STRANGERS IN YOUR OWN LAND

by MIKE FLYNN20 Nov 201510,720GettyImages-495150466 trump crowdA Super PAC tied to Ohio Governor John Kasich is annnouncing a new multi-million dollar effort to torpedo Donald Trump’s campaign for the Republican nomination.

Trump’s continued dominance of national and state-level polling has vexed the GOP establishment and pushed it to near-panic as voting nears.

A recent survey of public attitudes by Reuters/Ispos, though, suggests caution for the GOP establishment.

Whatever failings there may be in his specific policies, Donald Trump’s campaign has tapped into a strong, visceral feeling of millions of Americans. Seeking to destroy Trump, the candidate, may further alienate the Republican party from a rapidly growing block of voters.

According to the Reuters survey, 58 percent Americans say they “don’t identify with what America has become.” While Republicans and Independents are the most likely to agree with this statement, even 45 percent of Democrats share this feeling.

More than half of Americans, 53 percent, say they “feel like a stranger” in their own country. A minority of Americans feel “comfortable as myself” in the country.

There are no doubt lots of reasons underlying this feelings. Demographically, Americans holding these views tend to be white, older, live in the South and have less than a college education. Politically, they are cordoned off as the white working class. While they rarely attract much attention from the political class, they still represent an enormous block of voters.

Their numbers may be declining relative to the entire population, but they are still the largest single block of voters. In many critical swing states like Ohio, Florida, and North Carolina, they represent a significant base of voters that can determine the outcome of elections.

The reasons for their alienation are both cultural and economic. The economic anxiety sparked by the financial crisis in 2007-8 has likely pushed them further away from the mainstream political parties. This isn’t solely a phenomenon on the right, as the resurgent popularity of explicitly socialist policies on the left attest.

Even allowing that the economy has officially been in recovery for the past six years, its benefits haven’t been felt widely. The jobs gained during the economic recovery have generally been at lower wages and benefits than before the Great Recession. The number of Americans not in the labor force, on food stamps or permanent disability have all reached historic highs. Concerns over income inequality have increased as the Federal Reserve has pumped trillions of dollars of stimulus into Wall Street and the financial markets.

There are cultural factors as well.

Several years ago, leading Democrat strategists created the “Bobby Kennedy Project,” an effort to increase the party’s appeal to white working class voters. The effort was soon abandoned, though, when it became clear that the party would have to moderate some of its more progressive social positions. The Democrat party, for now at least, has staked its future on appealing to young and minority voters.

Whether or not this is the politically smart play for the future remains to be seen. In the present, however, it means that a huge block of voters feel alienated and are up for grabs politically. Trump’s campaign slogan, “Make America Great Again,” is perfectly attuned to those voters who feel increasingly like “strangers” in their own country.

Panic breeds actions born out of emotions rather than somber reflection. The Republican establishment is understandably panicked at the thought of Donald Trump capturing the party’s nomination for President. It is convinced, perhaps incorrectly, that a Trump candidacy will doom the party’s chances next year.

Its zeal to derail his campaign carries huge risks for the party, however. The Trump phenomenon is not simply the product of a media-savvy, hyper-personality candidate. It is drawing strength from very real sentiments of a huge block of voters. The Republican party may take out Trump, but it alienates these voters at its peril.

A MOSQUE IN THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD

Why not build mosques next door to all the liberal do-gooders in Congress.  Let them experience the religion of peace first hand; maybe they will be forced to convert by the will of Allah to Islam. There is nothing better than converting a liberal to a conservative than getting mugged first hand. Perhaps many of these progressive types have not surveyed the countryside where mosques have entered a major building phase. Politicians take note, Hamtramcyk, not many politicians can pronounce the name let alone no where it is located has the first Muslim majority city council.

The gritty, blue collar town is known to have multiple Polish Catholic churches, a bevy of restaurants serving Polish food, and, every year, a celebration called Fat Tuesday that honors the traditional Polish pastry – Paczkis. Hordes of people snake out the doors of local bakeries to purchase the doughnut-like treat. But this month, voters in Hamtramck elected what is believed to be the first majority Muslim city council in the US. Click here for the full story provided by The Guardian.

