The FBI breaks into Cohen’s house, offices, safety deposit boxes, whatever, with a fake warrant issued by a criminal judge appointed by Clinton. The attorney-client communication is now up for grabs. ILLEGAL! The FBI on the other hand has not handed over the documents requested by the Nunes. Excuses coming from the FBI are fallacious, bordering on criminality. They have the documents, but are hiding them to protect the guilty. McCabe, the leaker was fired by President Trump. He is one of the individual involved in the stonewalling to some extent, remember his wife was a Hillary Clinton operative. McCabe’s call for the continuation of four different investigations was halted by higher-ups or was it. WHY?  Who are those who pushed the squash button.  

The Dumbocrats are now using every name in the book  in attacking Comey. For instance from the mouth of Lanny Davis, a former special counsel to former President Bill Clinton, slammed Comey as a “liar” in an Op-Ed for The Hill.  Just imagine the cajones these critics have. If it weren’t for Comey calling her “reckless” instead of negligent, she would have had to recuse herself from running. These attack dogs are rabid as you can find anywhere in Washington.

To get the documents requested requires patience says the FBI, but ours is running thin. Busting into Cohen’s house provides the TRUMP TEAM with a blue print. Yes, we recommend barging into the FBI building with force. We need to get to the bottom of this politicized institution and find out who they are hiding and sheltering. JUST DO IT!

Here are four specific areas where there are serious grounds to suspect that James Comey broke the law while he was FBI Director:

First, his handling of the Hillary Clinton email investigation. Why was no Grand Jury empanelled in this case? Why was no search warrant issued? Why was immunity granted to Clinton aides, which effectively stripped Congress of its power to issue subpoenas to gather evidence from phones and laptops before they were destroyed?

And does all this amount to Obstruction of Justice?

Second, the manner in which James Comey closed the Clinton email investigation. He testified to Congress that he made the decision to clear Hillary Clinton after she was interviewed by the FBI. But FBI documents suggest that it was before. Does this constitute Perjury/Lying to Congress?

Third, Comey has publicly admitted that he gave memos recording his interactions with President Trump to a friend at Columbia Law School with the intention that the contents would be leaked to the media in order to prompt the appointment of a Special Counsel. These were documents created on an FBI computer and which dealt with an ongoing, highly sensitive investigation. Reasonable observers would conclude that these memos were FBI property. So: does leaking them in this unauthorized way mean Comey is guilty of Theft of Government Property or Records?

Finally, the infamous Russia dossier which was used to obtain a FISA warrant to spy on the Trump campaign. Two Congressional Committees have already established that the FBI knew the dossier was largely fabricated – indeed James Comey himself described it as “salacious and unverified.” The FBI also knew that it was paid for by the Clinton campaign (as part of the campaign), and that the dossier was compiled by someone with a clearly stated bias against Donald Trump. The FBI knew that they needed the dossier to spy on the Trump campaign, and so relied on it to obtain the FISA warrant anyway.

All of this may be profoundly unethical and disturbing. But the legal question is: do these actions pass the threshold for Abuse of Power, Perjury, Making False and Misleading Statements, and again, Obstruction of Justice?

Trump’s pick for secretary of state to tell senators years of soft policy toward Moscow ‘now over’

Mike Pompeo, whom President Trump chose for his next secretary of state, is expected to tell the Senate during his confirmation hearing Thursday that years of soft policy toward Russian aggression are “now over.”

According to his prepared remarks obtained Wednesday by Fox News from a senior Trump administration official, Pompeo will chastise Russia for acting “aggressively” and emphasize that the national security strategy of the Trump administration considers Russia “a danger to our country.”

Trump attacks Mueller ‘witch hunt’ as WH source calls investigation ‘out of control’

Trump also accused Mueller’s investigators of being “the most biased group of people [with] the biggest conflicts of interest” and said Attorney General Jeff Sessions “made a terrible mistake for the country” when he recused himself from overseeing the Russia investigation last year.

A source close to the White House told Fox News’ John Roberts that the raid showed that the Mueller investigation “is out of control” and was a “demonstration of bad faith” on the part of the special counsel.

“What in the name of God is Mueller doing?” the source told Roberts. “He wants to take down the President.”

