Bernie is sending out kudo’s to Slick Willie for helping his campaign. An unexpected turn of events. The Ex-President let loose with the mouth. What set Bill off? Well, we are glad you asked, “Black Lives Matter.”

Former President Bill Clinton said Friday that he regretted drowning out the chants of black protesters at a rally in Philadelphia the day before, when he issued an aggressive defense of his administration’s impact on black families. His reaction thrust a debate about the 1990s into the center of his wife’s presidential campaign, one that has focused heavily on issues of race and criminal justice.

Today, Black Lives Matter protesters have pointed to the effects of that legislation as contributing to the high rates of incarceration of black men and the current tensions between police officers and black communities.

Both Mrs. Clinton and Mr. Sanders supported the 1994 Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act and have had to answer to Black Lives Matter protesters at their events. Both candidates will face tough questions on racial issues next week at the Rev. Al Sharpton’s National Action Network annual convention, less than a week before the April 19 New York primary.

A dancer well versed in the variety of dances, for instance the tango, the boogie-woogie, disco, breakdancing, salsa, lap dance (Slick Willy is very familiar with it), mambo, polka, shuffle, samba and the list goes on. Who would think that in this election season Hillary Clinton has invented the latest dance and it has gone viral, a new one to add to the list; THE SQUIRM.

Everyone expect that she would waltz to the nomination, that has now changed as she is Squirming to it. Doubts are mounting about the Queen of Mean mounting the thrown. In this political season who could ask for more than to see “a Killer” squirm her way out of one mess only to find another one waiting for her.

Again, and we repeat, how is a 74 year old socialist taking her to task? The answer lies in one word, LIAR. lies

We often wonder if she is BERNING UP INSIDE. Come clean Hillary, submit yourself to a polygraph, it is the right thing to do.

HILLARY CLINTON THE NEW QUEEN OF MEAN – FEELING THE BERN IS SHE?

Hillary Clinton is being trashed by Vermont’s seventy four year old Green Mountain Boy. “Man o Man how can this be” she thinks, “I am Hillary the Great”  heir to the throne. “Only little people don’t vote for me.” But that does not seem to be the case in this tumultuous primary season; what was expected to be a cake walk for Hillary has now turned into a minefield.

A war of words has erupted. The more the America people follow her on the campaign trail they begin to recognize the vituperative personality she has. They have seen her responsible for Benghazi, but then had the audacity to say that “no one was killed in Libya.” Short memory or self induced amnesia. And the  Email server, “I did not violate any laws.” In the background we see the Syrian takeover by Vlad the Russky and of course the rise of ISIS on Hillary’s watch.

However, the entertainment became more heated this week when Bernie and oh do we say that Hillary is feeling the Bern, said that Hillary is “UNQUALIFIED” to be President. Words like that coming from an Old Codger threw her into a tizzy. “I’m so sick of the Sanders campaign lying about me.” We are so sorry but in our zeal to inform, we forgot to tell you that only Hillary can lie.

Then Clinton said that the Vermont Socialist is a “relatively new Democrat” implying that she is a lifer. Sanders, however, piled it on. “Well, let me just say in response to Secretary Clinton: “I don’t believe that she is qualified if she is, through her super Pac, taking in tens of millions of dollars in special interest funds, ” “I don’t think you are qualified if you get $15 million from Wall Street through your super Pac.”

If you believe what Ms. Clintstonewall says then we have a bridge to sell you. Husband slick willy, a known perv, impeached, lied, had sex with that girl, sued by Paula Jones, had an affair with Jennifer Flowers, groped other women etc, but Hillary stuck by her man. Doesn’t that remind you of the Fire Chief living with a known arsonist (a son), one who torched a building a day, relishing in the inhalation of burning timbers and invigorated by the hypnotic flames, but failed in his duty to turn the arsonist in. And she is fighting for women.

Hillary Rodham Clinton has committed a felony. That is apparent from the facts and in the plain-language of the federal statute that prohibits “Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information”, 18 U.S. Code § 793(e) and (f). This offense carries a potential penalty of ten years imprisonment.

It’s called a prima facie case: clear on the basis of known facts.

It’s up to prosecutorial discretion by the US Attorney as to what charges may be filed and when. Nonetheless, Mrs. Clinton is clearly chargeable for violation of federal law. As of right now, the matter is under FBI investigation. This isn’t just about violation of Departmental policy.

