Not one Democrat has been charged, not even a parking ticket written. Hillary Clinton still foaming with the mouth. Huma Abedin violates United States law and not even a parking ticket. Her perv husband doing time for sexting, but no charges for federal violations. Susan Rice illegally targeted Americans through FISA. Wasserman-Schultz stamped “FIX” on Hillary takeover of the DNC. Laws broken, no charges. And the list goes on and on.

But don’t despair because one kingpin has announced his resignation from the FBI. Andrew McCabe, who is abruptly stepping down today as the FBI’s deputy director, has been the target of criticism by President Trump. But he was also involved in an incident with the White House early last year that raised questions about whether he and the bureau were trying to damage the president.

Strzok and Page, both of whom are under scrutiny after it was revealed that the former members of special counsel Robert Mueller’s team exchanged anti-Trump texts during the 2016 presidential campaign.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian influence in the 2016 presidential election has been clouded by revelations that two former members of his team sent negative text messages about President Trump.

In the messages, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, who were romantically involved, bash Trump and discuss concerns about being too tough on Hillary Clinton during an investigation into the use of her private email server. The pair exchanged some 50,000 text messages throughout the presidential election and first year of the Trump administration, many of them with anti-Trump sentiments.

Here’s a look at who exchanged the text messages, and who will leave the FBI.

Peter Strzok is a veteran counterintelligence agent who was assigned to both the investigation into Clinton’s personal email server and Muller’s probe into possible collusion between Trump officials and Russians during the election.

Strzok was removed from the Russia investigation after it was revealed that he exchanged anti-Trump text messages with Page, a senior FBI lawyer.

ABC first reported that Strzok left the probe and was reassigned to the human resources division in August 2017.

According to the text messages, Strzok was hesitant to join Mueller’s investigation because of his “gut sense” that there was “no big there there.”

Strzok, a former Army ranger, also oversaw the FBI’s interviews with former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn. He previously worked on investigations pertaining to Chinese and Russian espionage, according to The New York Times.

Lisa Page

A lawyer for the FBI, Lisa Page was only temporarily on Mueller’s team, but she discussed the investigation with Strzok.

Page warned Strzok via text about the FBI’s investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server during her tenure as secretary of state, saying in February 2016 that she “might be our next president.”

“The last thing you need [is] going in there loaded for bear,” Page continued. “You think she’s going to remember or care that it was more [DOJ] than [FBI]?”

Page, who has “deep experience [in] money laundering and organized crime cases,” was removed from the investigation in September 2017.

A controversial figure at the FBI, deputy director Andrew McCabe was seemingly referenced by Page and Strzok in their text messages.

“I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy’s office – that there’s no way he gets elected – but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk,” Strzok texted on Aug. 15, 2016. “It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re 40.”

Some lawmakers believed “Andy” to be a reference to McCabe.

McCabe, whose wife ran as a Democrat for a Virginia Senate seat with financial assistance from a group tied to Clinton, was a controversial figure in the bureau. He repeatedly faced criticism from Trump.

“How can FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, the man in charge, along with leakin’ James Comey, of the Phony Hillary Clinton investigation (including her 33,000 illegally deleted emails) be given $700,000 for wife’s campaign by Clinton Puppets during investigation?” Trump asked in a Dec. 2017 tweet.

On Jan. 29, McCabe was “removed” from his post, taking “terminal leave” until his planned retirement, Fox News reported.

Republican lawmakers ignited a firestorm late on Thursday(2/24) after they received a classified memo that documented extensive Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act click (FISA) abuse that officials described as “explosive” and “absolutely shocking.”

Sources who viewed the FISA memo told journalist Sara A. Carter that “they would not be surprised if it leads to the end of Robert Mueller’s Special Counsel investigation into President Trump and his associates.” The sources predicted that it most likely will lead to senior-level government officials at the FBI and DOJ being removed from their positions.

A senior government official who viewed the document and could only speak on the condition of anonymity, since the document is classified, told Carter:

The document shows a troubling course of conduct and we need to make the document available, so the public can see it. Once the public sees it, we can hold the people involved accountable in a number of ways … some of these people should no longer be in the government.

Another official, who also spoke on the condition of anonymity, said that they will “get this stuff released by the end of the month.”

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), who viewed the FISA memo, told Fox News that he thinks government officials are headed to prison based on the information contained in the document.