This is only a start, wait for Sharia law, halal food demands, shutting Polish pig’s feet vendors. Soon city after city will be inundated by illegals who will be shielded by a Muslim police force. One question arises regarding the voters who went to the polls; were they citizens or not?

Karen Majewski was in such high demand in her vintage shop on a recent Saturday afternoon that a store employee threw up her hands when yet another visitor came in to chat. Everyone wanted to talk to the mayor about the big political news.

Earlier this month, the blue-collar city that has been home to Polish Catholic immigrants and their descendents for more than a century became what demographers think is the first jurisdiction in the nation to elect a
majority-Muslim council.

It’s the second tipping for Hamtramck (pronounced Ham-tram-ik), which in 2013 earned the distinction becoming of what appears to be the first majority-Muslim city in the United States following the arrival of thousands of immigrants from Yemen, Bangladesh and Bosnia over a decade.

In many ways, Hamtramck is a microcosm of the fears gripping parts of the country since the Islamic State’s attacks on Paris: The influx of Muslims here has profoundly unsettled some residents of the town long known for its love of dancing, beer, paczki pastries and the pope.

“It’s traumatic for them,” said Majewski, a dignified-looking woman in a brown velvet dress, her long, silvery hair wound in a loose bun.

Around her at the Tekla Vintage store, mannequins showcased dresses, hats and jewelry from the mid-20th century, and customers fingered handbags and gawked at the antique dolls that line the store, which sits across the street from Srodek’s Quality Sausage and the Polish Art Center on Joseph Campau Avenue, the town’s main drag.

Majewski, whose family emigrated from Poland in the early 20th century, admitted to a few concerns of her own. Business owners within 500 feet of one of Hamtramck’s four mosques can’t obtain a liquor license, she complained, a notable development in a place that flouted Prohibition-era laws by openly operating bars. The restrictions could thwart efforts to create an entertainment hub downtown, said the pro-commerce mayor.

And while Majewski advocated to allow mosques to issue calls to prayer, she understands why some longtime residents are struggling to adjust to the sound that echos through the city’s streets five times each day.

One of history’s largest generations moves into its prime spending years.

“There’s definitely a strong feeling that Muslims are the other,” she said. “It’s about culture, what kind of place Hamtramck will become. There’s definitely a fear, and to some degree, I share it.”

Saad Almasmari, a 28-year-old from Yemen who became the fourth Muslim elected to the six-member city council this month, doesn’t understand that fear.

Almasmari, the owner of an ice cream company who campaigned on building Hamtramck’s struggling economy and improving the public schools, said he is frustrated that so many residents expect the council’s Muslim members to be biased. He spent months campaigning everywhere in town, knocking on the doors of mosques and churches alike, he said.

“I don’t know why people keep putting religion into politics,” said Almasmari, who received the highest percentage of votes
(22 percent) of any candidate. “When we asked for votes, we didn’t ask what their religion was.”

THE IRON LEGION FROM “THIS BLOG IS DANGEROUS”

Reaction to the Paris Attacks

The reaction to the latest Islamic terrorist attack in Paris has been utterly predictable. Politicians calling for unity and the unbreakable spirit of democracy. People castigating religion. Almost everybody missing the point, although some are slowly beginning to get it.

It’s clear now that Europe is now facing a series of converging crises: financial collapse, the struggle to meet energy demands, a corruption of morals, Islamic terrorism, a declining native population and a foreign invasion. These crises are now coming into focus so sharply as to be impossible to ignore. This is the shock of history that Dominique Venner predicted.

“Not all Muslims are like that”

Anybody who today still repeats lies about equality, diversity, ‘not all Muslims are like that’, or tries to blame everything on the disingenuous blanket term of ‘religion’, when all the evidence around them screams towards the opposite, or tries to guilt modern-day Europeans for the violent struggle for survival of their ancestors, is as much a part of the problem as the third world horde itself.

