THE GUILTY PLEAD THE FIFTH – THE INNOCENT TELL THE TRUTH

In a Washington Post opinion piece, former Obama-era State Department official Jonathan Winer acknowledged he had regular contact with ex-British spy Christopher Steele, the author of the controversial anti-Trump dossier.

Winer said that Steele alerted him in the summer of 2016 about “disturbing information regarding possible ties between Donald Trump, his campaign and senior Russian officials.” The two met in Washington in September 2016 to discuss what is now known as the “dossier.”

After he reviewed the documents, Winer said, he shared a summary with Victoria Nuland, the former assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian affairs.

In February, Nuland confirmed to CBS News’ “Face the Nation” that the Steele dossier came to the attention of the State Department in July 2016.

“He [Steele] passed two to four pages of short points of what he was finding, and our immediate reaction to that was, ‘This is not in our purview,'” Nuland said. “‘This needs to go to the FBI, if there is any concern here that one candidate or the election as a whole might be influenced by the Russian Federation. That’s something for the FBI to investigate.'”

Nuland went further, saying that “our reaction when we saw this [was] … we can’t evaluate this. And frankly, if every member of the campaign who the Russians tried to approach and tried to influence had gone to the FBI as well in real time, we might not be in the mess we’re in today.”

Another person caught up in the dossier handoff is David J. Kramer, a former State Department official and associate of the late Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz. In November 2016, he traveled to Surrey, England, to meet with and be briefed by Steele on the dossier. According to British court records reviewed by Fox, Steele told the British court that an arrangement was made so that Fusion GPS’s Simpson would provide hard copies of the dossier to McCain via Kramer.

In January 2017 the late Senator’s office posted to their website: “Late last year, I received sensitive information that has since been made public. Upon examination of the contents, and unable to make a judgment about their accuracy, I delivered the information to the Director of the FBI. That has been the extent of my contact with the FBI or any other government agency regarding this issue.”

Earlier this year, in an interview with Fox News’ Bret Baier, former FBI Director James Comey seemed vague about the dossier, when he learned about it as well as its political origins.

“Sometime in the fall (2016), I don’t remember exactly when,” Comey said, “I remember they briefed me on it, explained that it came from a reliable source I remember being given a copy of it I don’t know if it was September (sic) October some period in that time.”

Other information about Russian hacking was also provided to the FBI in 2016 by lawyer Michael Sussmann, whose firm, Perkins Coie, commissioned Simpson’s firm for the dossierThe FBI’s former general counsel, James Baker, recently confirmed that revelation during a closed-door deposition on Capitol Hill, say sources close to the congressional investigation.

A spokesman for Sussmann said in a recent statement: “Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Michael Sussmann served as a cybercrime prosecutor in the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice during both Republican and Democratic administrations. As a result, Sussmann is regularly retained by clients with complex cybersecurity matters.

“When Sussmann met with Mr. Baker on behalf of a client, it was not connected to the firm’s representation of the Hillary Clinton Campaign, the DNC or any Political Law Group client.”

Senate Oversight Committee Chairman Ron Johnson, R-Wis., sent a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray on Friday requesting all documents about Sussmann’s contact with the FBI, as well as the memos that document allegations Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein considered secretly taping the president. Rosenstein and the House Judiciary panel failed to agree on terms for his Capitol Hill appearance this week.

Fox News asked Sussmann’s spokesperson for additional comment in light of the Senate letter, but there was no immediate response.

HARRY REID – A CRIMINAL BY NO OTHER NAME – A VAIN ATTEMPT TO TAKE DOWN THE FREELY ELECTED PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES

To protect Hillary “lock her up” Clinton in the run for the White House FAKE information given to pugnacious Senator, “Harry Black Eye” Reid was the meal ticket utilized to sabotage the Trump run for the Presidency of the United States.  JOHN BRENNAN! Yes Brennan, under the head of the CIA under Obama told Reid not to release it, but did he?

Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) sends a letter to then-FBI Director Comey voicing concern over Russian interference in the election and asking Comey to open an FBI investigation.

 – The Washington Times – Saturday, May 12, 2018

Then-Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid released a letter in the heat of the 2016 election alleging Trump-Russia collusion even though the CIA director at the time urged him not to, according to a person familiar with their conversation.

