The latest poll has Trump in a dead heat. This is a win win situation because Iowa is the state that gave Obama a 54 to 44 win over McCain in 2008 and a 52 to 46 win in 2012 against Mitt Romney. The latest results bode well for Mr. Trump who is on the verge of an unprecedented victory in November. Time to Jail the Bird!

It is time to Jail the Bird. They went after Alphonse (Scarface) Capone for income tax evasion, what Hillary did is a thousand times worse and yet no indictment. Why?
A revolution is the only solution. Take the criminals running the IRS, Koskinen a liar first rate has participated in a vast cover-up targeting the TEA PARTY. Lois Lerner got her orders directly from the White House.Clinton’s Benghazi’s story has changed so many times, she doesn’t know what the truth is. The Department of State is also complicit in Clinton’s criminal behavior; they have not produced the lost emails in a punctual manner; these 15,000 emails that Hillary failed to turn over to Congress. Additionally, the pay to play scheme was a criminal enterprise authored by Slick WILLIE and his criminal wife. This is in violation of the RICO act. Where is the FBI on this?
The good news is the latest poll which has Trump gaining ground, down now by only 5 points compared to 12 one month ago. But don’t take polls too seriously, they are skewed in many cases by interview bias. Just ask Eric Cantor about that one.
DESTRUCTION OF AMERICA BY THE PROGRESSIVE AXIS
The Liberal-Progressive agenda got its start many moons ago. With the appointment of Supreme Court Justices with the liberal bent the road to Armageddon was began to take shape. Mind you this did not happen over night, it was a slow process similar to Chinese water torture. Decisions were beginning to be decided, not based on the Constitution, but based on political expediency. What politicians could not do by legislations was done by the Judge who legislated from the bench. We have seen that in the most recent decisions by the court. A most startling example is the requirement by North Carolina that a first time voter present a photo ID’s before voting.
The 4th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled against North Carolina in this case. The State has asked for a stay of the ruling. Barely three weeks after a federal appeals court issued a blistering ruling overturning a North Carolina voter registration law that it called a deliberate attempt to suppress the black vote, Republicans across the state are fighting back. What set the liberals off was the early voting period being reduced from (Click)17 to 10 days. This they said affected people of color and restricted their participation in elections.
However, this is only one instant of a Liberal Court dictating how far a state can go in setting voting requirements. It is beyond anyone’s imagination that voters can’t produce the required photo IDs. For instance, those citizens who will be voting no long in advance what the requirements are. For a first time 18 year old voter and an elderly person who never cast a vote procuring the required identification should not be a hardship. Both potential voters had at a minimum one year to secure the proper documents. So where is the hardship?
It doesn’t end here, recent comments by two of the most flaming liberals on the Supreme Court gives pause. Bader Ginsburg and Sotomayor went rogue, beyond the pale in their comments. Once again indicating their progressive agenda. How they can be impartial in rendering a decision is highly suspect.
In Ginsberg’s own words:
“He is a faker,” she said of the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, going point by point, as if presenting a legal brief. “He has no consistency about him. He says whatever comes into his head at the moment. He really has an ego. … How has he gotten away with not turning over his tax returns? The press seems to be very gentle with him on that.”
Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s slam of Donald Trump The Legend in Her Own Mind is mentally incompetent to sit on the bench; a biased mind formed at birth. Biased beyond belief for a sitting Judge to manifest personal comments regarding individual politicians. What gets our goat is she wonders how Trump got away with not turning over his tax returns; the irony here is that she didn’t mention Hillary Clinton not turning over all of her emails. Nor did she mention the pass on Obama back in 2008.
Turning to the Latino on the bench, Sotomayor, another anti white bomb thrower if there was ever on. Her biases were also embedded at birth.

The Supreme Court issued an extraordinarily disappointing 5–3 decision on Monday, June 20, 2016 in Utah v. Strieff, a Fourth Amendment case about police searches. Yet the terrible ruling came with a bright spot: In a powerful and groundbreaking dissent, Justice Sonia Sotomayor lambasted the majority for its heartless and illogical rejection of Fourth Amendment freedoms, invoking the Justice Department’s Ferguson report, echoing Black Lives Matter, and even citing Ta-Nehisi Coates.