This guy Mueller is one step closer to getting his ass hand to him by the President. Raiding the offices of Trump’s lawyer goes beyond the pale. In 18 months Mueller hasn’t uncovered squat. On the other hand he has wasted upwards of $20,000,000 dollars looking for a crime to fit the bill.

SPECIAL COUNSEL MUELLER’S TEAM HAS ONLY ONE KNOWN REPUBLICAN

In February, Fox News reported that most of the 17 confirmed attorneys on Mueller’s team were registered Democrats or made Democratic political donations.

A source close to the Trump legal team told Fox News’ Catherine Herridge that the raid on Cohen was “aggressive” and designed to “squeeze the president.” The source, who has knowledge of talks between Mueller and the president’s legal team, added that the raid “puts a fork in” the prospect of Trump agreeing to be interviewed by the special counsel.

Still, the existence of a referral from Mueller’s office to the Manhattan U.S. Attorney suggests that the matter isn’t related to Russia.

Under Justice Department regulations, Mueller is required to consult with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein when his investigators uncover new evidence that may fall outside his original mandate. Rosenstein then would determine whether to allow Mueller to proceed or to assign the matter to another U.S. attorney or another part of the Justice Department.

Inside the FBI are hundreds of Hillary-Obama-Democrat operatives, they are guilty of committing the most egregious of all crimes; sedition – an inside coup d’etat. Peter Strozk and Lisa Page coordinated with Comey and McCabe to use a fake dossier paid for by Hillary Clinton to get an illegal FISA warrant to tap the Trump Tower. This swamp is deep and it must be drained. Fire Rosenstein, Wray and Mueller. Give Sessions his walking papers; bring in Chris Christie to shoot the fish in the barrel.

Remembering back to the day when Obama received a Nobel Peace Prize baffles us, probably the bulk of free thinking initiated Americans too.

The 2009 Nobel Peace Prize was awarded to United States President Barack Obama for his “extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples”. The Norwegian Nobel Committee announced the award on October 9, 2009, citing Obama’s promotion of nuclear nonproliferation and a “new climate” in international relations fostered by Obama, especially in reaching out to the Muslim world.

The Nobel Committee’s decision drew mixed reactions from US commentators and editorial writers across the political spectrum, as well as from the rest of the world.

Obama accepted the prize in Oslo on December 10, 2009. In a 36-minute speech, he discussed the tensions between war and peace and the idea of a “just war” saying, “perhaps the most profound issue surrounding my receipt of this prize is the fact that I am the Commander-in-Chief of the military of a nation in the midst of two wars.

Baffled may not be the word to describe this prize, a more intense definition is needed, say confused, delirious, maybe we were disoriented. Maybe these are the words to describe the Nobel committee. Because it seems to us that they were disoriented, delirious and confused. Well how did it work out for the man of PEACE?

Not too well; 400,000 Syrians dead whose kin can thank Obama’s Red line. Iran waging havoc throughout the Middle East and on the verge of a nuclear capability, signed on by Obama and Kerry. Hezbollah backing up Assad in Syria and running roughshod in Lebanon. The aftermath of Obama’s peace overtures have not turned out as expected. The exclamation point here is last weeks message sent via airmail to Syria. Russia has got the message too, but all is not said and done. We sincerely hope the Nobel committee recognizes their mistake and claws back Obama’s prize and then hands it over to Donald Trump. 

Susan Rice, you remember her, a liar of first rate. It was she who fell hook line and sinker for Russia’s money back guarantee that no chemical weapons remain in Syria; was she smoking some of Obama’s  stash during her time at the U.N? But we will get to the bottom of it one way or another. Obama’s peace overtures to dictators will stand out as a ruthless ticket for them to go on killing with abandon.

(click)Facebook is reconsidering classifying videos produced by Diamond and Silk, two of President Donald Trump’s most ardent supporters, as “unsafe to the community” after the dynamic duo went on Fox News’ morning show asking why the embattled social media giant had labeled them as such.

In a statement to Fox News, a Facebook spokesperson said: “We have communicated directly with Diamond And Silk about this issue. The message they received last week was inaccurate and not reflective of the way we communicate with our community and the people who run Pages on our platform. We have provided them with more information about our policies and the tools that are applicable to their Page and look forward to the opportunity to speak with them.”