Mr. Reid’s Aug. 27 letter to the FBI appears to mark the first time a Democrat officially accused President’ Trump’s campaign of colluding with the Russian government to hack his party’s computers.

The letter has come to represent for conservatives the “deep state” — Obama loyalists leaking unproven allegations to the press against Mr. Trump and his people to ruin the campaign, the transition and the White House.

“The evidence of a direct connection between the Russian government and Donald Trump’s presidential campaign continues to mount,” Mr. Reid wrote to FBI Director James B. Comey.

Mr. Reid wrote and leaked his letter after receiving a secret telephone briefing from then-CIA Director John Brennan.

The retired senator has portrayed the letter as having the blessing of Mr. Brennan, a fierce Trump critic who suggests the president is beholden to Russian President Vladimir Putin for fear of blackmail.

But now the Brennan side rebuts Mr. Reid’s contention that the then-CIA director was actively trying to leak damaging anti-Trump information during the election.

Nick Shapiro, former deputy chief of staff for Mr. Brennan as CIA director, told The Washington Times that his ex-boss considered the information sensitive. He expressly urged Mr. Reid to confine the information to private discussions with Mr. Comey.

That August, Mr. Brennan was briefing the so called “gang of eight” congressional leaders on Russian computer hacking and on suspicious that Trump people were involved.

Mr. Shapiro, now a Brennan adviser, provided this version of the Brennan-Reid phone call:

“Brennan used the same exact notes to brief Reid as he used with the other members of the Gang of Eight. In fact, most of the conversation was spent with Senator Reid telling Brennan what he had heard about Russians and the Trump campaign. Senator Reid informed Brennan that he was in the process of drafting a letter to Comey about his concerns. When Senator Reid asked Brennan whether he could reference this information in the letter to Comey, Brennan said ‘no,’ as the intelligence was being tightly controlled and he was worried that the letter would get out into the public. Brennan told him that Comey had been fully briefed on the intelligence and if he wanted to, it would be better to talk to him about it in a secure manner when he returned to D.C. instead of putting it in a letter.”

Mr. Reid, Nevada Democrat, wrote the letter anyway. And it was leaked to The New York Times and then migrated throughout the mainstream media.

It contained references to a Trump aide traveling to Moscow and allegedly meeting with two sanctioned Kremlin figures — an allegation contained in the Democratic Party-financed dossier written by ex-British spy Christopher Steele. The unnamed person is Carter Page, who has denied under oath he ever met the two people named by Mr. Steele.

The dossier at that point had not been published. The FBI possessed copies and had opened a counter-intelligence investigation into Russia meddling the previous month.

Mr. Reid’s version of his phone call from Mr. Brennan is contained in the best-selling book, “Russian Roulette,” which embraces the Trump-Russia conspiracy and promotes the Steele dossier.

The book says:

“Reid also had the impression that Brennan had an ulterior motive,” the authors said. “He concluded the CIA chief believed the public needed to know about the Russian operation, including the information about the possible links to the Trump campaign. When Reid later was asked if Brennan directly or indirectly had enlisted him to push information held by the intelligence community into the public realm, he told an interviewer, ‘Why do you think he called me?’

Mr. Shapiro, Mr. Brennan’s adviser, said that specific book excerpt is inaccurate. He also told The Times that rather than trying to sell Trump-Russia collusion during the campaign, the Obama White House and Mr. Brennan stayed silent.

The Washington Times submitted questions to Mr. Reid’s associates at a public policy institute in Nevada where he serves as co-chairman. The queries went unanswered.

Mr. Reid did not stop his drumbeat on Trump-Russia. After Mr. Steele leaked his dossier narrative to selected reporters in Washington, Yahoo News, whose Michael Isikoff co-authored “Russian Roulette,” wrote a story.

But The New York Times dampened the narrative with an Oct. 31 story headlined, “Investigating Donald Trump, FBISees No Clear Link to Russia.”

Mr. Reid was furious

Adam Jentleson, his deputy chief of staff, tweeted, “I’ll say it: NYT interviewed Reid for this story. He said things contrary to the story. NYT discarded the interview.”

“Maybe some want to know why the NYT seemed to cover for Comey’s FBI? Maybe even some at the NYT? Maybe not? I’m just asking questions,” Jentleson said. The New York Times would go on to become one of journalism’s chief proponents of Trump-Russia collusion.