MARK JOSEPH STERNStrieff itself involves a fairly simple question of constitutional law. Typically, when police illegally stop an individual on the street without reasonable suspicion, any fruits of that stop—such as the discovery of illegal drugs—must be suppressed in court, because the stop was “unreasonable seizure” under the Fourth Amendment. Strieff gave the justices an opportunity to affirm this constitutional rule. But instead, Justice Stephen Breyer joined the court’s four conservatives to add a huge loophole to that long-established doctrine. In an opinion by Justice Clarence Thomas, the court found that if an officer illegally stops an individual then discovers an arrest warrant—even for an incredibly minor crime, like a traffic violation—the stop is legitimized, and any evidence seized can be used in court. The only restriction is when an officer engages in “flagrant police misconduct,” which the decision declines to define.
Sotomayor, who dominated oral arguments in Strieff, refused to let the majority get away with this Fourth Amendment diminution without a fight. In a stunning dissent, Sotomayor explains the startling breadth of the court’s decision. “This case allows the police to stop you on the street, demand your identification, and check it for outstanding traffic warrants—even if you are doing nothing wrong,” Sotomayor writes, in a dissent joined in part by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. “If the officer discovers a warrant for a fine you forgot to pay, courts will now excuse his illegal stop and will admit into evidence anything he happens to find by searching you after arresting you on the warrant.”
“Most striking about the Court’s opinion,” Sotomayor notes “is its insistence that the event here was ‘isolated,’ with ‘no indication that this unlawful stop was part of any systemic or recurrent police misconduct.’ ” But in truth, “nothing about this case is isolated.” Sotomayor then dives into the widespread police misconduct that has dominated headlines for several years, focusing on the Department of Justice’s Ferguson report to demonstrate that “outstanding warrants are surprisingly common.”
The Department of Justice, Sotomayor writes, “recently reported that in the town of Ferguson, Missouri, with a population of 21,000, 16,000 people had outstanding warrants against them.” That means 76 percent of Ferguson residents have, under the court’s decision, effectively surrendered their Fourth Amendment right against unreasonable seizure. “In the St. Louis metropolitan area,” moreover, “officers ‘routinely’ stop people—on the street, at bus stops, or even in court—for no reason other than ‘an officer’s desire to check whether the subject had a municipal arrest warrant pending.’ ”
But Sotomayor’s bravest moment arrives when she announces that, “writing only for myself, and drawing on my professional experiences, I would add that unlawful ‘stops’ have severe consequences much greater than the inconvenience suggested by the name.” (Sotomayor cites previous opinions, citations that I’ve excised for clarity.)
Sotomayor forgets to address why the high percentage of existing warrants of those who live in the Black and Latino community. She fails to address that 75% of children are born out of wedlock, that there is a family breakdown due to the liberal progressive mindset that anything goes and it is “all whitey’s fault.”

Obama’s preacher, Reverend Jeremiah Wright said, “God Damn America.” Obama ate at the Reverend’s table digesting this vitriolic diatribe like a hungry pig then segwaying it into the White House without a peep from the press. Yet no outrage from the media.
They wanted to be politically correct, therefore hands off to the first potentially Black president. Before running Obama surrounded himself with the Jew hater Louis Farrakhan (funny thing Obama surrounded himself with rich Jews whose bucks made it possible to run), yet no outrage from the liberal progressive Democrats. Don’t forget many of them were of the powerful Jewish persuasion. Obama thru Israel under the bus, Egypt, Iraq, Syria, the Baltics, Ukraine and America. Obama’s red line became a pink line then transitioned into a white line, now a no line.
Let’s look at Obama’s friends from Chicago, supplier of dead bodies to the world: Bill Ayers and his wife, Bernardine Dohrn, hosted a gathering at their home in 1995. And who can forget Tony Rezko who helped Obama buy his first home.

