The recently released State Department inspector general report, which found Hillary Clinton broke government rules with her personal email use, increases “the likelihood and pressure” for the Justice Department to pursue criminal charges, an intelligence source familiar with the FBI investigation told Fox News.

The ongoing FBI criminal probe — investigating Clinton’s emails practices as secretary of state — is focused on whether the more than 2,100 classified emails discovered on her server constitute a violation of federal code, including the Espionage Act’s 18 USC 793, known as the “gross negligence” statute. FBI Director James Comey plans to make a recommendation based on the evidence, and if the findings merit criminal charges, the decision to prosecute ultimately rests with Attorney General Loretta Lynch.

hillarysuckersvote“Guccifer” the Romanian hacker,  has been arrested for breaking into the former Secretary of State’s home alone computer. He has been interviewed, spilled the beans and sincerely we hope and gave the prosecutors some very valuable information in return for a lesser sentence.

What puzzles us is why a two bit hacker from Romania was extradicted in the first place; then arrested and convicted, well actually he did a plea deal for a petty crime. But on the other hand the Secretary of State who deleted documents, top secret ones at that, broke the law on securing them, ran her own server, lied about it for the umpteen time and she is walking free? Something is wrong with this picture.

Clinton was running a secret ‘shakedown operation’ which was beyond the sight of government. She struck deals with foreign entities, skirted the pay to play rules, ran a criminal organization with tentacles spread far and wide, yet she has not been arrested. Why?

If Loretta Lynch does not bring charges against her, we will finally understand that that the State Department and Justice Department are run by the same CROOKS.hillarydressedup

The most egregious crime Clinton has committed is failure to have a secure server.  Former State Department watch dog report concluded Clinton’s use of a private server and account was not approved, and broke agency rules. The report said by the time she became secretary, the rules had repeatedly been updated, and were “considerably more detailed and more sophisticated.”

The time has come to JAIL THE BIRD

Summer travelers, Americans, patriotic Americans, have come down with travel sickness anxiety (TSA). In other words Americans are afraid to travel because of the onerous demands of TSA personnel. Who are these enforcers and why do they believe they can harass Whitey with impunity? The great majority of the people who fly in the United States are white and it is these white people who are treated as guilty until proven innocent by the TSA.

Unwed mothers and dead-beat dads make splendid government employees harassing airline travelers. The backlash against the TSA is growing daily, light searches that serve no purpose other than to dehumanize these paying customers. And this backlash is more important than the 2010 mid-term elections, because the TSA is – like most government agencies – a jobs program for Black people unemployable in the private sector.

Blacks make up 21% and Latinos add another 14% of the TSA crew. White employment is 59%, well below the 71% of the population as a whole. Black percentage overall is 12%, but they are well represented by the 21% TSA employees. We are not singling out minorities here, what we are bringing to your attention is the GROWTH OF THE BEAST; fed by Big Government they are an agency that does little to protect the traveler. Matter of fact some airports are planning on hiring private security companies to run the screening operation. Many travelers are up against the wall when security personnel pat them down, run their hands up their thighs, then tell the traveler that a problem exists; what problem the traveler asks? The TSA personnel quizzes the traveler to no end about something in or under his/her shirt. This requires another pat down, another harassment. Why is it that the x-ray/gamma ray machine is not calibrated correctly? And some of these folks are into their 80’s, old timers to boot. What threat do they pose?

Time to give the TSA a little bit of their own medicine; make their employees wait a month for their paycheck. Or how about patting them down for three hours upon entering the airport. In 15 years they have not caught anyone carrying hazardous materials or bomb making equipment. Time for them to face the music. Fire them, like Reagan fired the air traffic controllers; replace them by a private sector enterprise. That would be a good first step for Donald Trump. americaneagel

RUSSIA-CHINA ALLIANCE STRIKES FEAR THE WORLD OVER

We shall plunge the RED SPEAR into their chest; pressing it into their very heart, draining their blood for the Revolution, never backing down to the capitalistic dogs; revolution the world over is our goal – right or wrong we  seek unrest, we thrive on it.

China, on the other hand intimidates its foes by shear numbers; they know that the small fry don’t have the intestinal fortitude to bring it on. Afraid of bloodshed most countries lie down as the Chinese tanks roll over them – the United States included. A show of force is all that is needed. Western Democracies who preach piece are timid in the face of confrontation.

A prime example is President Obama’s wishful thinking speech at Hiroshima Japan. He did not go nuclear and apologize, but certainly by any account he went their like a San Francisco hippie. Today’s world is different, far from the days of Truman and Eisenhower where America’s might was second to none and we weren’t afraid to show it. Bullies only stand down when they face force; Obama has given our enemies the RED CARPET. MEMORIAL DAY – WHEN THE TRUE HERO IS REMEMBERED

Americans celebrate Memorial Day, but on this fitting occasion it is important to remember and give tribute to those who have perished in our defense. They gave the ultimate sacrifice, their life, so we can live in liberty.

So this weekend, with the parades coming down Main Street, the bands playing the Battle Hymn, Yankee Doodle Dandy and the Star Spangled Banner, please remember those who are not here to witness the America they defended with valor and courage.