FRENCH INQUISITION! IT IS ABOUT TIME

The Spanish Inquisition in 1492 The Inquisition was originally intended in large part to ensure the orthodoxy of those who converted from Judaism and Islam. This regulation of the faith of the newly converted was intensified after the royal decrees issued in 1492 and 1501 ordering Jews and Muslims to convert or leave Spain. Alhambra Decree, which ordered the expulsion, was issued in January 1492. Historic accounts of the numbers of Jews who left Spain have varied enormously. Historians of the period give extremely high figures: Juan de Mariana speaks of 800,000 people, and Don Isaac Abravanel of 300,000. Modern estimates, based on careful examination of official documents and population estimates of communities, are much lower: Henry Kamen estimates that, of a population of approximately 80,000 Jews, about one half or 40,000 chose emigration. The Jews of the kingdom of Castile emigrated mainly to Portugal (whence they were expelled in 1497) and to North Africa. However, according to Henry Kamen, the Jews of the kingdom of Aragon, went “to adjacent Christian lands, mainly to Italy”, rather than to Muslim lands as is often assumed. The Sefardim or Anusim descendants of Spanish Jews gradually migrated throughout Europe and North Africa, where they established communities in many cities. They also went to New Spain, the Ottoman Empire and North America (the American Southwest), Central and South America.

The Inquisition not only hunted for Protestants and for false converts from Judaism among the conversos, but also searched for false or relapsed converts among the Moriscos, forced converts from Islam. The Moriscos were mostly concentrated in the recently conquered kingdom of Granada, in Aragon, and in Valencia. Officially, all Muslims in the Crown of Castile had been forcibly converted to Christianity in 1502. Muslims in the Crown of Aragon were obliged to convert by Charles I‘s decree of 1526, as most had been forcibly baptized during the Revolt of the Brotherhoods (1519–1523) and these baptisms were declared to be valid.

Many Moriscos were suspected of practising Islam in secret, and the jealousy with which they guarded the privacy of their domestic life prevented the verification of this suspicion.[30] Initially they were not severely persecuted by the Inquisition, but experienced a policy of evangelization without torture,[31] a policy not followed with those conversos who were suspected of being crypto-Jews. There were various reasons for this. Most importantly, in the kingdoms of Valencia and Aragon a large number of the Moriscos were under the jurisdiction of the nobility, and persecution would have been viewed as a frontal assault on the economic interests of this powerful social class.[32] Still, fears ran high among the population that the Moriscos were traitorous, especially in Granada. The coast was regularly raided byBarbary pirates backed by Spain’s enemy the Ottoman Empire, and the Moriscos were suspected of aiding them.

In 1609, King Philip III, upon the advice of his financial adviser the Duke of Lerma and Archbishop of Valencia Juan de Ribera, decreed the Expulsion of the Moriscos. Hundreds of thousands of Moriscos were expelled, some of them probably sincere Christians. This was further fueled by the religious intolerance of Archbishop Ribera who quoted the Old Testament texts ordering the enemies of God to be slain without mercy and setting forth the duties of kings to extirpate them.[35] The edict required: ‘The Moriscos to depart, under the pain of death and confiscation, without trial or sentence… to take with them no money, bullion, jewels or bills of exchange…. just what they could carry.’[36] So successful was the enterprise, in the space of months, Spain was emptied of its Moriscos

France today:

The country’s radical secularism clashes with many Muslims’ desire to publicly display their faith

With news that the chief suspects in the massacre on Wednesday at the offices of the French satirical newspaperCharlie Hebdo are French citizens, a new mystery emerges: how could the land of liberty, equality and fraternity have produced men hell-bent on destroying all three? While the attack may evoke comparisons to earlier tragedies in New York, London, or Madrid, France’s relationship with its Muslim citizens is particular — and particularly fraught. What sets France on a particular collision course with Islamic practices is the country’s radical brand of secularism — and this ideology’s impact on French Muslim life.

With more than 5 million Muslims, France may have Western Europe’s largest Muslim community, but its relationship with Islam has been tenser than, say, Britain’s or Germany’s. An older generation of French Muslims has been alienated by memories of the Algerian War in the 1950s, when local groups battled for independence from more than a century of French rule, with its heavy-handed disdain for local customs. Their children and grandchildren frequently feel excluded from mainstream society because of their Arabic names or the color of their skin.

