A president who believes in his own facts contrary to the reality on the ground is in most cases called out to be a megalomaniac; the actual intent is to inflame a segment of the population to revolt. We have seen this over and over again. A president who ostensibly defies judges and written law runs the risk of impeachment. Violating the constitution is not something you would expect from the president, but some defy the law with gusto. Causing riots by instigation of racial inequalities is a throw in your face take that. Standing with those who seek to divide us is anathema to a president expected to serve all. But that is not decorum, think violating tradition by executive order. Promoting military AWOL with verve. This is the behavior one expects from a tyrant. Nominating justices to various courts with preconceived political agendas who ostensibly are over turned by higher courts. Continue to berate those who disagree limit the effectiveness of a dynamic administration. Consistently lying to the public can bring down ones credibility.
First off was the Professor Louis Gates controversy, secondly he George Zimmerman – Trayvon Martin scuffle, thirdly was Michael Brown disobeying the the police to his detriment. The words of President Obama:
On July 16, 2009, Harvard University professor Henry Louis Gates Jr. was arrested at his Cambridge, Massachusetts, home by local police officer Sgt. James Crowley, who was responding to a 9-1-1 caller’s report of men breaking and entering the residence. The arrest initiated a series of events that unfolded under the spotlight of the international news media.
The arrest occurred just after Gates returned home to Cambridge after a trip to China Gates found the front door to his home jammed shut and, with the help of his driver, tried to force it open. A local witness reported their activity to the police as a potential burglary in progress. Accounts regarding the ensuing confrontation differ, but Gates was arrested by the responding officer, Cambridge Police Sgt. James Crowley, and charged with disorderly conduct. On July 21, the charges against Gates were dropped. The arrest generated a national debate about whether or not it represented an example of racial profiling by police.
Regarding Professor Gates: On July 22, President Barack Obama said about the incident, “I don’t know, not having been there and not seeing all the facts, what role race played in that. But I think it’s fair to say, number one, any of us would be pretty angry; number two, that the Cambridge police acted stupidly in arresting somebody when there was already proof that they were in their own home, and, number three, what I think we know separate and apart from this incident is that there’s a long history in this country of African Americans and Latinos being stopped by law enforcement disproportionately.”
Obama on Trayvon Martin: The man acquitted in the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin says President Obama amped up racial tensions by allowing a Justice Department investigation of him.
“For him to make incendiary comments as he did, and direct the Department of Justice to pursue a baseless prosecution, he by far over-stretched, over-reached,” George Zimmerman told his lawyer in a videotaped interview obtained by The Orlando Sentinel.
Zimmerman particularly criticized Obama for his comment that, “if I had a son, he would look like Trayvon.“
And last but not least, Michael Brown; we have seen the store robbery video numerous times. Michael Brown was a two bit gang banker leveraging his huge size in pushing people around. The shooting of Michael Brown occurred on August 9, 2014, in Ferguson, Missouri, a northern suburb of St. Louis. Brown, an 18-year-old African American, was a suspect in a “strong-arm” robbery of a convenience store. Brown was fatally shot by Darren Wilson, a 28-year-old white police officer in an encounter that took place a short distance away from the convenience store, several minutes after Officer Wilson received a radio alert which included a description of a suspect. Brown was accompanied by his friend Dorian Johnson who was 22.
Wilson said that an altercation ensued when Brown attacked Wilson in his police vehicle for control of Wilson’s gun until it was fired. Brown and Johnson then fled, with Wilson in pursuit of Brown. Wilson stated that Brown stopped and charged him after a short pursuit. In the entire altercation, Wilson fired a total of twelve bullets, including twice during the struggle in the car; the last was probably the fatal shot. Brown was hit a total of 6 times from the front.
On August 11, 2014, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) opened a civil rights investigation into the incident.[44] A spokeswoman for the FBI’s St. Louis field office said the decision to open an investigation was not motivated by the protests and riots which had ensued.[45] Forty FBI agents went door-to-door looking for potential witnesses who may have had information about the shooting.[46] Additionally, attorneys from the Civil Rights Division and from the United States Attorney’s Office were participating in the investigation.[47]
On March 4, 2015, the federal investigation cleared Wilson of civil rights violations in the shooting. The investigation concluded there was no evidence upon which prosecutors could rely to disprove Wilson’s asserted belief that he feared for his safety, that witnesses who contradicted Wilson were not credible, that forensic evidence and credible witnesses corroborated Wilson’s account, and that the facts did not support the filing of criminal charges against Wilson. Credible witnesses did not support accounts that Brown had his hands up in surrender. He was not shot in the back. Forensic evidence showed he was moving toward Wilson. Numerous witnesses were found to have given accounts of actions they were unable to see from their vantage points, or to be recounting others’ accounts.
Obama tempered his words here: President Obama said the shooting death of a black teen by a white police officer last month in Ferguson, Missouri, exposed the racial divide in the American justice system that “stains the heart of black children.”
Speaking at the annual Congressional Black Caucus Foundation dinner in Washington on Saturday night, Mr. Obama said the death of Michael Brown “awakened our nation” to a reality that black citizens already understood.