Hillary is one step ahead of three pursuers, Donald Trump, Bernie Sanders and the FBI; all three waiting to get a piece of her tail.  Like a rapist who leaves DNA at the scene then proceeds to flee with blood dripping from the victims knife wound, America knows that Hillary has raped America. She has been caught, will she be arrested, indicted and jailed? Both Clinton’s are running a Criminal Enterprise. Ask Loretta Lynch.

Her only hope is to become President where she will be immune for the years of the presidency, but this is not likely to happen. Donald Trump will enter the White House in triumph come January 2017; count on it. 

Loretta Lynch, the Attorney General, having the consent of 10 Republicans, was approved by the Senate. Remember who they are come November. Voting 56-43 to confirm Loretta Lynch as Attorney General the ten Republicans are: Kelly Ayotte, Ron Johnson, Mark Kirk, Rob Portman, Thad Cochran, Susan Collins, Jeff Flake, Lindsey Graham, Orrin Hatch and Mitch McConnell. 

The reason we called your attention to these RINO Republicans is because they are guilty of collusion with the enemy. Currently the evidence, lies, cover-ups and even murder, does not only point to Clinton violation the law on record keeping, but she sold out America during her stint as Secretary of State. And who benefitted from this? None other than the Clinton Foundation. If this is not a RICO CASE, we don’t know what a RICO case is.

In the final analysis, Loretta Lynch,  Obama’s alter ego, way not indict Clinton; we know where she is coming from. However, Trump will appoint a new Attorney General who will pursue the Clintonstonewalls to the end of the earth.

At a Trump rally in Albuquerque, New Mexico, hundreds of illegal aliens protested the Trump visit and in turn went on a rampage attacking police and other law enforcement officers.

The protesters in New Mexico were thugs who were flying the Mexican flag. The rally inside was big and beautiful, but outside, criminals!

Trump’s supporters responded with chants of “Build that wall!”  At one point, a female protester was physically dragged from the stands by security. Other protesters scuffled with security as they resisted removal from the convention center.

The altercations left a glass door at the entrance of the convention center smashed. During the rally, protesters outside overran barricades and clashed with police in riot gear. They also burned T-shirts and other items labeled with Trump’s catchphrase, “Make America Great Again.”

Democrats, though, jumped to her defense. Rep. Elijah Cummings, D-Md., top Democrat on the House oversight committee, said in a statement:  “The Inspector General confirmed what we have known all along – that Secretary Clinton followed the practice of her predecessor when she used a personal email account. …

Apparently Cumings has air in his head, thus an “airhead.” Based on his logic, all lawbreakers who were not charged leaves Clinton off the hook.  Whoever votes for this guy in Maryland should understand that he condones breaking Federal Law.

UPDATE: (CLICK) IS WASSERMAN SCHULTZ  ON THE WAY OUT? The BERN is not a happy camper. He is adamant at the treatment received from DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz. So he has in-turn thrown his support for Tim Canova. What brought such family acrimony to the surface – a family feud in broad daylight is not suppose to happen with Democrats; only Republicans air their laundry out for all to see. Well, according to Sanders, Wasserman-Schultz is playing favorites, which means he is getting the short end of the proverbial stick.

Your remember what happened to the smug Eric Cantor, the voters in Virginia sent him packing. That is what Sanders is attempting to do to Florida’s own. As one of the most powerful Democrats in Washington, Florida Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz was expected to have an easy 2016 re-election race – then along came Bernie Sanders.

In a matter of days, the firebrand presidential candidate has elevated the Democratic National Committee chairwoman’s Florida race from just another local primary to a nationalized battle — and an offshoot of Sanders’ fight against the Democratic Party itself.

Sanders, who long accused Wasserman Schultz of working against his campaign, escalated that feud over the weekend by endorsing her primary challenger, Tim Canova, and then helping him fundraise.

Analysts still see Canova as a longshot bid to topple Wasserman Schultz and deny her a seventh House term. But Sanders’ intervention has given the challenger a much bigger profile, and already is helping him raise hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Now it is Wasserman Schultz’s turn to feel the BERN; such a nice thing to watch.

PUERTO RICO – A BASKET CASE – GOING DOWN LIKE AN EGYPTIAN JET

The numerous times we written about Puerto Rico one thing has been stressed: Puerto Rico is a WELFARE PARADISE. An island that has been on the dole for three or more decades. A Greece in hiding. But now the waves are slamming its shores. Financial waves slamming at the largesse of government. The time has come to cough up the loot. Puerto Rico like all deadbeats says, well you know what they have said, f…y.. This does not sit well with many of their creditors. They take exception at being treated with disdain.

But all is not lost yet, Uncle Sam is coming to the rescue with strings. Those strings seem to be tougher than the Puerto Rican enablers like. In true fashion, Burn-ee Sanders weighed in on the subject. He, is not taking the hot Puerto Rican sun lightly as he vehemently spilled out a diatribe on why we should pour more money into the parasitic island. Click here for Burn-ee’s invective.

The Vermont senator writes in a letter released Monday that the deal reached last week between the White House and House Republicans and Democrats would empower an “unelected and undemocratic oversight board” and allow the governor of Puerto Rico to slash the minimum wage to $4.25 an hour for up to five years.

Sanders warned that the control board would have the power to cut the budget, slash pensions and take other measures. He notes that most of the control board would be chosen by Ryan and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky.