Bam, Bam, Bam the guy is now dead at the end of a hangman’s noose.. Crooked Hillary must accept full blame she is totally responsible for the execution. If her server was secured by the State Department we doubt that Shahram Amiri would be alive today. Another roadside kill notch on Clinton’s gun; she keeps piling up the bodies.
But we can never ever forget that Clinton was directly responsible for the murder by Muslim Extremists in Benghazi Libya; she blamed it on a Muslim film. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three others were hacked to death by the Jihadists. Blood is still on the hands of Clinton who spills one lie after another. It is time to Jail the Bird. TURKEY’S ERDOGAN SEES A COUP BEHIND EVERY MOSQUE
Erdogan, the devil incarnate, a Muslim Brotherhood stalwart, has now turned Turkey into a Radical Islamic State. Nationalization of the press, suppression of free speech, eliminating suspects, including elitists, intellectuals, poets, imans, foreigners, including everybody who does not tow the word of allah or support his autocratic rule.
Blaming the coup on an old guy living in the Pennsylvania woods, demanding the United States turn him over or else is the most bizarre accusation, but expected from someone with limited mental capacity. Turkey is now run by the same thugs that toppled Egypt’s Morsi. One thing stands out here, Turkey is a member of Nato. Obama has not weighed in on the Turkish situation because, like Erdogan, Obama is a secret member of the Brotherhood.
Remember his reaction when the General al-Sisi interrupted Morsi’s reign of suppressing the freedoms of its citizens. Obama went beserk, stopped military aid, halted imports and pulled our Diplomatic core. This did not happen in Turkey and we know why. Obama is one of them.

“PIGS READY FOR THE ‘CUE”
Micah X. Johnson, 25, shot 14 people, including 12 officers, at the end of an anti-police protest in downtown Dallas. He was killed early Friday after authorities sent a bomb-wielding police robot to infiltrate the parking garage where Johnson was holed up.
Activists with Black Lives Matter, whose peaceful march police were guarding as he opened fire, repudiated the shootings, and it wasn’t immediately clear if Johnson had any connection to the movement, which has disavowed violence.
But one of the groups Johnson “liked” on Facebook, the African American Defense League, posted a message earlier in the week encouraging violence against police in response to the killing in Louisiana.
“The Pig has shot and killed Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge, Louisiana! You and I know what we must do and I don’t mean marching, making a lot of noise, or attending conventions. We must `Rally The Troops!’ It is time to visit Louisiana and hold a barbeque.” The message was attributed to Dr. Mauricelm-Lei Millere, a leader in the organization.
Another group Johnson “liked” was the New Black Panther Party, whose leaders have “long expressed virulently anti-white and anti-Semitic opinions,” according to the Southern Poverty Law Center.
Johnson also “liked” the Nation of Islam and the Black Riders Liberation Party, which the center described as “hate groups.”
America on edge, police are the target. A state of fear permeates police departments nationwide. There are various and we say legitimate reasons for this mindset. Don’t be mistaken, there are rouge cops who are not part of the mainstream police units. They were improperly trained, harbor various biases and when taunted they shoot first without taking into account the consequences.
But on the other hand, the quintessential example of police doing their job is the killing of Michael Brown – a bully and punk all wrapped into one , who dug his own grave. Communities have to take responsibility, biases don’t exist in a vacuum, they are planted over time and thus far in 2016 we have seen the result.
All that aside America sees a double standard. One Black is killed by a policeman and all hell goes loose. However, 14 from the Hood are liquidated in Chicago on the 4th of July holiday weekend and it is just another day at the beach. When the holiday was over Fourteen Brothers/Gang members were dead, either by their own bullets or shot by police for not obeying orders ( we wager that “hands up don’t shoot were not that last words”).
This environment has been flamed by the likes of Obama, Holder, Jackson, Sharpton and Farrakhan. They have been rigorous in their invective, blaming police for their lot. When in fact the liberal progressive politicians perpetuated this type of behavior using one excuse after another. Don’t expect the situation to return to normal anytime soon. All out war is on the horizon and the summer is not over yet.
