Tens of thousands of federal employees earn more money than any U.S. governor, according to a new report that reveals some eye-popping stats on government spending for the federal workforce.

The 40-page report, titled “Mapping the Swamp” and released by government watchdog group OpenTheBooks, focused on the “size, scope and power” of the federal government — and found salary spending for high-paid employees on the rise.

“The number of highly compensated federal employees is growing,” the report said, describing six-figure salaries as increasingly common.

According to the report, the number of federal employees making $200,000 or more increased by 165 percent between fiscal 2010 and 2016. Federal employees making $150,000 or more grew by 60 percent, with the number making more than $100,000 increasing by 37 percent in the same time period.

The group put its figures in context by comparing these plush payment packages with those of America’s governors.

“Nearly 30,000 rank-and-file federal employees who received more than $190,823 out-earned each of the 50 state governors,” the report said.

Currently, the top gubernatorial earners are Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf, who makes $190,823; Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam, who makes $187,500; and California Gov. Jerry Brown, who makes $182,971. The lowest-paid governor is Maine Gov. Paul LePage, making just $70,000, according to numbers from Ballotpedia.

According to the “Mapping the Swamp” report, a total of 406,960 federal employees made six-figure incomes in fiscal 2016 – that’s roughly one in five federal employees.

“There is a new ‘minimum wage’ for federal bureaucrats – at 78 departments and independent agencies, the average employee made $100,000 or more,” OpenTheBooks said in a statement.

In fiscal 2016, the United States Postal Service and the Department of Veterans Affairs employed more than half of federal employees. USPS employed 32 percent of all disclosed federal employees, totaling 621,523 people on the payroll; and the VA employed the second-most employees with 372,614.

The analysis is incomplete, however, as there are a number of federal employees who have not disclosed their salaries.

“We found small and large agencies across the federal government gaming the system for personal gain – and it’s expensive for the taxpayer,” OpenTheBooks.com CEO and founder Adam Andrzejewski said in a statement. “Congress should hold hearings to bring transparency to all the information we’re still missing, including performance bonuses and pension payouts. It’s time to squeeze out waste from compensation and stop abusive payroll practices.”

The report said the federal government pays its disclosed workforce $1 million per minute and more than a half-billion dollars per day.

Federal employees also are given considerable paid-time-off. According to the report, on average, federal employees are given 10 federal holidays, 13 sick days, and 20 vacation days per year.

“If each employee used 13 sick days and took 20 vacation days in addition to the 10 federal holidays, it would cost taxpayers an estimated $22.6 billion annually,” the report said.

This is the beginning of the end for Big Government.

Trump will make it happen. As he said, “I am the President of the United States, not the World.” Obama and the Clinton axis were One World type globalists, a world without borders where your neighbors and government were dictated by the New World Order. WRONG, we will never bow our heads and serve any master but ourselves. Patriots know all too well that the Democrats are the party of ISIS, out to destroy America and its founding values by self inflicted suicide.

On Obama’s watch the children of the world acted like children – fighting among each other, with neighbors and so called friends alike. Others like North Korea filled the Obama void by intimidation, threats and bellicose rhetoric. However, General Mattis is not one to back down from degenerates whose threats beckon a strong response.

Great speech from a Great Man.  One observation though; an independent observer most likely would have noticed that those on the left were afflicted by some extraordinary type of ailment, that being their hands were stuck together superglue preventing them from clapping. And the progressives also suffered from Super Glue action on the seat of their pants, stuck to their chairs, obviously failing to rise to this special occasion.

The august halls of Congress will be the scene tonight of the grandest spectacle on earth; to be seen by hundreds of millions. Donald J. Trump, President Trump, will address the body. Of course we have been there before, but this night will be different. Putting it on the line, no political speak, Trump will lay out his plan to “make America great again.”

We expect the Lying, Cheating, Criminal Louts, AKA Democrats, you know, the usual suspects, to go Yellow Pants. They will have their say, but most of all it will fall on deaf ears. For them to be flattened by a roller, in the horizontal position, is something they are not used to – they are not accustomed to be in the prone position. Their main man is gone and their wannabee Lying Criminal literally fell by the wayside. The defeat they suffered in November does not digest easily; they have no other way to express themselves so what do they do? go off with the mouth inciting protests. 

Schumer and Pelosi, two of the most evil sinners alive today are not only beside themselves, but can’t accept the horrific hit and run suffered at the hands of Donald J. Trump. Paving the way for the Trump Agenda was President Barry Soetoro, who obviously didn’t believe in compromise, but ruled by executive order. Trump is now taking the cue and running with it.  Democrats should be familiar with the term, “legislating from the bench.” A slippery slope was paved for the Trump landslide.

The bureaucrat bungler of Big Government will definitely feel the hand of “we the people.” The Tea Party is greatly responsible for the Trump Victory. Big government, the grotesque web of paper pushers, will suffer a bout of diarrhea. 