Secretary Clinton was trained in handling of classified materials, and acknowledges that she understood them. By transmitting and receiving email correspondence that contained information gleaned from foreign government sources on an unauthorized, insecure system, she violated the law. This was not something she did unwittingly, and that the foreign government sourced material was not stamped classified is irrelevant.

Mishandling Classified Information

Executive Order 13526 and 18 U.S.C Sec. 793(f) of the federal code make it unlawful to send of store classified information on personal email. Casey Harper at The Daily Caller delved into this angle:

“‘By using a private email system, Secretary Clinton violated the Federal Records Act and the State Department’s Foreign Affairs Manual regarding records management, and worse, could have left classified and top secret documents vulnerable to cyber attack,’ Cause of Action Executive Director Dan Epstein said in an email to reporters.

‘This is an egregious violation of the law, and if it were anyone else, they could be facing fines and criminal prosecution.’”

Harper goes on to point out that multiple violations of this law have been enforced recently, including in 1999, when former CIA Director John M. Deutch’s security clearance was suspended for using his personal email to send classified information.

Additionally, this past week, Gen. David Patraeus pleaded guilty for mishandling classified information by using a Gmail account instead of his official government email.

The truth is that Hillary Clintstonewall is fighting for Hillary Clintonstonewall. There is a reasonable doubt of her capabilities; a review of the Benghazi disaster where our Ambassador Chris Stevens was killed lend enough credence to question her judgement. In all respects she is not fit to serve in any government position.  And after 20 years of the Clintons America knows what and who they are.

 

HILLARY WILL BE “BERNED” BEYOND RECOGNITION – CHICKEN LITTLE SCARED OF DEBATING SANDERS

Hillary Clinton is up in arms, trying to shoot down the once fledging campaign of her geriatric opponent, our Man Bernie Sanders. It was not supposed to be this way, her final triumph leading to a coronation was supposed to be a cake-walk.

This Sanders guy is no huckster, but a shrewd campaigner with a hidden talent. He is able to needle the once invincible female dog to the point of her lashing out at not only him, but others who get in her face at rallies. This is the real face of Clinton, a pit bull attack artist. She sees a Right Wing Conspiracy behind every tree, when contested she calls those out as liars. Answers to questions about her server (you mean with a cloth) are always the same. “I didn’t break any laws.” To be frank here, America knows a liar when they see one.

According to Democrats close to Hillary and former President Bill Clinton, both are frustrated by Sanders’ ability to cast himself as above politics-as-usual even while firing off what they consider to be misleading attacks. The Clintons are even more annoyed that Sanders’ approach seems to be rallying — and keeping — young voters by his side.

As the primary season enters its final quarter all eyes will be on New York. It is not tough to forget the eight years she was Senator, a stepping stone she thought that would propel her onto the throne in 2008 except for Obama squashing her dreams like a swatted mosquito. Now the time has come for her to put up or shut up and it appears she is shutting up, not willing to debate BERNIE before the New York Primary on April 19.

New Yorkers are not in a receptive mood and failing to debate Sanders will negatively affect the Lying Clintonstonewall. hillarydog A loss here will be the final blow to Clinton’s political ambitions; one more act to go before the final curtain. That one will be written by the FBI.

FBI INVESTIGATION INTO THE CLINTON SERVER FIASCO NEARS THE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLAR MARK

The Justice Department, yes the department run by Loretta Lynch, another patsy of the Democrats, won’t tell you what the cost of the investigation into the Clintons’ illegal server cost, but the back of the envelope calculation yields $100,000,000. Yes folks, this is not a rounding error.

Don’t forget the Obamacare Affordable Care Act website cost Five Big ones ($5,000,000,000). We, along with another 300,000,000 Americans will be surprised if the Lying Clinton is indicted. The reasoning behind this is not conjecture, but facts. Republicans are indicted, Democrats are applauded. To tell you the truth we can’t think and our memory spans years, when a Democrat has been indicted.As we recall, 50% of the murders in Chicago do not result in an arrest. That alone makes us think that a free pass will be given to Ms.Lying Clintstonewall.

Thank the eight gullible Republicans who voted for Loretta Lynch. At election time we know what to do to them. If you need a hint, the Attorney General’s last name might provide a clue. The defeat of a too coy Virginia Congressman by the name of Eric Cantor was the last dude who shocked to death, actually met his fate on election day; those eight who voted for Lynch can expect a similar end to their political careers. Do you hear that Kelly Ayotte. 