THE BACK OF THE BUS ONCE AGAIN
President Obama, has the knack of sticking his nose into places where it doesn’t belong, went “full retard” on the REMAIN camp. Well, well, well, it did not turn out so good. Cameron also took a uppercut to the chin including a straight right to the solar plexus; knockout! But what is the real meaning here? And how can we equate that with our November election?

The Brits were having none of it – the most egregious element being free travel across borders of the 28 member states. Germany’s Angela Merkel set the record straight on cross border travel, “If you wish to have free access to the single market then you have to accept the fundamental European rights as well as obligations that come from it. This is as true for Great Britain as for anybody else.”
The above mentioned Cameron, England’s Prime Minister, suffered a stunning and humiliating defeat indeed. Many on the REMAIN side are bewildered by the vote, but they fail to recognize that democracy is a two way street; subtract London from the results, a majority of people voted to leave. (this is the case with most big cities who are inhabited by illegals). The Brits have a short memory, for they whited out the fact of the Colonies breaking from Great Britain 240 years ago. It now has happened in reverse.
The LEAVE vote was another “shot heard around the world.” Quoting Cameron,” at the end of the day I am a democrat. I fought very hard for what I believed in. I threw my heart in head, body and soul to keep Britain in the E.U. and I didn’t succeed.”
When you have a Conservative throwing in with the Liberals then you know there is trouble in the heartland.
This brings us to the United States of Dis-America. On one side are the REMAINS on the other side are the LEAVES. Democrats vs Republican, Blue vs Red. Obama vs the Constitution, Progressives against the Rule of Law. Soon the freedoms we all enjoy will be usurped by the progressive authoritarian. Political correctness became the new paragon; telling it like it is was an offense worthy of media retribution who are controlled by the liberals. They tow the progressive line or else!
However, once again the United States finds itself in disarray, a Y in the road. A shift by the liberal machine into high gear, with Obama in the driver’s seat has diluted American culture to the “nth” degree. Allowing millions of illegals stay in this country, doubling down by saturating cities with Middle Eastern radicals who follow the script of Jihad. Sharia law practice now common in many enclaves opted out of our legal system.
The Brave American, the defender of liberty, justice and democracy has seen his/her rights usurped by politically correct justices (Sotomayor is the worst) who write legislation from the bench. Remember Sotomayor going off with the mouth, “I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life.”
But the bottom line here confuses us. Why in the heck do those Blacks, the intelligentsia, not turn tail against politically correctness? The Black Community has withered on the vine during the past decade, ignored by Obama, the Blacks are now at the Back of the Bus once again. Latino/Hispanic communities are sucking up the life blood (federal funds) that would normally accrue to Blacks. How did this happen? Why did the Blacks turn a blind eye to the government? Putting this into perspective, the millions of illegals are like a vacuum cleaner. In education alone they demand bilingual teachers, Obamacare require Spanish speaking doctors and healthcare workers. For the sake of us, we don’t understand why the Blacks stand idly by as the funds, once headed to their communities, took a “U” turn in the middle of the night. It does not make sense. Second hand citizens once again, many Blacks are wondering where they went wrong, but the truth is that their hand picked Representatives sold them out. Education and job opportunities have all but disappeared, filled by Latinos and illegals. Where is the uproar?
The rise of Trump should not be a surprise to anyone, as in England, a storm was blowing; from the Tea Party Days of yore (1773) to the Tea Party days of today, this was not a tempest in a Tea Pot, but an underbelly of pent up frustration with Big Government. Sick and tired of talked down to, told what to do, how to educate their children and what to eat, We The People woke up from their long tenure of silence. Sales tax, real estate tax, social security tax, Federal Income tax, gas tax just to name a few. A toll taker on the Massachusetts Turnpike collects a king’s ransom, certainly does, $85,000 plus a year. Check the union driven railroads of New York and Connecticut, workers steaming ahead on your bank account, some engineers have enriched themselves to the tune of $300,000 per year. Tax to death, tax to death and American’s won’t take it anymore – THEY ARE FED UP.
Visit a social security office, a welfare office, an emergency room, look around and you will understand what kind of country the leach politician turned the country into.