Largess had its day in the sun, the party is over.  The departments of Education, Energy, Commerce, Housing and Agriculture are on the cutting block. Their budgets will be cut to the bone. This possibility has sent shivers down the spine of the parasites.

Government workers, in all honesty, know that they get paid for doing little or no work; this is true in most countries. This grand theft in broad daylight is larger than the Madoff swindle plus all others combined. Violation of the honest service law are ubiquitous. CHRUMP CHANGE – MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN

Yes we did it, we talked the talk and now Trump is talking the walk.  Only a week has gone by and President Trump (doesn’t that sound good?) has instituted several measures through the use of “Executive Orders.” He had a good teacher, Barack Hussein Obama. Obama’s rule was best described as a dictatorial in your face like it or not.  Most if not all of his actions were partisan; Not one Republican signed on to Obamacare. That is where the problem lies, what can be done by one man can be outdone by one man. Orders were given this week by Trump to eviscerate the individual mandate sending a shiv right into Obama’s heart. By no means is this the end, but the beginning.

Orders went out to prevent citizens from several countries, mostly Muslim, to enter the United States. Of course there were cries from the far left. Their concern was that Trump was singling out Muslims. Iran, Iraq, Syria, Sudan, Libya, Yemen and Somalia topped the list. Referring to Christians Trump said, “We are going to help them.” “They’ve been horribly treated. Do you know if you were a Christian in Syria it was impossible, at least very tough, to get into the United States?”

He didn’t stop there by including countries south of the border, including Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador and more. He knows who commits the most crime in America. This is no laughing matter. United States agencies, sanctuary cities, judges and other law enforcement officers (get it – law enforcement officers – that is a misnomer if we every saw one, either fail to enforce the law or maximize sentences or kick the criminals out for good. How can we be safe if illegal criminals continue to live here.

However, this is the start, it gets better. For instance, orders were put out to stop the global warmers at the EPA fro talking climate change. From the past anecdotal evidence public comments were biased, facts skewed and agenda pushed. Those with facts contradicting the warmers were silenced or fired. Big Government was silenced too; orders went out regarding a hiring freeze. Regarding Obamacare, all public relations, public announcements and such were to be vetted before issued. My first face-to-face encounter with the federal bureaucracy came on January 22, 2001. I was the deputy director of a “parachute team” for incoming president George W. Bush, and our job was to “secure the beachhead” at the Department of Labor on the first day of the new administration. (The political realm loves to borrow military metaphors.) That meant stopping the department from issuing guidance, rules, and statements that reflected the views of the departing Clinton administration. The most important tactical objective in this mission, we were told, was this: Secure the fax machine! (It was 2001, after all.) At that time, there was one specially designated fax machine used to send new regulatory language to the Federal Register, which publishes all newly minted regulations. There was a bureaucrat I’ll call Mitchell Sykes whose job it was to man that fax machine. We were to find Sykes and stop him from doing anything.

We were barely in the door when the cultural differences between the federal bureaucracy and the rest of America became apparent. We arrived at 8 a.m. The vast majority of career officials, we learned, did not arrive at 8 a.m. So we had trouble finding Mitchell Sykes. We began asking around and were met with shrugs and unknowing looks. The director of the parachute team began to grow agitated. His face reddened, his voice rose, and he slammed the table once or twice. Finally, well after 10, more than two hours after we had first arrived, we were told that Mitchell Sykes was outside our office. With great anticipation, we looked to the door to catch our first glimpse of the all-powerful bureaucratic potentate, the man who controlled the entire Federal Register for the $12 billion, 17,000-strong behemoth called the Department of Labor. And in walked . . . a nebbish. Balding, bespectacled, with J.C. Penney slacks hiked up above his waist. In a somewhat high-pitched voice, he introduced himself: “Hi, I’m Mitchell.”

The parachute team director looked at him and hesitated a moment, wondering if this could really be the man we were seeking, then asked, “Are you Mitchell Sykes?”

“Yes,” he responded meekly.

The director said: “I want you to stop sending all regulations to the Federal Register right now.”

“OK,” Sykes squeaked.

TRILLIONS of DOLLARS a year are sucked out of the economy. Programs such as agriculture which administers school lunches, feasts on one billion a year in fraud. The Earned Income Credit, an IRS boondoggle shoves out another billion a year to illegal aliens; our money. Welfare to the rich, tax breaks and ubiquitous write-offs will be rationalized, leveling the playing field. “Take Our Country Back.”

Talking about welfare to the rich we would be remiss without mentioning farmers and their sacrosanct government subsidies.. Their fields must be fertilized with their dollars not ours; the average farmer is worth $2.5 million dollars. The new administration needs to cull their fields once and for all. We say peanuts to peanut farmers and all the rest of the cry baby farmers eating caviar from our table.

