Attorney General Loretta Lynch has thrown down the gauntlet; free speech is not free if you don’t tow the line. Her target is to prevent ordinary Americans from expressing their opinion. In other words, Lynch is stifling freedom of speech and expression which is guaranteed under the 1st Amendment to the Constitution.

In news that should shock and anger Americans, U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch told the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday that not only has she discussed internally the possibility of pursuing civil actions against so-called “climate change deniers,” but she has “referred it to the FBI to consider whether or not it meets the criteria for which we could take action.”

Remember Obama’s blind justice department, the one that let the New Black Panther Party thugs go scott free although they were harassing voters. Well Loretta Lynch is doubling down on the bet. She will continue to be unjust when it comes to the equal application of the law. America now has two justice systems as it returns to the day of yesteryear’s Jim Crow in reverse.

With Obama pandering to his legions of parasites, America is going down in flames. Words do no stop violence, only law enforcement does. To prevent the kind of hooliganism that we have seen in Baltimore, “Shoot to kill should be the message” -this will stop a looter in his tracks serving as an example when the next brother decides to snatch some booty. This kind of law enforcement will send a loud and very clear message to the trash and burn crowd.

Loretta Lynch, the new attorney general, succeeding Eric Holder, has an agenda far worse than Holders. Her past record speaks loudly to that. But what outrageous us is that ten Senators of the Republican persuasion voted for her confirmation. Our memories are long and we shall savior the day when the true uncompromising Patriot votes the turncoats out of office.

The Senate voted 56-43 Thursday, finally, to confirm Loretta Lynch as attorney general, with eight Republicans voting to confirm her. Five had already committed themselves to support her: Republicans Orrin Hatch (UT), Jeff Flake (AZ), Lindsey Graham (SC), Mark Kirk (IL), and Susan Collins (ME).

Not too surprisingly, embattled incumbent Kirk was joined by three others who have potentially tough re-elections in 2016 in purple states: Kelly Ayotte (NH), Rob Portman (OH), and tea partier Ron Johnson (R-WI). But a couple other of the yes votes are a surprise: Thad Cochran (MS) and particularly Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, the guy who made AG Lynch wait for five months for a vote.

Under questioning Loretta Lynch admits that the DOJ discussed bringing legal action against climate deniers , but so far they have not done so.  The bottom line here is this, if opinions differ from the government line, free speech will be stifled, the 1st Amendment will be curtailed either by force or intimidation and the full weight of government will be utilized to shut up their foes.

This is Obama’s Justice Department that has failed to bring suits against IRS personnel such as Lois Lerner. Interpreting their stance thus far we can conclude that Hillary Clinton will be let off scott free.  “REVOLUTION AMERICA” the time is now. SWATTEAMhillarydog

It has now been revealed that the “Liar Clinton” has sent 104 classified emails from her personal server. Clinton’s ­authorship of dozens of emails now considered classified could complicate her efforts to argue that she never put government secrets at risk. A warning for those in charge, if Clinton is not brought to justice to face the full weight of the law, mass riots will be in the offing.

A request to interview her would have to be reviewed by top level officials at both the FBI and the Justice Department, a former official said.

As part of those interviews, the FBI would also seek to establish that Clinton and her aides understood the policies and protocols for handling classified information, former officials said.

It’s unclear whether Clinton and her aides would agree to an interview with the FBI because of the potential legal risks. However, if Clinton refused to cooperate with FBI investigators, the issue could become a political flashpoint in the campaign.

We know it is all political, if Jane Doe did what Hillary Clinton did she would be spending time in the slammer. There is a massive cover-up going on here; similar to the IRS Lerner taking the 5th. America will not believe the DOJ if they give Clinton a pass. She not only broke one law she broke close to a dozen more. On obtaining office she signed a non-disclosure agreement.

On January 22nd, 2009, Hillary Clinton signed a Non-Disclosure agreement, or NDA, where she agreed to protect highly classified information, and a failure to do so could result in criminal prosecution.

“I have been advised that any breach of this Agreement may result in my termination of my access to SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information) and removal from a position of special confidence,”  the NDA reads.