“I think that this will not end just with firings,” Gaetz said. “I believe there are people who will go to jail. You don’t get to try to undermine our country, undermine our elections, and then simply get fired.”

New York Democratic (click here to listen to the animal speak) Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced Friday that a coalition of East Coast states will sue the federal government over the Trump-signed tax overhaul, in the latest bid to undermine the law that Republicans have cheered.

The states — New York, New Jersey and Connecticut — appear to be taking aim at a provision that limits residents’ state and local tax deduction (SALT) to $10,000. While the law contains sweeping tax rate cuts for businesses and individuals, taxpayers in high-tax states like those in the Northeast are expected to take a hit from the SALT change.

Cuomo called it an “economic missile.”A press release from Cuomo’s office claimed that the elimination of full SALT deductibility will cost New York $14.3 billion. Cuomo, is a caged animal (A PUNK IN A SUIT) circled by zookeeper Trump. And like all animals he doesn’t like it one bit.

Please don’t cry for me Argentina!

But if our mind serves us correctly wasn’t if OK when the Democrats sent their economic healthcare missile into the RED states? And don’t forget Cuomo’s gun control regulations which target our 2nd Amendment Right to bear arms. Oh please pardon us for bringing that up.

President Trump on Sunday argued again that Democrats and their demands — not him or fellow Republicans in Congress — have throttled negotiations to provide permanent legal protection for young illegal immigrants and made clear that any such deal also must end the United States’ lottery-immigration program.

“DACA is probably dead because the Democrats don’t really want it, they just want to talk and take desperately needed money away from our Military,” said Trump, in one of several tweets on the issue of immigration reform and on the related Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, program.

The president and Congress are attempting to reach a deal on comprehensive immigration reform as part of a federal spending bill that Congress must pass by Friday to avoid a government shutdown.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen was at the meeting with Trump and others. She told “Fox News Sunday” that she didn’t “recall him using that exact phrase” about people coming from Haiti and some African nations, but that he did use “strong language” on the lottery issue.

WHERE IS THE GRATITUDE? We let these people flee a natural disaster and do they thank us? No, they spit in our face. Trump is right, the TPS program has gone on long enough. They say we work hard, pay taxes, are entrepreneurs. Then go back to your country and employ your skills there, build it up, bring the lessons you learned here to your homeland. Oh, you don’t want to do that because you have the good life here.

Because of the grace of our country you were provided safe haven, now is the time to go back to yours. And breaking up the family, you knew when you came here that this was not a remote possibility but a probability. So when reality hits you cry like a baby in soiled diapers.

The Democrats are on the verge of getting what they asked for, a rock and hard place. Trump submitted a legitimate offer; they will never get a better one, but they rejected it out of hand. The Democrats think they hold the cards, but in reality they hold a Dead Man’s hand. Trump is the President, the Republicans control Congress.

Trump’s position, WALL, the Democrats say NO WALL. The real story has not been told by the press, but it needs to come out. Forget the shithole controversy, we don’t get into the minutia, but Trump is right, the Salvadorans, Haitians, Hondurans have to go. The bleeding hearts are crying foul. Let’s look at the real story here; only the facts.

The 200,000 Salvadorans are among the nearly 1 million immigrants whose lives in the United States have been upended and set to a deadline under President Trump. The largest group, nearly 700,000 undocumented immigrants who were protected under the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, are set to begin losing their temporary work permits in March at the rate of nearly 1,000 per day.

On Monday, however, DHS officials resisted suggestions that the decision by Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen was part of a broader anti-immigrant agenda. They described it in narrower legal terms, as a recognition that conditions in El Salvador have improved enough since the earthquakes to no longer warrant the TPS designation.

Others urged Nielsen to consider the approximately 190,000 U.S.-born children of Salvadoran (CLICK)TPS recipients. Their parents must now decide whether to break up their families, take their children back to El Salvador or stay in the United States and risk deportation.

Americans should be outraged at the TPS program. How does our government go against the will of the people. Why weren’t these people sent back fifteen years ago? Additionally the TPS designees proliferated like rabbits. Their offspring numbers over 200,000, who by the way are now U.S. citizens and potential Democrat voters to boot. This should not have happened.

TPS let us down, the law should have been written to exempt citizenship to those under the TPS program. But that is not all, the 200,000 offspring are now U.S. citizens and they have offspring which are not counted. In total the numbers are in the millions.