The Washington Times has examined Mr. Steele’s series of collusion charges and found that none has been confirmed independently and publicly at this point. Special counsel Robert Mueller continues to investigate.

However, the FBI’s investigation remained a secret during the campaign. Despite public pressure, including public letters from then-Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid on August 29 and October 30, 2016, the latter claiming that the FBI was concealing “explosive information about close ties and coordination between Trump and his top advisers, and the Russian government,” the FBI did not disclose its investigation until after the election. In fact, on October 31, 2016, The New York Times reported that FBI officials had not found evidence demonstrating links between the Trump campaign and Russian officials.

The Carter Page FISAs are out via the Freedom of Information Act. Here are a few observations, relatively brief but still just a bit too long for Twitter.

First, a huge amount of information is redacted in these FISA applications, but they still represent a monumental disclosure to the public. The government considers FISA applications to be very sensitive—and their disclosure, even heavily redacted, may have long-term, programmatic consequences long after we’re finished with President Trump. The government seems to have accepted that FOIA applies to FISA. Without taking a position on the issue it made me recall this Lawfare post that argues to the contrary.

Second, for those who don’t remember, the controversy about these FISA applications first arose in February when House intelligence committee Chairman Rep. Devin Nunes released a memo claiming that the FBI misled the FISA Court about Christopher Steele, the former British secret agent who compiled the “dossier” on Trump-Russia ties and who was a source of information in the FISA applications on Page. The main complaint in the Nunes memo was that FBI whitewashed Steele—that the FISA applications did not “disclose or reference the role of the DNC, Clinton campaign, or any party/campaign in funding Steele’s efforts, even though the political origins of the Steele dossier were then known to senior and FBI officials.”

In response to the Nunes memo, the Democrats on the committee released their own memo. That memo quoted from parts of the FISA applications, including a footnote in which the FBI explained that Steele was hired to “conduct research regarding Candidate #1,” Donald Trump, and Trump’s “ties to Russia,” and that the man who hired him was “likely looking for information that could be used to discredit [Trump’s] campaign.”

Based on this back and forth between the HPSCI partisans, I wrote on Lawfare at the time that the FBI’s disclosures on Steele “amply satisfie[d] the requirements” for FISA applications, and that the central irony of the Nunes memo was that it “tried to deceive the American people in precisely the same way that it falsely accused the FBI of deceiving the FISA Court.” The Nunes memo accused the FBI of dishonesty in failing to disclose information about Steele, but in fact the Nunes memo itself was dishonest in failing to disclose what the FBI disclosed. I said then, and I still believe, that the “Nunes memo was dishonest. And if it is allowed to stand, we risk significant collateral damage to essential elements of our democracy.”

Now we have some additional information in the form of the redacted FISA applications themselves, and the Nunes memo looks even worse. In my earlier post, I observed that the FBI’s disclosures about Steele were contained in a footnote, but argued that this did not detract from their sufficiency: “As someone who has read and approved many FISA applications and dealt extensively with the FISA Court, I will anticipate and reject a claim that the disclosure was somehow insufficient because it appeared in a footnote; in my experience, the court reads the footnotes.” Now we can see that the footnote disclosing Steele’s possible bias takes up more than a full page in the applications, so there is literally no way the FISA Court could have missed it. The FBI gave the court enough information to evaluate Steele’s credibility.

There’s also more detail on the previous disclosure from the House intelligence committee Democrats’ memo on how Steele went to the press with the “dossier” when FBI Director James Comey sent his October 2016 letter to Congress disclosing the possible newfound importance of the Weiner laptop in the Clinton investigation. According to the FISA applications, Steele complained that Comey’s action could influence the election. But when Steele went to the press, it caused FBI to close him out as an informant—facts which are disclosed and cross-referenced in the footnote in bold text.

While I am sure people will try, my initial impression is that with all the redactions it is going to be very tough to figure out the full scope of information supporting the Court’s repeated finding of probable cause to believe that Carter Page was an agent of Russia. There is a mention of two Russians, one of whom pleaded guilty to being an unregistered agent of a foreign government and was sentenced to 30 months, but even that is disconnected from the redacted discussion that precedes it. Substantively, the government seems to have hewed as closely to the prior disclosures as it could in applying FOIA.