“In too many communities around the country, a gulf of mistrust exists between local residents and law enforcement,” Mr. Obama said. “Too many young men of color feel targeted by law enforcement — guilty of walking while black or driving while black, judged by stereotypes that fuel fear and resentment and hopelessness.”
DACA
Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) is an American immigration policy that allows some individuals who were brought to the United States illegally as children to receive a renewable two-year period of deferred action from deportation and become eligible for a work permit in the U.S. Unlike the proposed DREAM Act, DACA does not provide a path to citizenship for recipients. The policy was announced by President Barack Obama on June 15, 2012, and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) began accepting applications for the program on August 15, 2012.
In November 2014, Obama announced his intention to expand DACA to cover additional illegal immigrants. Although multiple states immediately sued to prevent the expansion, their attempt was ultimately blocked by the courts. The United States Department of Homeland Security rescinded the expansion on June 16, 2017, while continuing to review the existence of the DACA program as a whole. Plans to phase out DACA were initiated by the Trump Administration on September 5, 2017, allowing Congress six months to pass the Dream Act, which would provide the path to citizenship for Dreamers under DACA that Congress had originally intended.
Greisa Martinez, Policy and Advocacy Director, United We Dream: “Donald Trump, Jeff Sessions and the Justice Department are the bullies. Their goal is to make sure not one more young immigrant is protected with DACA and to pass a mass deportation plan that must be stopped. That’s what our community is fighting against — attacks on immigrant youth and community members as well as people of color by the anti-immigrant bullies in the Trump administration.
With the Supreme Court essentially taking a hands-off approach to the debate, at least at this juncture, and leaving stand the ruling by U.S. District Judge William Alsup on the San Francisco-based 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals it appears that things are somewhat in limbo: Trump had originally set March 5 as the end date for the DACA program. But Alsup’s injunction orders that new applications must be accepted indefinitely.
On the recommendation of Senator Barbara Boxer, Alsup was nominated to the United States District Court for the Northern District of California by President Bill Clinton on March 24, 1999. Alsup was confirmed by the Senate on July 30, 1999 on a voice vote and received commission on August 17, 1999.
President Trump’s effort to rescind the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program could land on the Supreme Court’s docket in a matter of months, according to legal experts.
The court this week ignored the Trump administration’s request to bypass the appeals process, and rule immediately on whether a lower court can block it from winding down DACA, the Obama-era program that helped 700,000 illegal immigrants stay in the U.S. and work.
What does DACA do?
Among other things, it provides protection from deportation and offers work permits to about 800,000 young people, many who were brought to the this country by their families illegally. After the Trump Administration tried to kill the program, which threatened to trigger a forced emigration for Dreamers back the countries they had come from, lawsuits were filed by immigration activists and one of those arguments ended up before Judge Alsup last month.
There is no doubt that the DACA program executive order by Obama will be overturned by the Supreme Court. Stopped from being rescinded by Trump’s executive order by now by none other than a liberal judge. But in the end Obama’s executive order will be negated by the court. The President has the authority to determine who enters the United States.
Lying presidents fear the press, but some are immune. This is the case with one particular president who was give a free pass in many compromising situations. Agenda setting 5th estate has been active for years pressing the progressive agenda. 85% of correspondents are of the liberal bias. In stories they write about we often note their myopic view. For instance “President Barack Obama’s attempt at explanation has only fanned the flames of controversy over his campaign line, “If you like your health care, you can keep it.”
Presidential weekly address, Aug. 8, 2009: “Under the reforms we seek, if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor. If you like your health care plan, you can keep your health care plan.”
• Town hall in Portsmouth, N.H., Aug. 11, 2009: “Under the reform we’re proposing, if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor. If you like your health care plan, you can keep your health care plan.”
The Fifth Estate is a socio-cultural reference to groupings of outlier viewpoints in contemporary society, and is most associated with bloggers, journalists publishing in non-mainstream media outlets, and the social media or “social license”. The “Fifth” Estate extends the sequence of the three classical Estates of the Realm and the preceding Fourth Estate, essentially the mainstream press. The use of “fifth estate” dates to the 1960s counterculture, and in particular the influential The Fifth Estate, an underground newspaper first published in Detroit in 1965. Web-based technologies have enhanced the scope and power of the Fifth Estate far beyond the modest and boutique conditions of its beginnings.
ONE THING IS CLEAR, ALL OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED ACTIONS OBAMA TOOK WERE ILLEGAL OR FLAT OUT LIES. THE PRESS GAVE HIM A FREE PASS. BUT BEWARE OF THE 5TH ESTATE WILL DO ALL IT CAN TO DE-LEGITIMIZE TRUMP.
Notice how the idea of one political party using the FBI to spy on another isn’t the constitutional crisis in the eyes of the media.
WE KNOW WHO THEY ARE. STAND UP FOR AMERICA!
When the end comes, it eventually will and it will not result in a peace treaty, but civil war. Those who think they have the right to muscle their way into the country will have their day in court. It won’t be pretty as our National Police Force (National Guard) will clear the violators who don’t believe in our unalienable right of Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Those who are guilty of criminal trespass do not believe in laws, it is time that the justice comes down on them hard.
