GHOST FACTORY
Smarten up folks, the future is now. Maybe the politicians can b.s. their way on how they create jobs, but the fact is that they can’t. Job creation is the result of product demand which creates supply. Supply results when land, capital and labor combine and are put into production. However, there is a problem here, the labor factor is quickly becoming a non-factor. Case in point, steel mini mills require a skeleton crew to operate; Nucor is the most recognized name in the steel business.
The Nucor Culture can be summarized in five areas: decentralized management philosophy, performance based compensation, egalitarian benefits, customer serviceand quality, and technological leadership. Underlying these elements is the fact that none of Nucor’s plants, whether built from scratch or acquired, are unionized. Nucor is opposed to unions, believing them to be a destructive force in the US steel industry. No Nucor plant has ever held a successful union certification election, even though Nucor management has not engaged in the controversial “union busting” tactics adopted by other companies. The company has never laid off an employee due to a work shortage.
Robots have replaced humans in the manufacture of automobiles. This has been an ongoing process for the past twenty five years. Manufactures are always embracing new technologies particularly when it comes to saving on labor. Plastic may have been the future 45 years ago, but today the future is robotics. That is the case in China where the factory floor that once had 600 workers is all but devoid of humans; a slimmed down crew of 60 producing 160% more than the human run plant. According to the management, the crew soon will be whittled down to 20 employees. This is not a “fire in the theater” warning, this is the new paradigm.
Companies worldwide are now in the first and second stages to replace temperamental employees. Robots don’t call in sick. Those without the skills to compete in today’s world are out of luck. Not a good sign for the future.One might add that if unemployment scales up to a large degree who will buy the production of these automated factories. Excellent question! However, there will always be enough of those with the financial means to buy the products produced. One point to remember, revolutions do start when a major shift in incomes take place. Just a reminder of what the future may hold.
As the influx of Muslims and Hispanics hit our shores and those across the big pond, the future job prospects are rather bleak indeed. Look for more agitation, more racists provocation, more demands, but most of all more guff from our politicians who want more money to solve the problem. The problem is that they, the parasitic pandering politician, has created this mess in the first place.