Yesterday, fear spread quickly across government agencies. They heard the possibility of 10 to 20 percent cuts across the board. Rationalization is a long time coming, the hammer and sickle is necessary to separate the wheat from the chaff. 

Departments of energy, education and agriculture are on the table; Trump will cut them to the bone. To repeat we will be remiss if we did not bring up the (click)Mother of All Frauds, Social Security Disability. Millions upon millions are collecting from the government. WISHES FOR THE NEW YEAR – DO IT

Dear President Trump,

We wish you well as President. Americans want you to succeed. We suggest a few items that should be first and foremost on your agenda. Thank you for considering them, but implementing them will ensure the continuation of your legacy.

  1. Require all schools receiving Federal Dollars to conduct their lessons in English only. This will accomplish two things. First it will instill patriotism and second it will bring foreigners into a cultural alliance with those who are already English proficient. The end result being cultural simulation.
  2. Require proof of citizenship to vote in Federal and State elections; proof to be submitted are the following: naturalization papers, birth certificate or United States Passport. For once and for all this will eliminate election fraud and the stealing of elections. Along with this requirement the voter must physically cast a ballot, therefore the election period shall be increased from one day to one week. Absentee ballots will be allowed with valid excuses. For instance being out of the country, permanently disabled, unable to physically get to the voting venue. In a Presidential election the results must be announced in tandem. Allowing early results from Eastern states have the possibility of influencing voters in Western states.
  3. Require the immediate resignation of all employees of the Department of Education. – no exception allowed. Leave education to the states
  4. Require the elimination of all subsidies, farm, energy, commercial, automotive and environmental. This will level the playing field expected of competitive markets.
  5. Require that new members of the administration refrain from nepotism. Immediately cull those relatives of Congressman and Senators from government. Let them get jobs in the private sector and find out how it is to work for a change.
  6. Require all members of Congress and employees of the Federal Government to pay into Social Security. The result will be the elimination of government pension benefits enriching those who live off the rest of us taxpayers.
  7. At a minimum one or perhaps two Supreme Court Justices will be appointed by President Trump. Their charge should be to immediately rule on the ANCHOR BABY QUESTION.The Citizenship Clause is the first sentence of Section 1 in the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, which states that “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” This clause represented Congress’s reversal of a portion of the Dred Scott v. Sandford decision which had declared that African Americans were not and could not become citizens of the United States or enjoy any of the privileges and immunities of citizenship. PLEASE NOTE THE “subject to the jurisdiction thereof”, this must be adjudicated. An illegal alien is not subject to our jurisdiction when in fact they are citizens of another country.     The Civil Rights Act of 1866 had already granted U.S. citizenship to all persons born in the United States “not subject to any foreign power“. The 39th Congress proposed the principle underlying the Citizenship Clause due to concerns expressed about the constitutionality of the Civil Rights Act during floor debates in Congress. The framers of the Fourteenth Amendment sought to entrench the principle in the Constitution in order to prevent its being struck down by the Supreme Court or repealed by a future Congress.

    Overwhelming evidence against the interpretation of “subject to the jurisdiction thereof,” or “not subject to any foreign power” as reaffirming the common law doctrine of citizenship by birth to aliens can be found following the adoption of the Fourteenth Amendment. In 1867 George Helm Yeaman, United States Minister to Denmark, in his well received treatise on allegiance and citizenship, which was presented to Secretary of State William H. Seward, said: “But the idea of a double allegiance and citizenship united in the same person, and having reference to two separate, independent, and sovereign nations or governments, is simply an impossibility.”

    In the year 1873 the United States Attorney General ruled the word “jurisdiction” under the Fourteenth Amendment to mean, which Justice Gray would recognize in Elk v.Wilkins years later:

    The word “jurisdiction” must be understood to mean absolute and complete jurisdiction, such as the United States had over its citizens before the adoption of this amendment… Aliens, among whom are persons born here and naturalized abroad, dwelling or being in this country, are subject to the jurisdiction of the United States only to a limited extent. Political and military rights and duties do not pertain to them. (14 Op. Atty-Gen. 300.)

    House Report No. 784, dated June 22, 1874, stated, “The United States have not recognized a double allegiance. By our law a citizen is bound to be ‘true and faithful’ alone to our government.” There is no way in the world anyone can claim “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” affirms the feudal common law doctrine of birth citizenship to aliens because such doctrine by operation creates a “double allegiance” between separate nations.

    If there is one inescapable truth to the text and debates, it is this: When Congress decided to require potential citizens to first be subject to the complete jurisdiction of the United States they by default excluded all citizens of other nations temporarily residing in the U.S. who had no intention of becoming citizens themselves or, disqualified of doing so under naturalization laws. This was no oversight because it was too simple to declare the common law rule of jus soli if indeed that was truly the desired goal by these very competent lawyers (both Howard and Trumbull were lawyers).