But it is worth noting that—and as the Democrats previously pointed out—the judges who signed off on these four FISA applications were all appointed by Republican presidents, including one George H.W. Bush appointee (Anne Conway), two George W. Bush appointees (Rosemary Collyer and Michael Mosman) and one Reagan appointee (Raymond Dearie). I know some of those judges, and they certainly are not the types to let partisan politics affect their legal judgments.

This illusion to the Republican appointed judges is in fact not telling the whole story because,  the FISA applications did not “disclose or reference the role of the DNC, Clinton campaign, or any party/campaign in funding Steele’s efforts, even though the political origins of the Steele dossier were then known to senior and FBI officials.”

VOLCANIC ERUPTION ABOUT TO BLOW IN WASHINGTON D.C.

Lava flow is emanating from the fissures of Kilauea destroying property along the way. Volcanic ash is raining down on the Big Island with vigor and aplomb. Although this feature of Mother Nature is intriguing to watch from a scientific perspective the violent nature of this phenomena is a sight to behold. To a religious zealot the destruction is the result of an angry god pouring forth deserved punishment. The Soputan volcano spews lava and ash during an eruption on Indonesia's Sulawesi island in January 2016.Reuters Photo

A volcano of a different sort is ready to blow in Washington D.C. – it is of the man made variety. Sometimes they are more dangerous than a natural one. What we are talking about is a FBI-CIA cabal that infiltrated the Trump campaign early on. Smoke is pouring out of the FBI building as we speak; this is a tell tale sign of more volcanic activity about to be released. From information flow leaking from the fissures atop the J. Edgar Hoover edifice warns of a violent eruption about to roar and destroy anything in its path. Stay tuned!

DEMOCRAT GETS HIS ASS HANDED TO HIM

A pathetic (CLICK)Democrat goes brown pants failing to answer the question of “why is the DNC bringing a suit for collusion against the Republicans, Wikileaks and the Russians for collusion in the 2016 election.

Click here to listen to another pathetic individual complicit with the DNC collusion regarding the hiring of GPS Fusion in employing another criminal by the name of Steele to provide a fake Dossier in an attempt to frame Trump. Yes, we are speaking about Charles Schumer. But no mention of Hillary Clinton who by the way is above the law and destroyed evidence, washed her disk drive, murdered four of our best soldier who showed valor under attack; the same Hillary Clinton who gave 20% of our uranium to the Russians. Again the same Hillary whose husband put a gun to Loretta Lynch’s head to squash the investigation into his wife.

And how about the laws the Clinton campaign broke when shoveling money through various PACs who channeled the donations to local Democrat entities that in turn returned the favor by sending the same amount back to the DNC run by Clinton.

But don’t forget the ongoing Jim Comey comedy hour, a tragic individual with a megalomaniac personality, who gave Hillary a free pass because she was careless. This is the same excuse he will use on himself when leaking top secret information to the press via his Harvard professor buddy.

TIME TO BRING THE HAMMER DOWN

James Comey and his memoir are tripping the media light fantastic, though what’s defined that trip so far is its lack of news. Mr. Comey explains the many and varied ways that he does not like President Trump. Mr. Comey explains the many and varied ways that he does like himself. Tell us something we don’t know.

People forget that directors of the Federal Bureau of Investigation — by necessity — are among Washington’s most skilled operators, experts in appearing to answer questions even as they provide pablum. Yet the publicity tour rolls on, which means that upcoming interviewers still have an opportunity to do the country — and our profession — a favor. Here are a few basic questions Mr. Comey should be expected to answer:

You admit the Christopher Steele dossier was still “unverified” when the FBI used it as the basis of a surveillance warrant against Carter Page. Please explain. Also explain the decision to withhold from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court that the dossier was financed by the Hillary Clinton campaign.

You refer to Mr. Steele as a “credible” source. Does the FBI routinely view as “credible” sources who work for political operatives? Did the FBI do any due diligence on his employer, Fusion GPS? Were you aware it is an opposition-research firm? If not, why not?

TIME FOR TRUMP TO GO TRUMP

We’ve been waiting for the bombshell to fall, but none has – Mueller has babbled long enough; yeah he has tagged some of Trump’s hanger-ons with petty crimes like fibbing, spitting on the sidewalk and jaywalking, big f’n deal. These minor violations are all he’s got to show for spending so far $50,000,000. If there were any sharks waiting to be lampooned he would have reeled them in by now. What is the next step for Trump?