Who will be the first to step forward? Don’t count on Hillary to answer the phone at 3 a.m. – she is history; a do nothing Secretary of State – sold us out. The United States is looking afar for that one person to step into the void. Words coming out of Obama’s mouth are bewildering; Americans of all stripes are very much wondering what has driven Obama to throw in with the Muslims. Democrats who do not break from the pack are just as guilty of selling out America. Don’t be surprised if a Mosque is built on the “south lawn.”
Obama was behind the over throw of Mubarak of Egypt paving the way for his Muslim Brother Morsi to ascend to the Presidency. But a majority of Egyptians were not pleased with Morsi’s iron handed rule. The people rose up fearing for their freedoms; there was an under current brewing leaving no choice for the military to step in. And so General Abdul al-Sisi took needed an immediate action, jailing the Muslim Brotherhood criminals. This coup infuriated Obama; immediately aid was curtailed and defensive weapon shipments halted. Al-Sisi was guilty of a military overthrow said the anointed one – Morsi was democratically elected.
General Al-Sisi has risen to the occasion, countering the Islamist threat in Libya and the Sinai. Obama does not praise him, but dismisses the General as a dictator; what then does that make Obama – seems to us he is Dictator in chief. As life goes on and the more it does the more we hear of the new urgency to give jobs to the Muslims – with jobs Obama and Kerry theorize the Muslim terrorists will be too busy making money that suicide bombing people will be the last thing on their mind. “The check is in the mail on this one.” But when it is all said and done, history will not be kind to Obama, cut and run is his philosophy; and so he does from one fight after another.
TERRORIST – WITH KENYAN TIES AND A MUSLIM UPBRINGING – OCCUPING THE WHITE HOUSE
For many, the year 2008 started off with a pending disaster, the banking crisis, the real estate implosion and the stock market crash; they set in motion six years of turbulent times. However, one of the less talked about moments was the genesis of home grown terrorists. Not only the Jihadist miscreants who frequent the Masjids, they have been on our radar screen since the 1993 bombing of the trade center, but what was to come was far worse and many light years away from anyone’s prediction. America elected a Muslim sympathizer, a closet terrorist, to the Presidency of the United States.
A careful analysis of Obama’s step by step destructive edicts, regulations and executive actions revealed the destructive course he set upon. After being elevated to the thrown his game plan kicked in. Millions of Muslims were allowed into this country under the guise of political retribution in their home countries just because they belonged to a different tribe. Of course this was pure poppycock.
As of late POTUS gave a helping hand, a free pass, to the 5 million illegal aliens who invaded our southern border – many of them are fellow Jihadists. Its a good thing the Texas Judge put a halt to their free lunch for now. Next up he through Poland under the bus by not honoring our commitment to build a missile defense system that was to protect Europe from the Russian bear. He didn’t stop there more passivity was to come; such as Ukraine. Kiss them goodbye.
His stump speech in Egypt was not a pandering to the Muslims it was an American apology for what he called past deeds – another example of his terrorist posture. A sell out to appeasement. Then who cannot forget his love affair with the Muslim Brotherhoods terrorist Morsi. Soon after the overthrow of Morsi by General al-Sisi, Obama cut off aid to our friends in Egypt. This was tantamount to treason. We all remember the failure of Carter to honor the commitments to Iran, Obama went one step further, he has upped Carter’s game.
And last but not least is Obama’s lobbying for the Iranian bomb; a mistake that will be very costly when Israel drops the mushroom bomb on the Ayatollah. Then what?
DARK CLOUDS IN THE NAME OF ISLAM CONTINUE TO COVER THE CONTINENTS
Islamic wars tarp the Middle East, instigated by long ago hatred between Sunnis and Shias; a never ending saga that has killed hundreds of millions in its wake. Now a eponymous Muslim gang called ISIS is carving up Syria and Iraq, fueled by the vacuum left by the U.S. pullout.
Iran licking its chops as Mohammad is close to securing the weapon to end all. Nigeria, the target of the rampant Boko Haram, France and the continent overwhelmed by the Muslim onslaught that they helped create; nothing standing in the path of Allah.
Politically correct politicians greased the skid to destruction of Western Civilization. And we find the Pope, (click here) kneeling to Islam in his latest take on insulting the religion of Muslims and others.
However, the Pope is misguided here. For the most part believers in Buddhism, Sikhism, Judaism, Hinduism don’t kill, rape, murder, behead when their religious icons are demonized. Only Muslims go on the war path thirsting for blood of innocents.
The Pope has not learned from the history that Islam’s call to Muslims is to rule the world – then there will be no press, no liberty, no women’s rights. Just one example, in the 9th century Turkey was 99.8% Christian, today it is .2% – 120,000 Christians among 80 million Muslims. Over the years those who believed in Christianity were either killed or chased out of the country.

A part of the world will remain off limits for Christian witness, and the future is bleak for Christians living in Muslim countries. In the Middle East (with the exception of such countries as Egypt and Lebanon, where Christians are still numerous), Christians will have difficulty existing even as minorities. And in countries on the edge of the Muslim world, such as Nigeria, where Christians make up a large and growing part of the population, they will find themselves on the defensive as Muslims seek to implement Muslim law in society. And, of course, as their numbers mount in Europe, Muslims will be increasingly assertive in claiming public space for the practice of Islam.

Any country that does not take this seriously will succumb to Islam in a short two or three decades. As the day passes into night, country after country will pass from Christian majority to Islam hegemony. Don’t take our word for it, but look to the appeasing politicians in Germany, France, Sweden, England, Norway and the United States.
Islam is not a religion it is a political agenda disguised as a religion; a real killing machine. Nun Pleads for Christians Raped, Sold, Killed by ISIS

It is the season of “peace on Earth,” but Sister Hatune Dogan has a chill in her spirit that could be felt only in a time of war.
The Orthodox Christian nun feels it with each new atrocity committed against the Yazidi and Christian minorities of Syria and Iraq. She feels it in the church burnings across Egypt and the slaughter of innocent children in Pakistan.
For this reason she brought a word of warning to Americans in a visit last week to Minnesota, where she spoke to several church groups.
Today’s political climate draws her back to 1915 and her native Turkey, when her family experienced the cruelty of the Ottoman caliphate, which slaughtered 3 million Christians and reduced others to second-class status under subjugation, or “dhimmitude.”
ISIS is nothing new, she said, just the re-emergence of Islam’s dark side.
“ISIS is not fanatic. ISIS is not more terrible. ISIS is real Muslim believers who like to follow the Quran and Muhammad,” said the founder of Warburg, Germany-based Sister Hatune Foundation, a worldwide relief organization that has been honored by the German government for its dedication to human rights. “Others say they are Muslim. They say they believe Quran, but they don’t follow it.”
Armenian Christians accounted for about half of the 3 million victims in Turkey, but the other half were Christians of various ethnic backgrounds–Greek Orthodox, Syrian Orthodox and Protestants. All felt the boot of jihad against their heads.