 At 5, began studying under is cousin’s tutor.

 At 9, studied Latin, Greek and French.

 At 14, studied  classical literature and additional languages.

At 16, entered the College of William and Mary.
Also could write in Greek with one hand, while writing the same in Latin with the other.

At 19, studied Law for 5 years starting under George Wythe.

At 23, started his own law practice.

At 25, was elected to the Virginia House of Burgesses.

At 31, wrote the widely circulated “Summary View of the Rights of British America,” and retired from his law practice.

 At 32, was a delegate to the Second Continental Congress.

At 33, wrote the Declaration of Independence.

At 33, took three years to revise

Virginia’s legal code and wrote a Public Education bill and a statute for Religious Freedom.

 At 36, was elected the second Governor of Virginia, succeeding Patrick Henry.

At 40, served in Congress for two years.

At 41, was the American minister to France and negotiated commercial treaties with 
European nations along with Ben Franklin and John Adams.

At 46, served as the first Secretary of State under George Washington.

At 53, served as Vice President and was elected President of the American Philosophical Society.

Thomas Jefferson knew because he himself studied, the previous failed attempts at government. 
He understood actual history, the nature of God, His laws and the nature of man. That happens to be way more than what most understand
today.

Justice Department announces ‘zero tolerance’ border policy for illegal immigrants crossing into US

“The situation at our Southwest Border is unacceptable,” Attorney General Jeff Sessions said in a statement announcing the policy. “Congress has failed to pass effective legislation that serves the national interest — that closes dangerous loopholes and fully funds a wall along our southern border. “

“As a result, a crisis has erupted at our Southwest Border that necessitates an escalated effort to prosecute those who choose to illegally cross our border,” he said.

The Trump administration says the number of attempted border crossings has increased by 203 percent since March 2017. In response, Trump this week signed a proclamation sending the National Guard to the border. He has said he would like to see 2,000-4,000 members sent to the border.

 Beggars want to litter our streets, collect welfare, food stamps, use our hospital, rob, steal and loiter.  Trump will stop this new wave Spanish Armada in its tracks.

Not a day goes by without some progressive pundit, talking head journalist, also-ran comedian mocking the Trump administration and his family. But it goes to far when they cast their wrath at the FLOTUS.  These pukes have gone so low as to target the President’s son Barron. But this is was unexpected. To see the left demagogues take the law road attacking the President’s wife and son is beyond the pale.

Once they saw the handwriting on the wall on the night of November 8th the accusations, vilification, false accusations, scorn and ridicule movement went into high gear. 

Hillary called us Deplorable and then she trampled on the Women who voted for Trump as if they didn’t have a mind of their own. We waited eight years to depose a president who sided with the enemy and BTW while Hillary was Secretary of State she was responsible for four of our brave men being slaughtered to death in Benghazi. Then she lied about it. She, a megalomaniac, who has accepted the devistating defeat she took at the hands of the American voter.

Trump came to Washington because most of Americans were fed up, fed up with Big Government, fed up with lies and fed up with Fake news.  Trump is in the process of outing the skeemers and skammers, he is slowly cleaning up the Swamp and the hellhole of the insiders who work for themselves and not us. The bureaucracy is hell bent on destroying Trump – they are prejudiced, biased and belligerent.

In a bizarre response, late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel launched an attack on Melania Trump over the White House annual Easter Egg Roll. First he derided Melania as being uninvolved in the set-up of the event. “Not a chance she did one thing to help set that up. There’s no — she didn’t dye eggs, she didn’t fill baskets.”

Issues like the poor (but likely only when Republicans are in power, not when Democrats hold the majority), education (stated goals are never achieved, and no matter how much is spent it is never enough, which is why the left opposes school choice), the environment (“climate change” appears to remain an unchallengeable doctrine for the left, though there is some evidence ignored by liberal media that strongly suggests otherwise), taxes and spending (history shows the benefits of small government and low taxes, but in an age of envy, greed and entitlement one finds it increasingly difficult to teach self-reliance when the federal government is seen by too many as a giant ATM).