The word from Al Jazeera, yes they are still in business, is that Hillary Clinton will be interviewed by the FBI in the very near future, so will another liar, Cheryl Mills. As we said before, our advice to the FBI, hook the Lying Clintstonewall up to a polygraph machine. An electric malfunction is in order whence the needle goes bezerk. Shocking as it may be, but a what a sight it would be watching a presidential candidate go yellow pants.

Obama appointed Loretta Lynch and the Senate confirmed her as Attorney General. However, and this is a BIG IF, did the eight Republican Senators vet her properly? We bring up this question because according to WND, the law firm she was employed by represented the Clintstones on several occasions.

Lynch was with the Washington-headquartered international law firm Hogan & Hartson LLP from March 2002 through April 2010. According to documents Hillary Clinton’s first presidential campaign made public in 2008, Hogan & Hartson’s New York-based partner Howard Topaz was the tax lawyer who filed income tax returns for Bill and Hillary Clinton beginning in 2004. But that is not all, the firm filed a trademark request for Denver-based MX Logic Inc., the computer software firm that developed the email encryption system used to manage Clinton’s private email server beginning in July 2013.

It becomes more serious though because Lynch was nominated n 1999, President Bill Clinton nominated Lynch for the first of her two terms as U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York, a position she held until she joined Hogan & Hartson in March 2002. While there is no evidence that Lynch played a direct role either in the tax work done by the firm for the Clintons or in linking Hillary’s private email server to MX Logic, the ethics of the legal profession hold all partners jointly liable for the actions of other partners in a business.

These instances are more than enough to disqualify Lynch with the decision to charge Hillary the Liar Clintstone. One other question remains, why are the likes of Ryan and McConnell NOT blowing the horn on this one.

HILLARY SUFFERS THIRD DEGREE BERNS OUT WEST

Hillary Clinton dismisses her critics as just that, she jokes about any errors in judgement (oh like with a cloth), she is contemptuous of those who seek the truth, but one thing she can’t ignore is the terrible beating she received in Washington, Alaska and Hawaii on Easter Eve. In Washington Hillary was soundly defeated 3-1, 75% for Sanders, 25% for Clinton. To some, she was Berned beyond recognition.

The Lying Hillary (time to jail the bird) may not think much of the defeat, but there is an underlying message here; AMERICA DOES NOT LIKE HILLARY CLINTON. As the Sander’s onslaught moves eastward to New York and Maryland off today’s victories Hillary talks about Trump, ignoring Sanders; another devious tactic which is meant to take the eye off her opponent.  However, this is no sure thing that Sanders will win the nomination because Clinton and her formidable donkey lickers have rigged the system with Super Delegates. They will not waiver in their support for her, already pledged since 2008; talk about a fixing the system. Sort of like Russia where the winner is known today, but the vote will take place tomorrow.

But that could change, and history proves it. Early in 2008, when Clinton was running against then-Sen. Barack Obama, she had the super delegates on her side. But when Obama started gaining momentum across the country, he slowly peeled away their support until he won the nomination.

And who are these candy stripers? Party stalwarts, cigar smoking backroom money crunchers who do what is good for them, not what is good for America. Remember Status Quo is their shibboleth. Newcomers need not apply. but Americans are feisty this year and have had it with talking heads, they are not too pleased by politicians telling them what to do and how to vote; like a volcano ready to blow off, these voters are sending a fire and brimstone message to the “politics as usual” politically correct patronizing demagogue that their days in power are numbered.

 

WHAT IS THE HOLD UP?

Damn it, why so long, why hasn’t the book been thrown at Clinton. Where is the hold up; what is the holdup. To the average American they see “who you know” makes a difference in the equal application of the law. Like Teddy Kennedy in the Chappaquiddick incident; if it were you, forget about it.

Ted Stevens from Alaska is a perfect example, the Democrats wanted him out; presto – indicted and convicted. Not the end of the story, verdict thrown out, but it didn’t matter he lost his seat and his life. But this Hillary thing is wearing thin. She did not execute properly, she lied and this resulted in four brave Americans killed, including our Ambassador Chris Stevens. Yet she is running from the law while running for the presidency. Does this sound like a Latin American story to you? If she wins expect a Dictator in Chief, a Caudillo. Typically, the caudillos took it upon themselves to attain power over society and place themselves as its leader.

Cummings, the Democrat on the House Select Committee investigating Benghazi has refused a request by Trey Gowdy,  “As recently as this afternoon, I offered Mr. Cummings total, unfettered access to, and control of, transcripts if he simply agreed he would not selectively leak them. He would not give me that assurance,” Gowdy said in a statement.