HYPOCRISY

In case you missed it the recent plan to recruit border patrol agents on college campuses led to the accusations that racial profiling was the main factor in retaining illegals that invade our country  from Mexico.

To think that Blacks, Chinese, Africans, Russians, Afghans, Iraqis and Syrians are a significant number of those who cross the border is a pipe dream. But there are those on college campuses who condone illegal behavior and accuse those who enforce the law of RACIAL PROFILING.icebadge

The undocumented community is directly affected by deportation and detention policies that are carried out by Border Patrol, and having Border Patrol agents on campus is a blatant disregard to undocumented students’ safety and well-being.”

“NO MAS” is the new campus shibboleth.

We can’t hold our tongue any longer when it comes to Hillary Clinton. Seeking the presidential nomination she has continued to reach out to Wall Street bankers for donations. In fact most of the money raised by Clinton so far has come from the super rich. The mom and pop crowd has shown little enthusiasm in donating to her campaign and why should they?  They aren’t expected.  Their vote is their donation.

Secondly those who are pandered to, the moocher, the parasite, the welfare aficionado, those on the government dole are in no position to cough up a donation; after all they are broke. The truth of the matter is is that liberal Democrats don’t expect them to donate to their campaign.

These politicians pander to them not for donations, but for votes.

The more liberal the welfare policies, medicare qualifications, child care credits, food stamp programs, the larger the nanny state equates to more Democrat voters and therefore an avalanche of votes at election time.  It is no wonder that most of the large cities in the country constantly vote for a Democrat candidate 90% of the time.

THE CAMP OF THE SAINTS

 American Renaissance

The proliferation of other races dooms our race, my race, irretrievably to extinction in the century to come, if we hold fast to our present moral principles.

—Jean Raspail, The Camp of the Saints, 1973

Forty-two years ago, the great French author Jean Raspail wrote a deeply prescient novel. A flotilla of rusty ships packed with beggars sets sail from the Third World. They head for the French Riviera, where a million wretched, brown-skinned people hope to storm the beaches and feed on the wealthy white West. Will the French army fire on the invaders or welcome them as refugees? In the end they do neither; soldiers throw down their weapons and run away as the mob stumbles ashore. Millions more follow, and Europe is snuffed out.

The Camp of the Saints has never gone out of print, and has been translated into all major European languages–and yet the coverage of the European “migrant” crisis goes on as if it had never been written. The masses pouring in from Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq, and a host of African countries are doing exactly what Mr. Raspail predicted they would and, tragically, so are the Europeans.

The underlying problem–and one that cannot be solved–is that whites have built the most pleasant places to live in human history while, with only a few exceptions, everywhere else is a dung heap. In some cases, such as Afghanistan, Iraq, and Libya, Western meddling has made things worse, but even without that, hundreds of millions of non-whites in a hundred different countries would move to Europe or America if they could.

And now, they can.CampOfSaints

European colonization, not refugee resettlement

Islam in Europe

Islam in Europe

Why are the more than one million Muslim refugees so anxious to get to northern Europe and not, say, Saudi Arabia or Egypt? Why are we obligated to help them get to Amsterdam, Oslo and London? And why in the world is the United States government planning to take 66,000 Syrian refugees?

Yes, Europe is faced with a massive refugee crisis when a million homeless people surge northward in search of food, shelter and safety. But why are they choosing Germany, Belgium, Sweden and Britain and not neighboring Muslim countries?

And why does the United States have any obligation whatsoever to absorb any more refugees and asylum seekers than the over 100,000 we already accept each year from Central America, Asia and Africa?

This human wave surging across Europe is a byproduct of the interminable civil war in Syria, ISIS massacres of whole cities in Iraq – and the terrorist mayhem across North Africa unleashed by Obama’s incredibly stupid “Arab Spring.” We can understand why people are fleeing the chaos. But why must Muslim refugees be accommodated with shelter, food, and jobs in Europe instead of in Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Turkey?

Turkey is a symptom of the larger problem. Turkey has refugee camps, but the Turkish government encourages and helps the refugees’ movement to seaports where they can arrange to be smuggled across the Aegean Sea to Greece, Italy or elsewhere.