But most nonwhite immigrants get on welfare at rates far exceeding that of European immigrants, but this is precisely what we are not allowed to debate. The whole point of the media hysteria is to avoid any discussion of what kind of society Third World immigration brings.

According to Senator Dick Durbin, President Trump questioned why the United States continues to accept immigrants from “shithole” Africa countries and Haiti. Senator Durbin took it upon himself to leak these comments to the press, which duly reacted with outrage. “Shitholegate” may be the single largest scandal of President Trump’s administration, at least in terms of media reaction.

It is revealing that Senator Durbin felt justified in releasing comments from a private conversation. Such an action, as Senate Republicans have pointed out, show Democrats were never serious about negotiating an immigration compromise.

We don’t even know if President Trump used the exact words Senator Durbin says he did, since no Republicans seem to be backing his account, and the White House has denied it. What word would you use in describing this country?

ALMOST ON THE VERGE OF ABSOLUTE POWER

Power corrupts, but absolute power corrupts absolutely. Think Putin, think what would have been if Hillary mounted the thrown. With President Trump now in charge our corrupt government has been exposed. Inside the beltway where career criminals and Democrat apparatchiks plied their trade we were one step away from totalitarianism.

How do we know this? One look at the faces of the feeble minded progressive liberal malcontent will give you a clue. Washington got hit by an asteroid named Trump. The status quo flying liberal, those who collect a paycheck for doing nothing, the career employee who hates with a passion anything that will rearrange their life style is now in destruct mode. They have been out at Justice and State.

Any day now we can accept the hammer to come down on the guilty. The inside the beltway attorneys are licking their jobs as the likes of Clinton and company will be lawerying up. Bring in clown for dozens will be marching to a different tune. For instance, will Huma Abedin turn on her mentor? Where are the transcripts from Tarmacgate? Loretta Lynch, a liar first rate, will be deposed. And James Comey, expect him to be fitted for a new suit. And don’t be Surprised is Susan Rice starts to peel her lip.

For the most part there will be a massive investigation in all areas of government. Those who are trusted to act independently of political persuasion are in cover-up mode. But we know there are those who will ultimately turn on their fellow associates. We call them moles, rats, mice; the ones who squeal when push comes to shove. Some are honest brokers no doubt, they are straight and narrow, do their job without question.

A quote form Ayn Rand, “Potentially, a government is the most dangerous threat to man’s rights: it holds a legal monopoly on the use of physical force against legally disarmed victims.” Precisely, this was the quest of the Democrats, to disarm the nation and turn it into their own gulag archipelago. Also, “We are fast approaching the stage of the ultimate inversion: the stage where the government is free to do anything it pleases, while the citizens may act only by permission; which is the stage of the darkest periods of human history, the stage of rule by brute force.”

The two quotes noted above are most applicable to Deep State. If Hillary Clinton was elected you could bet your bottom dollar that Tonton Macoutes would be unleashed across America. For this is the very reason the Democrat elite, media organizations and Big Government employees have gone berserk.

Fake Fire and Fury

The leftist propaganda machine has hit an absolute new low with Fire and Fury, the supposed “exposé” of the Trump White House. It appears to be nothing but malicious, libelous lies, totally made up, that try to undermine our legally and duly elected President, and to portray Donald Trump as something that no human being could possibly be. The Merriam Webster Dictionary defines libel as, “…(1) : a statement or representation published without just cause and tending to expose another to public contempt (2) : defamation of a person by written or representational means (3) : the publication of blasphemous, treasonable, seditious, or obscene writings or pictures…” a definition that indeed seems to fit Fire and Fury like a glove. Who, one wonders, do they expect to believe these outrageous lies? The answer should be obvious: the not too bright, the gullible, the intellectually lazy, the mentally ill, the perpetually angry victim class, in other words, Democrats. As long as it’s an attack on Trump, who for Democrats epitomizes the conservative Right, it’s become a given that they’ll believe just about anything that the “mainstream” media – and this includes books – feeds them. And how, one might also wonder, has this come about?

The left has spent the past 100 years scheming and working hard to bring about the destruction of America as a free, capitalist, constitutional republic, hoping to replace it with a totalitarian, collectivist police state along the lines of Mao’s China and communist East Germany. By being content with incremental progress, they have been far too successful. They’ve taken command of nearly all of our educational systems and institutions, and have turned out several generations of brainwashed, dumbed-down, emotionally stunted and damaged useful idiots who depend on government to tell them what, when, how, and with whom to do just about everything. These are the groups mentioned above: the not too bright, the gullible, the intellectually lazy, the mentally ill, the perpetually angry victim class.