She believes Christians in the West should learn what is written in the Muslim holy book. If they did, they would realize that the Islamic State, also called ISIS, is not doing anything that hasn’t been done in the past by devout Muslims who have conquered a people they see as “infidels.”
Where are all the Christians?
Sister Hatune points to the fact that 96 percent of the people who populated the Middle East at the turn of the eighth century were Christian. Now, that Christian population has dwindled to 6 percent. Turkey was once almost all Christian, but now it is 0.03 percent Christian. Iraq had 1 million Christians under Saddam Hussein, but now only a few thousand remain, and the churches of Baghdad will be mostly empty this Christmas.
“Where are these Christians? Where are these people? Just ask yourself,” said the fiery nun, whose native tongue is Aramaic.

The Sister Hatune Foundation works in 35 countries with Matthew 25:34-40 as its mission statement–feeding, clothing, sheltering and providing medical care to the poor and persecuted of the world. She has been making regular trips to the Middle East since 2005, and ISIS presents a new challenge: trying to rescue orphaned children from its clutches.
Sister Hatune returned to her home convent in Germany for only a few days before she will make another trip to the Middle East to celebrate Christmas with persecuted Christians. She was with them in November when she visited refugee camps in Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon and Turkey. She also sneaked into Syria to meet with Christians there.

Drawing on her own family background, Sister Hatune has recently finished work on her 13th book, “I Believe in Action,” written to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Christian genocide in Turkey. In this book she compares the life of Jesus to that of Muhammad, Islam’s main prophet.
“I not write from my head. All facts,” she said. “Muhammad came and he brought killing, beheading, pedophilia. He slept with a 9-year-old girl, he married when she was 6 years old. We know because she says it herself in the Hadith. In Yemen today, where Shariah is the law, they have to marry the girl before her first menstruation, maximum of age 13, because it is written.”
Sister Hatune thumbs through her Quran and finds another verse that she says leads Muslims to murder Christians in the Middle East.
“Twenty-five times in Quran it says to kill Christians because we are involved in polytheism,” she said, explaining that Muslims do not understand the concept of the Holy Trinity. “Also it says to not make friends with Christians.”
Europe is on its way to becoming the next battleground for Islam, especially Belgium and France, where Muslims make up 6 to 10 percent of the population. Sister Hatune’s adopted country of Germany is at least 4 percent Muslim and has more than 4,000 mosques.
“A mosque is not just for prayer,” the nun said. “It is to prepare to kill the unbeliever and control the world.”
In the Quran there are 97 verses against the unbeliever.
“And there are verses against the Christians who say God is Father, Son and Holy Spirit, or that Jesus is the Son of God. They have to be beheaded, the head cut off from the neck; no other interpretation. This is what the Muslims are doing. Normal Muslims, who are really Muslims, have to follow this rule,” she said. “There will never be peace on Earth if these verses of the Quran are not stopped. It is in the Quran, Hadith and sunna 36,800 times, the words ‘cut,’ ‘kill’ or ‘attack.’ How can there be peace on Earth?”
The Quran also gives Muslim men permission to rape girls and women who are held captive as slaves (Sura 23:5-6).
In conquered cities, ISIS has marked the homes of Christians with a red symbol of the Nazarene. They are then visited by ISIS militants who bring unspeakable horrors upon the families.
Sister Hatune says it is justified under Sura 5:33 in the Quran, which states:
Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive upon earth [to cause] corruption is none but that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land.
Muslim apologists in the West say the verse is taken out of context by “Islamophobes,” but Sister Hatune believes otherwise.
“Those of us Christians from Middle East. We know them. We know their rules,” she said.
Today there are 57 Islamic countries living under Islamic law.