Why don’t the refugees want to stay close to home so they can return when the violence stops?

Is this simply a flight to the perceived safety and welfare state generosity offered by European nations? Or is something else going on here? Why is it not politically correct to ask that question?

This week the head of the UN refugee agency said there is an immediate need for shelter and aid for 200,000 refugees fleeing northward, and he called on the European Union to require each member nation to take a mandated number of refugees.

The Prime Minister of Hungary, Victor Orban, has a different answer, an answer that is shocking to liberal sensitivities. The Hungarian leader believes the number will reach one million by year’s end and that Europe can only halt the flood by saying no. The Hungarian leader made this blunt statement on Thursday:

“We have to make it clear that we can’t allow everyone in, because if we allow everyone in, Europe is finished.”

Remember, it was Hungary that started the dominoes falling to end the Cold War in 1988-89 by allowing the free flow of refugees fleeing Poland, East Germany and other communist hell holes.

The Hungarian leader has put his finger on the real issue here—the ongoing and accelerating colonization of Europe by Muslims.

I believe that it does not matter whether or not this is the conscious goal of a majority of the refugees now flooding Europe, most of whom are undoubtedly concerned with finding food and shelter tomorrow and not the sweep of history. Nonetheless, colonization will be the inevitable outcome of the limitless accommodation to Muslim populations.

In 2014, the United States took in over 69,000 refugees and over 40,000 asylees, mostly from Central America, not the Middle East. But the State Department and the Obama White House have proposed to bring 66,000 Syrian refugees to the U.S. in the 2015-2016 fiscal year.

Folks, the war-torn city of Aleppo, Syria, is less than 50 miles from Turkey, but it is over 500 miles from Amsterdam and over 5,000 miles from Amarillo and Anaheim. Why do Syrian refugees prefer to find “resettlement” so far from their Muslim homeland?

The answer seems to be that a million Muslim refugees are being told — by their own leaders and mullahs, by the UN, by the media, and by the United States government, that they can resume their lives as devout Muslims and practice Sharia Law in their new homes in Europe and the United States.

This raises profound national security questions for Europe and the U.S. quite apart from the economic and cultural impact of millions of low-income migrants added to an already over-burdened welfare system.

Does anyone doubt that ISIS and al-Qaeda are hard at work helping dedicated jihadists find a home in that flow of humanity? The FBI has admitted in congressional testimony that is has no capacity for vetting the thousands of refugees now arriving from the Middle East.

Even if only two percent of the Syrian and Iraqi refugees are ISIS sympathizers, that number is a major threat. Moreover, we know from many polls that the percentage of jihadist sympathizers in the Muslim population is frighteningly high.

The United States should follow Hungary and just say no. We do not need another 66,000 Muslim migrants added to the over one million Muslims residing here now.

The real victims of the ISIS violence in the Middle East are the Christians. Why is it that the only concern for Christian refugees comes from private religious groups operating without any government assistance? If we are going to take Syrian refugees, why are not Christian refugees given priority?

Beneath the “humanitarian crisis” lies a looming national security crisis that may make the 9-11 attacks look like a walk in the park.

‘Refugees’ Abusing Police, Throwing Food and Water Away onto Train Tracks

hungary-640x480

The question no one is asking is why all these people, all of a sudden?

Did millions of Muslims across the Middle East and Africa get a text message that said, go now?

This is clearly orchestrated, and as I previously reported, ISIS warned Europe of an invasion of “migrants.”

This, too, is an act of war. How many jihadists are among the hordes?

YouTube video has emerged showing the Muslim migrants overwhelming Europe rejecting food packages and bottled water, throwing them onto the train tracks. Although the children appeared eager to take the food, the adults would not allow it, in some cases throwing it back at police.

Now there’s a harbinger of things to come.

migrats throw food

David Cameron agreed to allow many more refugees into Britain following an outcry on social media over a photograph of a dead migrant child.

What the media doesn’t tell you is that the Syrian boy drowned because his Father wanted new teeth.

The family of drowned toddler Aylan Kurdi were given free housing in Turkey, while the father’s story is full of holes. And yet the photo of the child washed up on a beach has become iconic of the massive Muslim invasion of Europe. The media’s cynical exploitation of mirrors the al Dura hoax.