What we need to understand is that these unfortunates comprise a large portion of our population. Consider, if you will, the concept of “average intelligence”. We all know people of average intelligence, and they get along just fine. They can do their jobs, handle their finances, have good family lives. They just are not particularly creative and rarely think outside the box. But do you ever think about that word, “average”? Average means, “in the middle”. In this case it means that fully half the population is below average, or put another way, flat out stupid. This, folks, is the main source of the Democrat base.

The shameless exploitation of these easily manipulated and molded folks, people unequipped intellectually and emotionally to defend themselves, has indeed made them victims of cruel abuse, but from the very people and institutions who claim to represent and protect them. They have been bent and twisted by the left until they can no longer distinguish reality from the fiction manufactured and foisted on them by their cynical, often vicious, Machiavellian masters. It’s even doubtful that most of the elected Democrat politicians are aware of what has been, and is being done, because most of them come from that other side of average.

It’s telling, though, that the left has become so arrogantly confident – or panic-strickenly desperate – that they put out a book as blatantly subversive and libelously false as Fire and Fury. In either case, the hard-core, big money fascists who control today’s left have plainly lost sight of reality. They clearly have come to believe that our entire population is like their Marx-bot, below average base. They forget that the majority of those who elected President Trump are above average, clear-thinking individuals, who can, and do, use critical thinking and logic on a regular basis, and are not all that easy to fool.

The piece of vitriolic, subversive trash, Fire and Fury, is in reality nothing but, to quote Wm. TO WIT: human beings not on life support wonder why not one Democrat have been charged with a crime. Impossible! Why is it the case? It is easy to understand when relevant facts are known. Those who do the charging are Democrats. It is their sacred obligation to help the guilty any way they can. Is this justice? Not by a long shot. Most red blooded Americans are fed up with two legal systems. One for the rich, one for the plebeian.

Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton (killed our guys in Benghazi), Donna Mills, Susan Rice (who pimped her out?), Debbie Wassermann Schultz, Loretta Lynch, Lois Lerner and the list goes on and on. All guilty of felonies of one kind or another but none have been charged. However, Republicans have been charged, tried and incarcerated for lesser crimes. And in many instances have been found innocent on retrial. So what goes. INJUSTICE JUSTICE SYSTEM. The fix is in when a Democrat is involved. To preserve the Deep State the status quo must be preserved. Therefore, those who hold the legal power will do what they can to preserve there little game, which is to keep the strings of Big Government in the hands of Democrats.

Evidence of collusion with Russia is slimmer than finding life on the moon. Fusion GPS, a Democrat collusion operation was caught flat footed. They fabricated, manufactured and touted non existent evidence in a plan to catch Trump colluding with Vladimir. Obama had a word to say to him in the OPEN MIKE EPISODE he had with comrade Medvedev. Anyway, in cutting to the chase the FBI has found nothing. But the beat goes on because Fusion GPS is friends with the FBI and the Justice Department.

A Lesson Still Not Learned?

It’s been a while since I’ve written anything in the way of commentary. We reached a point back in 2016 where you were either with us or against us, and nothing anyone could say was going to change that. Since then, I’ve been watching and listening, and, I hope, learning.

I supported Trump from the time it became clear that he actually intended to run. The Republican politicos running were mostly self-serving professional hack politicians, RINOs in the worst sense of the appellation. Senators Cruz and Paul were the exception, but clearly, neither was going to appeal to enough voters to win, and the fact is, they were much more needed in the Senate than in the White House. Trump, the quintessential pragmatist, an ordinary American in many ways, one who had made the American Dream happen for himself, had an appeal that no politician in decades had. He reminds me of the characters played so brilliantly by Rodney Dangerfield in his movies, the successful, nouveau riche developer who doesn’t give a hoohah what the establishment elitists think of him. As with so many other Americans that the political elite and the leftist media sneeringly look down their noses at, I picked him as the winner, and stayed the course.

So, here we are, with nearly a year of Republicans controlling the Presidency, the House, and the Senate. And what is the most obvious lesson that we should have learned from what has been accomplished – and NOT accomplished – by what should have been a slam dunk return to America run according to the Constitution? It’s one that a lot of us have tried, with little success, to get across for years: Without solid conservative constitutionalist majorities in the House, and particularly in the Senate, the President, no matter how good and well intentioned, will be limited in what he can accomplish.