    Aaron Sargent, a Representative from California during the Naturalization Act of 1870 debates said the Fourteenth Amendment’s citizenship clause was not a de-facto right for aliens to obtain citizenship. No one came forward to dispute this conclusion.

    Perhaps because he was absolutely correct. What do you think about that TED CRUZ?

Order the FBI to arrest the following people: Lois Lerner, the IRS lackey who took the 5th and her boss John Koskinen, the head of the IRS, a person without morals who has lied to Congress on several occasions. He may be subject to impeachment.

We suffered as Lois Lerner invoked the 5th Amendment when question by the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. Now we have learned that the latest to take the fifth is the Hillary confidant responsible for setting up her illegal server. Bryan Pagliano will invoke the 5th Amendment when questioned by the the House Select Committee on Benghazi, the Senate Judiciary Committee, and the Senate Homeland Security Committee citing an ongoing FBI investigation.

And to top it off the IRS Commissioner has continued to withhold evidence which would support the facts that the IRS targeted Tea Party groups. Jason Chaffetz of the House Oversight Committee has called for his firing. The guy is an incompetent donkey carrying Barack Hussein Obama’s water. And then we come to Hillary Clinton who has stonewalled the investigation into her email server.

“IN GOVERNMENT WE TRUST”

The simmering of revolution in the hinterland has proceeded at a snails pace; the time for the fire in the belly to emerge from its embryonic stage and engulf the socialist infrastructure of America is upon us. Political correctness is out, liberal justices are a prime target, the education industry, a socialist network of has-beens, must be destroyed.

If America is to survive the social network propping up the welfare state the bureaucracy must be imploded. When the hard working taxpayer labors for six months a year to pay his/her taxes something is wrong. Free housing, medical care, education is not free, somebody (you the taxpayer) pays for it. This can’t go on forever.

The Federal Reserve (FED), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Center for Disease Control (CDC), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the Agriculture Department (DOA, the Justice Department (DOJ) are departments  or agencies that have lost the trust of the American people. All are guilty of bureaucratic foul-ups and bias targeting of their adversaries.

Their size prevents them from carrying out their initial charge. They have grown into socialistic arms of Big Government reaching, grabbing and eating their prey – ordinary Americans. November 4 is a mere ten days away, exercise your weapon and vote out the political scum that has polluted the waters of Freedom and Justice.

Gold and silver notes were at one time the coin of the realm, now we are forced to take a Federal Reserve note as legal tender for all debts, public and private. Here we find the socialist conspiracy where by government can reward and punish those who disagree with their policies. Where as the payment in gold or silver prevented the government from violating the principles on which it was founded.

IT’S UP TO YOU TO SUGGEST A HEADLINE

Words in common use cannot accurately describe a headline for this article therefore we leave it to our readers to come up with one. Not only is the subject one of debate, but what has transpired here is worse than murder. See below!

Everyone knows about the profligacy of big government, but New York’s Governor Cuomo is telling the Federal Government to shove it. What is at stake here is $1.3 billion.  The Feds have demanded that New York cough up the money because their Medicaid costs for caring for 1300 developmentally disabled people was off the charts.  One may ask how much did it cost to care for these patients? And that is a valid question. This is where the “murder” charge comes in.  THE COST PER PATIENT WAS $2,000,000 (TWO MILLION PER PATIENT). This is not a misprint.

In 2011, New York charged a per-diem rate of $5,118 for residents of the institutions, a network of 11 centers that now house about 1,300 people with severe developmental disabilities. Over the course of a year, Medicaid spends $1.9 million for every resident, or $2.5 billion in total—with half coming from the federal government. But the cost of running the institutions is only a quarter of that amount.

The U.S. Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) were alerted to these obscene costs when called to their attention by a series of articles by the Poughkeepsie Journal back in 2010. The CMS investigation proved very enlightening. Lack procedures, no documentation and failure to abide by federal reporting requirements. Thus far Governor Cuomo is telling the Federal Government to go pound sand we are keeping the money. 

We compare Cuomo and the State of New York with an individual scamming welfare or unemployment insurance; when caught they cry the old sob story, the money is gone and we can’t pay it back.  “PAY UP Cuomo”  you are no better than a common criminal.

Where did the money go? Another question that needs answers. We hazard a guess – to Cuomo supporters working the facilities that housed the patients.  And people call the TEA PARTY a bunch of CRAZIES?  They have it all backwards, Progressives such as Andrew Cuomo are the problem not the solution to Big Government. Time for the rest of the nation to rise up and fight these demons.

We are fast approaching the stage of the ultimate inversion: the stage where the government is free to do anything it pleases, while the citizens may act only by permission; which is the stage of the darkest periods of human history, the stage of rule by brute force.