“I have been advised that any authorized disclosure of SCI by me may constitute violations of United States criminal laws, including provisions of Sections 793, 794, 798 and 952, Title 18 United States Code…”  These are provisions of the Espionage Act, and as Fox recently reported, 18 USC 793 subsection (f) is of special interest to the FBI investigation as it includes “gross negligence” in the handling of national defense information.

The investigation is a CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION contrary to Hillary Clinton’s repeatedly saying otherwise.

America wants justice. Lynch says she will look at the facts when presented to them by attorneys working with the FBI and DOJ. The question is this, “if they indicate she broke the law” will Lynch bring charges against her.

The time has come to jail the Bird, throw away the key for good.

During an interview with the FOX Business Network’s Maria Bartiromo, California Republican lawmaker Darryl Issa provided detailed analysis of Hillary Clinton’s email probe.

“It is a crime to release source and methods. Scooter Libby went to jail just for saying he didn’t remember something related to sources and methods that he actually didn’t have anything to do with. David Petreaus is now a convicted criminal because he released information to his biographer,” he said.

“It is serious business to release information that may be classified or to deal with in a way that is wrong…It’s not a punishable crime to have an email server. It is a punishable crime to use that in a way that is reckless to American secrets.”

Issa shared his views on FBI director James Comey in particular and how the Justice Department has handled the case so far.

“I hear you say he’s [Comey] a solid citizen. What I would say is this Justice Department, so far, including the FBI director haven’t found the ability to indict any members of the administration, including Lois Lerner… The fact is Lois Lerner was not presented to a Grand Jury — that was a failure to enforce a statute. We have a similar situation in that no matter what we send to the FBI, they don’t seem to find much and the case is closed,” he said.

He also discussed what’s next for the email investigation.

ATTORNEY GENERAL LYNCH’S DAUGHTER TELLS UBER CABBY TO TAKE THIS

NEW YORK –  New York City police say the stepdaughter of U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch was taken into custody after an argument with an Uber taxi driver over an unpaid fare.

Kia Absalom was riding in the car Dec. 28. Police say she believed her fare was automatically paid via the Uber app. But the driver tells the Daily News she hadn’t paid.

Police say the two argued and the driver took her to a Brooklyn police station. They say after it was determined she owed the driver about $20 she was detained in a cell while her boyfriend went to pay the fare.

After she paid, she was released.

Messages left with the attorney general’s office and Absalom on Monday haven’t been returned. San Francisco-based Uber has declined to comment.

LORETTA LYNCH CONFIRMED WITH TEN REPUBLICAN VOTES

The Senate voted 56-43 this afternoon to confirm Loretta Lynch as Attorney General. Ten Republicans voted for confirmation: Kelly Ayotte, Ron Johnson, Mark Kirk, Rob Portman, Thad Cochran, Susan Collins, Jeff Flake, Lindsey Graham, Orrin Hatch and Mitch McConnell.

No doubt other Republicans put out statements explaining their opposition to Lynch, but I got these from Jeff Sessions and Marco Rubio, and thought they were both worth passing on. Senator Sessions’ statement:

Under our Constitution, Congress was given certain powers as a coequal branch of government not only to protect the Congress as an institution, but to restrain the other branches from overreaching. One of those powers is the Senate’s power to confirm or not confirm nominees to high office.

This check on executive powers can be used as Congress sees fit but should not be abused, just as the President should not use his nominees to advance an improper or unlawful agenda.

President Obama said on Friday he’ll meet with Attorney General Loretta Lynch next week to discuss how to use White House powers to reduce gun violence, lamenting that Congress has “done nothing” and declaring he has “unfinished business.”

“I get too many letters from parents and teachers and kids to sit around and do nothing,” said Obama, who will meet with Lynch on Monday, after he returns from his Hawaii family vacation.

With the Congress in Republican hands things have gotten a lot worse. This is best manifested by the ten Republicans who voted to confirm Loretta Lynch as attorney genera. These mutineers are deserving of repudiation for their treason to conservative principles and most of all by turning their back on the voters who elected them.  Don’t ever forget who they are.