Constitutional law expert and former Reagan administration official (click) Mark Levin said Americans have been subjected to a “massive propaganda campaign” to protect Hillary Clinton and President Barack Obama.  Levin said a new memo from Sens. Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) and Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) shows a connection between those involved in the dossier and the Hillary Clinton campaign, as well as the Obama State Department.

Click here for more from Mark Levin.

Levin stated in 2013 that “the Muslim Brotherhood has infiltrated our government” and called President Obama a Muslim Brotherhood “sympathizer”

In February 2015, Levin stated that President Obama of “seeking to destroy Israel” because “Obama has an affinity for Islam far more than Christianity or Judaism.” Levin also blamed Obama for the Ebola crisis, saying “the political policies of this administration which opens the door wide to people from the poorest parts of the world. We don’t know who they are, we don’t know if they have diseases.”

Wiretap claim

In March 2017, Levin alleged that the Obama administration had used “police state” surveillance tactics against the Donald Trump campaign during the 2016 presidential election. The Associated Press said that Levin “voiced without evidence the idea that Obama had wiretapped Trump Tower”. Levin protested the AP report vigorously, demanding a retraction and an apology on the grounds that his sources for the statement included The New York Times and other newspapers. His statement was reprinted by Breitbart News and reportedly became the basis of President Trump’s unfounded Trump Tower wiretapping allegations. In September 2017, reports emerged of a court-ordered Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) wiretap on Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort; while certain Trump supporters alleged that this surveillance vindicated Levin and Trump’s unsupported assertions, David A. Graham of The Atlantic noted: “This is not true – Trump claimed he had been the subject of Obama-ordered, politically motivated surveillance, for which there remains no evidence.”

“Deep State”

Levin has claimed that there is an-going “coup” occurring against the presidency of Donald Trump waged by Obama loyalists. Levin’s coup claim was referring to investigations of the Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections and of alleged obstruction of justice by Trump. Levin responded that “I’m not arguing to the Trump base. I am making the point that what’s taking place here is coup activity” and that Robert Mueller‘s Grand Jury was trying “to destroy the constitutional system. It is the use of the law to subvert the election.”

Trump must take action now! This folly has gone on long enough.

Obama and company have usurped the legal system in the United States. This is a fact. First of all his team spied on Americans by submitting to the FISA court a false document that was paid for by Hillary “lock her up” Clinton. Why no investigation into the Democrats who have or tried to sabotage the election process. One answer, “Robert Mueller.” What can he do about it? Fire him!

Trump must go Trump, address the nation, lay out the evidence in clear concise language. Present it to the American people.

Mueller was the head of the FBI when the plan to subvert Trump and the election process took place. It was under his guise that the scheme was rolled out.

Fire Mueller and bring in Christy, fire Sessions and bring in Trey Gowdy. Enough with the amateurs.

CRIMINALS: OBAMA, CLINTON, LERNER, KOSKINEN, HOLDER, LYNCH MUST BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE

UPDATE: CRIMINALS – OBAMA TIED TO SURVEILLANCE – PROSOCUTE NOW

FBI lovebirds’ newly revealed texts appear to link Obama to Trump surveillance

Newly revealed text messages between FBI paramours Peter Strzok and Lisa Page include an exchange about preparing talking points for then-FBI Director James Comey to give to President Obama, who wanted “to know everything we’re doing.”

The message, from Page to Strzok, was among thousands of texts between the lovers reviewed by Fox News. The pair both worked at one point for Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s probe of alleged collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

Page wrote to Strzok on Sept. 2, 2016 about prepping Comey because, “potus wants to know everything we’re doing.” Senate investigators told Fox News this text raises questions about President Obama’s personal involvement in the Clinton email investigation.

In texts previously revealed, Strzok and Page have shown their disdain for Republicans in general, as well as Trump, calling him a “f—ing idiot,” among other insults.

DOJ MUST CHARGE THESE INDIVIDUALS WITH OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE

The Obama administration filled its coffers with criminals from A to Z. Obama called on Lois Lerner to deny, delay and refuse to process Tea Party tax exempt applications. Koskinen was in contempt of Congress for his failure to provide IRS records including  emails relating to Lerner’s cover-up. Remember that she took the fifth; guilty as charged.

Holder, a gun runner provocateur, responsible for the killing of our border agent Brian A. Terry, 40, was killed northwest of Nogales, Ariz., on Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2010. by a AR-15 that Holder sold to a drug gang. Fast and Furious was the undercover operation; guilty as charged.

