their ward henchmen as they delivered the votes; public workers including police and fireman repeated the bounty.

Parts of the South Side” tread with caution” has been owned by gang-bangers who rule the roost. On the way to a Chavez style socialist paradise the debt explosion has smacked the “meat packing city” in the face. Ready to hit the junk bond heap they have nowhere to turn; perhaps the Mafia can bail them out. After all what do you do when the unfunded pension liability alone is 32 billion ($32,000,000,000); that is real money. Not to mention this years operating budget shortfall in the neighborhood of $300 million.

Their illustrious mayor is now in a runoff with another big mouth Democrat with the same blood running in his veins as Hugo Chavez.  As we stated on numerous occasions, socialism is the worst disease known to man, a poison without a remedy. Ask Detroit, Washington, Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela, Russia and you come up with the same answer, “we are broke” with no intent on paying our debts -ever.

Many of the things the early Democrats and union organizers fought for long ago were necessary to protect workers rights, health and welfare, but things go to far. Now the judiciary is in the act making laws instead of ruling on them. Regulators gone wild believe it is they whom can promulgate regulations if the Congress fails to do so. The country is out of control now ruled by a President who rules by decree. Sounds like Hugo, may he rest in peace, Chavez. Eventually a time will come when the “only solution will be a revolution.” That time is closer than many people think.

TIME TO PULL A BANK JOB ON THE BANKERS

Elizabeth Warren does not have Hillary Clinton’s back. Most likely she never did. Actually, when the 2016 Presidential election season plays out with Warren winning the Democrat primary, the question arises; will Clinton have Warren’s back? Interestingly enough Clinton had the back of Barack Hussein Obama. But this time Clinton will not be interested in playing Second Fiddle.  The reality will expose the Democrat cleavage.

Warren’s populous ultra left wing vs the pragmatic Clinton friendly to bankers and Wall Street wing which has as its primary motive to win elections; afterword laying down the law – for instance Dodd-Frank written with the help of banker’s lawyers. Warren will be in your face from the get go. But she does have some good talking points. For instance, the “bankers must pay for their wicked ways.”

Warren makes a valid point. Just six years ago the banks were headed for extinction. The cause “GREED”. The banking implosion was due to greed. Gordon Gekko said that greed was good; it became a pervasive philosophy among the bankers. And recent news reveals that JP Morgan Chase  acted accordingly; for Bankers play by a different set of rules. Thousands of bankers benefited from the collapse and very few have spent time behind bars woofing down three squares a day. However, they have spent much time devouring their favorite elixir in some of their favorite bars and bistros, all on our money.

The banking system is unlike most if not all private companies. The government has their back. The Federal Reserve is an incestuous institution, private and public at the same time; it provides liquidity in time of panics. That is where the major problem lies. Banks that took on too much risk, in the case of banks too big to fail, are bailed out. Hence they are rewarded for risk taking. That is wrong, they should be allowed to fail, pay the penalty and forgo their previous incentive payments and salaries.

Another prime example is the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac), both GSO’s that operated with impunity while the top dogs bilked the companies fleeced the treasury and stockholders for all they had. Failed institutions do die, but their executives always pop up somewhere else. How about that Jon Corzine, ex gov of NJ, once the head honcho at MF Global allegedly participated in the sinister move of looting customer funds.

So coming into the 2016 debate the Republicans will have to alter their traditional message. “Greed by Bankers” is not good expecially when the government has their back. Middle America is not too pleased with not rogue bankers on the loose but ordinary bankers who rob banks from the inside, never spend much time in Club Fed, but live the life of Riley when their nickel ends.

Perhaps the Statue of Limitations has ended in many cases, but government claw back of the perpetrator’s loot is still an option. Drug dealers assets are seized why not bankers?

WELFARE STATE

Tuesday’s election was best characterized as a Republican tsunami, destroying most Democrats in its wake. Some were able to dodge the white caps, but overall Republican governors were elected in major upsets emerging under conservative mandates. However, there were states where Democrats dodged the proverbial bullet; for instance Connecticut. Known as the Constitution State, but for many citizens, the new state moniker is the “Welfare State.”govmalloy

Connecticut, once the envy of all, where high salaries, booming industry and good quality of life was predominant; no more, voters handed the Democrat Governor a ticket to govern for four more years.  Even Illinois, Obama’s home state saw the light – they handed the reins to a Republican. Connecticut and Illinois are similar to the effect that both are dead broke. Expect the Blue states to drink more of the cool aide, but the hand writing is on the wall; they will see the error of their ways, but not admit that Keynesian economics was a more of a mirage than reality. Dead broke is not a good thing.

The race I liked the most was the one in Maryland, where I live, where the Lt. Governor Anthony Brown was considered such a shoe-in, no one spoke about the Maryland race. No one. You didn’t hear a word, and the Republican, Larry Hogan, came out of nowhere. He won by 8 points. This tells you — the reason I like it, it shows the extent of this political event into the bluest of the blue, Maryland. It wasn’t a tea leaf election. It was a nuclear explosion.