Fortunately, a lot of folks are becoming very aware that the “mainstream” media are anything but mainstream. It’s become obvious that “fake news”, aka, leftist lies and propaganda aimed at undermining our legally and duly elected president and his supporters in the Congress, is being churned out daily by the TV networks and supposed newspapers like the New York Time and the Washington Post. It’s also become obvious that the media and the Democrat Party are partners in crime, engaged in a toxic symbiotic relationship designed to undermine the Constitution and subvert the election process, resulting in a permanent far left majority that will impose a totalitarian, collectivist police state on our once free republic.

Anyone who doubts this need only look at the two criminal, pro-Islamist communists that the party had as their candidates in the last election, and the racist, pro-Islamist communist that they managed to fraudulently get elected to the Presidency not once, but twice before this. I strongly recommend that everyone watch a documentary entitled “The Enemies Within”, available on Amazon Prime, that details the direct connections of some 100 elected Democrats – 80 in the House and 20 in the Senate, including Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine – to proven communist and Islamist organizations and individuals. This is a real eye-opener.

Sadly, far too many Republicans lied about being conservative supporters of constitutional government in past elections, and we have seen how willingly they betrayed those who voted them into their positions of power and privilege. Most of the good that has been accomplished in the past year has been the result of executive actions by President Trump. The RINO Establishment, led by Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan, have undermined his agenda at every turn. ObamaCare should have been totally repealed, funding for the wall should have been allocated, illegal immigration should have been severely dealt with and those guilty of it deported. Amnesty for the criminal invaders should not even be a remote possibility. McConnell and Ryan have colluded with the lock-step, disloyal Democrats to make sure none of these things happened, and the media lied and lied and lied to make sure that the truth was hidden from the American public.

The media have been pulling out all the stops to convince us that voting for Republicans in the next election will be futile, that the Democrats will achieve a massive victory. Again, all based on phony “issues”, personal attacks, and total lies and distortion of facts. The only thing massive that the Democrats are capable of achieving is, as in all the past elections since the mid-1990s, massive voter fraud. What We, the People need to grasp, and never let go of, is the knowledge that a president is only as strong as the senators and congressmen that We, the People elect to get OUR agenda done. We have almost a year to accomplish this. Let’s git ‘er done!

Saudi academic has voiced backing for US President Donald Trump’s recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and called on Arabs to recognize the city’s sanctity to Jews.

Abdulhameed Hakeem, head of the Middle East Center for Strategic and Legal Studies in Jedda, told US-based Alhurra television on Saturday that Trump’s move, which touched off protests across the Muslim world from Tunisia to Indonesia, constitutes a “positive shock” to the peace process.

Hakeem added: “We as Arabs must come to an understanding with the other party and know what its demands are, so that we can succeed in peace negotiation efforts, so that negotiations not be futile. We must recognize and realize that Jerusalem is a religious symbol to Jews and sacred to them, as Mecca and Medina is to Muslims.”

Hakeem – who in a March article for the Washington Institute for Near East Policy stressed that Israel and Saudi Arabia face a common Nazi-like threat in Iran – said the “Arab mind must liberate itself from the legacy of [former Egyptian President] Gamal Abdul-Nasser and the legacy of both the Sunni and Shi’a sects, which has instilled for political interests the culture of Jew hatred and denial of their historic right in the region.”

US President Donald Trump recognizes Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and announces embassy to relocate

The London-based al-Araby al-Jadeed website reported that Hakeem’s comments touched off an angry response on social media. One user, A. Elmhay, wrote, “The Zionizing Arabs are a greater danger than the Zionists themselves.”

Hakeem’s statements came after Energy Minister Yuval Steinitz revealed earlier this month the existence of covert Israeli-Saudi contacts. The Saudi website Elaph, meanwhile, broke a taboo by publishing interviews with IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Gadi Eisenkot and Transportation Minister Israel Katz.

Last week, a delegation from close Saudi ally Bahrain, made an unprecedented visit to Jerusalem as guests of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, which is organizing a trip to the tiny Gulf kingdom by a group of Israeli businessmen for next month.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller is accused of acting in complete disregard for the law and must be removed. And so, too, must his entire team.