Loretta Lynch was whipped hard by Slick Willie on that tarmac in Arizona. He gave her an option, “shut up” or “your brains will be splattered on the tarmac.” Lynch laid down like a cheap whore. This encounter and its suggestion of conflict of interest led FBI director James Comey to take the unorthodox step of holding a press conference on July 5, 2016, where he announced that the bureau’s investigation of Hillary Clinton’s use of a private server would not result in a recommendation to the Department of Justice to indict her. Comey later recalled that Attorney General Lynch had directed him not to call the investigation an “investigation” but instead to call it a “matter.” A direction, Comey said, that “confused me and concerned me.” both her and Comey are guilty as charged.

Fusion GPS was an arm of the Democrat Party and also colluded with members of the FBI. “It is troubling enough that the Clinton campaign funded Mr. Steele’s work, but that these Clinton associates were contemporaneously feeding Mr. Steele allegations raises additional concerns about his credibility,” Grassley and Graham wrote in the Jan. 5 referral. The Democrat National Committee (DNC) hired and paid for information (the Dossier) that was the basis for a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court order to spy on the Trump campaign. Carter Page was the targeted guy. But as it turned out the closet was empty. The information put forth on getting the FISA order was nothing but hearsay and innuendo. However, we must be reminded that Hillary Clinton controlled the DNC and most likely ordered her phalanx of soldiers to get TRUMP anyway you can.

  • Key DoJ official’s wife gathered opposition research on Donald Trump for Fusion GPS
  • Nellie Ohr was on Fusion GPS staff
  • Her husband, Bruce Ohr works at the DoJ and presented that info to FBI officials

Under a contract from the Clinton campaign, the Fusion GPS research firm was paying the wife of a senior Department of Justice official as part of its efforts to gather opposition research on Trump, and the same official then brought that research to the FBI.

Knowledge of the relationship has raised questions about the extent to which the firm may have paid for heightened access to the criminal justice system, and whether they would have hired Nellie Ohr absent her spousal connection to the DoJ.

A declassified memo said Bruce “Ohr’s wife was employed by Fusion GPS to assist in the cultivation of opposition research on Trump. Ohr later provided the FBI with all of his wife’s opposition research, paid for by the DNC and Clinton campaign via Fusion GPS. The Ohrs’ relationship with Steele and Fusion GPS was inexplicably concealed from the” court when it was used to obtain a surveillance warrant.

COUP D’ETAT GONE WRONG

The Democrat National Committee (DNC) hired and paid for information (the Dossier) that was the basis for a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court order to spy on the Trump campaign. Carter Page was the targeted guy. But as it turned out the closet was empty. The information put forth on getting the FISA order was nothing but hearsay and innuendo. However, we must be reminded that Hillary Clinton controlled the DNC and most likely ordered her phalanx of soldiers to get TRUMP anyway you can. They tried to do the same with Obama, but couldn’t find anything as we reported earlier that group photo with Obama and Jew hater Louis Farrakhan was hidden until now. The DNC  did this through a skim scam, a three card Monte if you will, by channeling money from one law firm to another for the purpose of disguising who ordered the dossier in question.

As Representative Nunes did what he said he would do, release the memo to the public and let them decide. President Trump read it and ordered it released, which it was on Friday. The Democrats are in an uproar though, they say that the memo is not telling the whole truth, that there is more to it. They now want that exculpatory information released. The fact is there is no exculpatory information.

GPS Fusion was hired by the DNC, they also did work for the FBI, and its hired gunslinger master chef Steele relied on information from unscrupulous sources which was never verified. We have CLOAK AND STAGER here, amateurs with the “nothing but Trump” animus on a vicious quest to pick the next president of the United States; an inside coup d’etat.

Rep. Schiff: Steele dossier’s political motivation disclosed in FISA application.” Really? The lies keep coming from the criminal Democrats. A central pillar of Rep. Devin Nunes’ memo alleging wrongdoing by the FBI — that the government did not disclose the political bias of a source when seeking a surveillance warrant –– is unfounded, House Intelligence Committee ranking member Adam Schiff told reporters Friday.