CNN says of the photo of the toddler: “It took a tragic photo of a drowned toddler on a Turkish beach to make the refugee torrent pouring into Europe a problem for Americatoo.”

Referring to the photograph of the dead child, he said: “I genuinely think and believe that Chancellor Merkel, compounding the pull factors this week, is more likely to make us see more of those kind of photographs. It is a very dangerous thing, I think, that she has done.

The fact is, if they Europeans cave, millions more will come — and food won’t be the only thing they’ll be throwing at police.

EUROPE IN THE THROES OF ISLAMIZATION – TRUMP ON POLITICAL CORRECTNESS

A tsunami fueled by ISIS has taken hold across Europe; millions of Muslims who chose to run when it came to fight have fled their native countries for the greener pastures (free welfare from the socialist minions of the EU) of Europe. How they were able to do this goes back to the European Union’s open border policy set by Brussels. Slovakia and Hungry have seen enough. The influx is fueling anti Muslim demonstrations across Europe.

Hungry is stringing fences along its border with Slovakia who has put on notice that only 200 immigrants will be allowed in, but with a caveat, “only Christians need apply.” Slovakia also noted that there are no mosques in the country. Muslim intimidation in your face is their religion of conquest.  “Convert or die.” Since the end of WWI when the Ottoman Empire was dissolved have we seen such a cross border movement.

The problems across the pond are having multiple ramifications in the States. Not only are Muslims invading the country, with DHS turning a blind eye; ICE has released thousands of criminals  in their possession. As Trump noted, many are killers, rapists etc. He has gained momentum by voicing concerns that many have held only to themselves because of political correctness; they did not want to fan the flames of racism. However, by not speaking out they have insulted Americans to no end – these politicians are a detriment to the American Wild West culture.

Politically correct politicians rarely tout their underlying beliefs but nuance a more conciliatory policy regarding illegals – Rubio known for flip flops among others. Trump has ceased the moment, now we hope America will too.

GHOST FACTORY

Smarten up folks, the future is now. Maybe the politicians can b.s. their way on how they create jobs, but the fact is that they can’t. Job creation is the result of product demand which creates supply. Supply results when land, capital and labor combine and are put into production. However, there is a problem here, the labor factor is quickly becoming a non-factor. Case in point, steel mini mills require a skeleton crew to operate; Nucor is the most recognized name in the steel business.

The Nucor Culture can be summarized in five areas: decentralized management philosophy, performance based compensation, egalitarian benefits, customer serviceand quality, and technological leadership. Underlying these elements is the fact that none of Nucor’s plants, whether built from scratch or acquired, are unionized. Nucor is opposed to unions, believing them to be a destructive force in the US steel industry. No Nucor plant has ever held a successful union certification election, even though Nucor management has not engaged in the controversial “union busting” tactics adopted by other companies. The company has never laid off an employee due to a work shortage.

Robots have replaced humans in the manufacture of automobiles. This has been an ongoing process for the past twenty five years. Manufactures are always embracing new technologies particularly when it comes to saving on labor. Plastic may have been the future 45 years ago, but today the future is robotics. That is the case in China where the factory floor that once had 600 workers is all but devoid of humans; a slimmed down crew of 60 producing 160% more than the human run plant. According to the management, the crew soon will be whittled down to 20 employees. This is not a “fire in the theater” warning, this is the new paradigm.

Companies worldwide are now in the first and second stages to replace temperamental employees. Robots don’t call in sick.  Those without the skills to compete in today’s world are out of luck. Not a good sign for the future. One might add that if unemployment scales up to a large degree who will buy the production of these automated factories. Excellent question! However, there will always be enough of those with the financial means to buy the products produced. One point to remember, revolutions do start when a major shift in incomes take place. Just a reminder of what the future may hold.

As the influx of Muslims and Hispanics hit our shores and those across the big pond, the future job prospects are rather bleak indeed. Look for more agitation, more racists provocation, more demands, but most of all more guff from our politicians who want more money to solve the problem. The problem is that they, the parasitic pandering politician, has created this mess in the first place.