There is devastating new evidence to suggest that Mueller and his staff of lawyers improperly, if not illegally, obtained tens of thousands of private documents belonging to President-elect Trump’s Presidential Transition Team (PTT). The material includes emails, laptops and cell phones used by 13 PTT members.

Critically, a “significant volume of privileged material” was taken by Mueller, according to the Trump transition lawyer, and then used by the special counsel team in its investigation. Mueller’s staff apparently admits this egregious violation, which the law strictly forbids.

Under the law, the only remedy is Mueller’s dismissal from the case.

The Records Are Private

The Presidential Transition Act states that all records of transition operations are private and confidential.

On November 16, 2016, roughly ten days after Trump was elected president, the Chief Records Officer of the U.S. Government sent a letter to all federal agencies reminding them that “the materials that PTT members create or receive are not Federal or Presidential records, but are considered private materials.”

Yet Mueller seems to have ignored the law. Without a warrant or subpoena, his team of lawyers brazenly demanded these private records from the General Services Administration (GSA) which held custody of the materials. The GSA does this as a service to all incoming presidents out of courtesy, but it neither owns the documents nor is authorized to release them to anyone under any circumstances because they are deemed entirely private.

If true, Mueller’s conduct is not only unethical and improper, it constitutes lawlessness. On this basis, he must be removed and replaced.

Counsel for the Trump Transition Team has sent a letter to Congress alleging the Fourth Amendment was violated in “failing to obtain a warrant for the search or seizure of private property in which the owner has a reasonable expectation of privacy (Coolidge v. New Hampshire, 403 U.S. 443, 489).”

Mueller might contest the claim of an unlawful seizure because the GSA willingly handed over the documents, but this disregards the fact that the GSA broke the law and Mueller surely knew it when he pressured the agency to do so.

Privileged Material

The most serious charge against Mueller is that he obtained, reviewed and used material that is privileged.

For months, Mueller allegedly failed to disclose to the transition team that he acquired these privileged documents. Under the law, he and his lawyers are not entitled to possess or read any of them. Even worse, the transition team says it warned the special counsel six months ago that it had no right to access the records without gaining permission from the PTT.

Courts have clearly stated what prosecutors are supposed to do under these circumstances: “An attorney who receives privileged documents has an ethical duty to cease review of the documents, notify the privilege holder, and return the documents.” (U.S. v. Taylor 764 Fed Sup 2nd, 230, 235)

Did Mueller do this? Apparently not. He never notified PTT when his staff of lawyers encountered the privileged documents and he compounded his violation of the law by possessing and accessing them for months.

Only the owner of such materials can waive the privileged that protects them. Since the GSA does not, under the law, own the records, only the transition team can make such a waiver. It did not.

Hence, if any illegally obtained documents have been used in the Trump-Russia case, then the results are tainted and invalid. This is a well-established principle of law.

Mueller Must Be Removed

The use by Mueller of even one privileged document can, and must, result in his disqualification from the case.

The case of Finn v. Schiller, 72 F.3rd 1182, 1189 spells out the required remedy for this violation of the law: “Courts have frequently used their supervisory authority to disqualify prosecutors for obtaining materials protected by the attorney-client privilege.”

Statutory law also demands Mueller’s removal. Pursuant to 5 C.F.R. 2635.501, government employees, including prosecutors, are directed to “take appropriate steps to avoid an appearance of loss of impartiality in the performance of his or her official duties.”

The lawyer for the Trump transition team states that the special counsel’s office admitted in a telephone conversation on Friday that it failed to use an “ethical wall” or “taint team” to segregate any privileged records. This is often done to keep them isolated from lawyers and investigators involved in the case.

Yet, Mueller did not adopt such precautionary measures. Instead, he apparently allowed his team to utilize the documents while questioning witnesses in the Trump-Russia case.

If true, Mueller’s conduct is not only unethical and improper, it constitutes lawlessness. On this basis, he must be removed and replaced.

Given the insular nature of the special counsel operation, it is reasonable to conclude that all the lawyers and investigators likely accessed the privileged documents. Therefore, not just Mueller, but his entire team must be dismissed. This would include Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein who oversees the case.

Either Congress should take aggressive action or the Presidential Transition Team (now Trump for America, Inc.) must petition a federal judge to order their removal.

The integrity of the special counsel probe has been deeply compromised by numerous allegations of corrupt acts. In its current composition, it seems beyond repair.