The memo, which President Donald Trump declassified on Friday, alleges the FBI abused its authority in applying for a FISA warrant to conduct surveillance on former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page. It claims that ex-British intelligence officer Christopher Steele, who authored a disputed opposition research dossier on Trump that was used in the FISA warrant application, harbored anti-Trump financial and ideological motivations — including that research that went into the dossier was funded in part by Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee. The Democrats are all lies.

Schiff disputed the memo’s assertion as “not accurate,” saying the court was aware that there was a “likely political motivation” behind the Steele dossier. The California Democrat also said it is normal in FISA applications not to name individuals who may be sources of information. Hey wait a minute Mr. Schiff, if they told the FISA court that Hillary Clinton paid for the dossier and told Steele to fill it with garbage, anything you can find, to tie the Russians with Trump and discredit him, Do you ever think the FISA court would have approved bugging Trump Tower?

“This memo totally vindicates ‘Trump’ in probe,” Trump wrote. “But the Russian Witch Hunt goes on and on. Their was no Collusion and there was no Obstruction (the word now used because, after one year of looking endlessly and finding NOTHING, collusion is dead). This is an American disgrace!”

TIME FOR ATTORNEY GENERAL TO BRING RICO CASE AGAINST MUELLER, COMEY, CLINTON

The criminal in charge of the Russia investigation is none other than Robert Mueller, the previous head of the FBI, the consummate Democrat crony who has colluded with the DNC and still is. remember the FBI under his auspices partly paid for the Russian dossier authored by Steele.  Calls for his head are getting louder and even some of his most ardent supporters are demanding he step down.

Time for Sessions to get into the act. Time for Trump to bring down the hammer. We have enough of this Big Government incestual relationship with the Democrats. Clean House Now! Fire them all. President Donald Trump on Thursday suggested in a tweet that the FBI could have financed a dossier alleging collusion between his presidential campaign and Russia. Trump has denied the scandalous allegations in the 35-page dossier, which was compiled by former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele and leaked just prior to Trump’s inauguration. On Wednesday, two executives of Fusion GPS, the firm behind the dossier, invoked their Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination, following a subpoena by the House Intelligence Committee. The FBI agreed to pay Steele to continue his work in October 2016, as it was investigating possible Russian interference in the U.S. presidential election, but ultimately scrapped the agreement without paying him. How do we know they didn’t?

Sean Hannity, “For more than a year, Democrats and their pals in the abusively biased press have been breathlessly talking about Russia-Trump collusion as if it were the worst scandal in American history. After a year, the best they can do is somberly insist there is smoke, but no fire. The truth is, there is no smoke. Trump collusion with Russia has been a big lie.”

“We have evidence of another Russia scandal, also involving a 2016 candidate not named Trump. We now know that the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee paid over $9 million to help fund the discredited, Russia-linked dossier crafted to ruin then-candidate Donald Trump. This was nothing short of a collaborative effort with the Russians to manipulate the outcome of the last presidential election.”

“Not that there wasn’t Russian collusion with a 2016 presidential candidate. It’s just that her name was not Trump. We now have real evidence that the FBI uncovered a Russian plot dating back to 2009 that involved bribery, extortion, blackmail, money laundering and racketeering. It all came a year before Hillary Clinton and the Obama Administration approved the corrupt Uranium One deal.”

Being able to definitively tie the Clinton campaign and the D.N.C. to the Steele dossier is sure to give Republicans another line of attack against special counsel Robert Mueller. But that doesn’t change the fact that much of what Steele found—muddled as it may be by rumor, innuendo, and possible Russian disinformation—was deemed sufficiently credible by the F.B.I. for the agency to begin working with Steele and, ultimately, to fund his research—at least until his name was made public. The broader intelligence community found the allegations sufficiently credible that they gave classified briefings to members of Congress and, in January, days before the inauguration, presented a two-page synopsis to then-President Obama and President-elect Trump. Many of those details have since been confirmed, though the dossier’s most outrageous claims have not. The overall legitimacy of that intelligence, including allegations that Russia may have compromising personal and financial information about the current president, remains a matter of significant public concern.

The House Intelligence Committee said Saturday it has struck a deal to gain access to bank records from Fusion GPS, the firm behind the salacious anti-Trump dossier.

The company had recently attempted to block the committee’s subpoena for its banking records.

“The parties have reached an agreement related to the House Intelligence Committee’s subpoena for Fusion GPS’s bank records that will secure the Committee’s access to the records necessary for its investigation,” the intelligence committee said in a statement released Saturday.
