The Virginia Senator has indicated that he is on the verge of making due his threat. This is sending shudders to the very bones of Hillary and her campaign. Of course it remains to be seen if this will have a material effect, but we do know the race will be tight and a 1% swing will be critical. There is no love lost between Webb and Hillary the Killer.
